The Mill at Spring Lake Heights

A landmark Jersey Shore restaurant for over 70 years, The Mill has a long established reputation as one of the state's finest restaurant and banquet facilities. Located in scenic Spring Lake Heights in southern Monmouth County, New Jersey, The Mill is famous for weddings and bar mitzvahs, and hosts groups and other private events from 40 to 250 people. Large and small parties, celebrations and corporate meetings are easily accommodated in our lakeside setting with sweeping views of Old Mill Pond. The Mill's “Innovative American Cuisine” features prime steaks and fresh seafood including a 16 oz Prime Rib Eye Steak, Center Cut Prime Filet Mignon, Prime NY Strip, Wasabi Sesame Crusted Ahi Tuna, The Mill's Famous Crab Cakes, and a Steamed or Broiled 2 lb Lobster just to name a few. The Mill is open for dinner Tuesday through Sunday at 5pm, Prix Fixe Sunset Dinner from 5-6pm, Happy Hour 4-7pm and Sunday Brunch 11-3pm.
