The Pavilion at Orchard Ridge Farms is an incredible venue. We could not have dreamed of a more breath taking setting for our wedding day; from the private romantic location to the rustic sophisticated ambiance. The staff at the Pavilion were fully invested in our wedding plans months before. They were friendly, flexible, organized, and easy to work with. While it's on the pricey side for rural Rockford, my husband and I wouldn't have changed a thing about this beautiful venue for our wedding ceremony and reception. Jennifer and Kacie were extremely attentive...I couldn't believe how responsive they were during our planning process. We also stayed at the Copperstone Inn and the staff there were wonderful in making us feel at home during our stay. Our out of town guests (mostly from the Chicago area) raved about the venue and said it was worth the drive.

WE ONLY HAD THE RECEPTION & UTILIZED THE COPPERSTONE INN FOR 3 DAYS. TOTALLY MAGNIFICIENT !

This was the most gorgeous wedding venue I have ever seen -- and it was truly an unforgettable night. Everyone was extremely accommodating and did whatever they could to help. They were flexible with the changes we needed to make and every email was always answered promptly. I would never choose anywhere else for my wedding! It was worth the extra money to have such an beautiful location!

Our wedding at The Pavilion at Orchard Ridge Farms turned out fabulous. The ceremony was at the top of the hill with dinner and cocktails in the pavilion.

We did not have a day of event coordinator and did not need one. Kacie and Jennifer were very accommodating prior to and on the wedding day. Timings worked out as well as possible and there were no issues to speak of.

The venue itself is is the reason we chose it. The Pavilion barn is magnificent inside, warm with light and romance. The outdoor grounds completes it with escaping farm views.

Anyone looking for a unique and special place to hold and event, more specifically a wedding will not be disappointed.

The Pavilion at Orchard Ridge Farms is an absolutely beautiful venue with much to offer any wedding! The staff took care of so much and made my day less stressful. The venue allows for creativity for decorations etc. My husband and I had a wonderful time and are so grateful to the Pavilion staff for part in making our day absolutely perfect. This place was absolutely GREAT! They were so helpful and willing to work with us. They were extremely helpful on the day of and in helping you plan through your ceremony. If you get married on a Sunday, your rehearsal will have to be in the morning on Saturday. It wasn't bad for us though.

The Pavilion at Orchard Ridge Farms is a magnificent place to have a wedding. Not only is the property spectacular, but the staff is top notch to work with. Kacie was attentive to every detail and a pleasure to work with. Many of our guests were also impressed with the facilities. To cap off the event, staying at the Copperstone Inn was like the cherry on the sundae. The staff there is excellent as well

My new husband and I had the most amazing time at our wedding. I cannot say enough GOOD things about the staff at the Pavilion and at the Inn. Taneel was so wonderful to work with and made sure our day was perfect. The staff at the Inn were so attentive and patient with us.

I got so many compliments on my venue from my guests and it felt intimate and comfortable while also being spacious. There is not one thing I would change about the Pavilion and I am so happy we chose to celebrate our day there!

We loved using the Pavilion for our wedding site. The ceremony was amazing outside by the oak trees! We also wanted a big enough facility for the reception to dance, visit with guests, and have a fun time. The staff at the Pavilion did such a great job helping make the day special!

Having our ceremony and reception at The Pavillion was by far the easiest choice we made during the wedding planning process. Located on a beautiful and near-perfect stretch of land, the Pavilion's value really shines by offering many places to set your ceremony and take extremely dazzling pictures. Whether inside the venue, outside on the hill, near the pond, or another picture-perfect locale, the Pavilion services your style with flying colors.

One member of the staff in particular, Kacie Benjamin, is a complete joy to work with. She is detailed and precise, while allowing the customer room to create and execute what they've always wanted. People like that are a dime-a-dozen, and they are what true customer service is all about.

The most stressful part about the Pavilion may the number of bookings around your wedding date. If your wedding is set on the weekend, which the majority of weddings are, there may be one or two wedding ahead of you. Although good for Pavilion business, it leaves the customer very little time to set up and rehearse if they don't have a coordinator. Stress like that so close to the wedding day is something no one wants to go through. In addition, very minor details may be looked over if you aren't very prepared and definitive on your choices.

Overall, the Pavilion is a wedding venue that gives much more than it takes. The price, while reasonably expensive, provides you with an experience unlike any other. A location with this much to offer was built so that anyone could create exactly what they have always imagined and make it come to life. The Pavilion is a wonderful place to have a wedding or event, and like a good marriage, and it will only continue to improve and grow as the years go by.

This is a one of a kind venue! We traveled to Rockton because there is nothing else like it around the Chicago area. It is breathtaking! Our guests loved the beauty and elegance that The Pavilion provides. We could not have asked for a better day or venue! Thank you!

When selecting a venue for our June 2012 wedding, my husband and I had a few caveats. The location could not be a typical wedding venue, it had to portray quaint and rustic feeling that we wanted, and it needed to reflect our personalities. I stumbled across the Copper Stone Inn on the way to my in laws, and was attracted to the beauty of the house itself, not knowing that the property also held a beautiful farm that could hold larger events. We decided to drive up to Rockton on a Sunday afternoon to check out the Pavilion and the wedding space. As soon as I walked into the Pavilion I knew this was it. The room is warm, yet grand. The floor to ceiling stone fireplace, wrap around windows on either side of the barn, and magnificent open ceilings took our breath away. The Pavilion was the perfect blend of the rustic feel that we wanted and modern elegance any bride would swoon over. In addition to the wonderful property, we were treated with 5 star service. From our first meeting through the day of our wedding, both Jennifer and Kacie were the epitome of the perfect wedding coordinators. Emails and phone calls were quickly returned. They guided us through the process of selecting a caterer, helped us create the timeline to our events, and worked seamlessly with our vendors. Our wedding day came together so perfectly because of the professionalism and help from the staff. All of our guests raved about the Pavilion as well as the Orchard Ridge property - everywhere they looked there was something new to see! The staff at the Pavilion was nothing less than gracious. We cannot rave enough about the Pavilion at Orchard Ridge, and its wonderful staff. We look forward to the day we can host a repeat of our wedding reception - perhaps a 25th wedding anniversary- or sooner!

There are really no words to describe this venue...it's perfect! All of our guest raved about the unique location--it was unlike anything they had ever seen.

I cannot say enough positive things about Jennifer and the staff at both the Pavilion and the Copperstone Inn (we rented the whole house for the wedding). Everyone was beyond accommodating, and they truly want to make sure that this is YOUR special day.

Our wedding was a dream come true after being together for 41/2 years, engaged for 18 months and saving up we wanted a fun, beautiful setting for friends and family to finally celerate this big day . The location and venue is a beautiful setting for a larger wedding scene and Kacie the event coordinator went out of her way to make sure everything was top notch for the day of. We both highly recommend Kacie for the day of as she gets back to you very quickly and is willing to work with you to make it your day.

We had our ceremony by the pond and found it to be a gorgeous location with the fountain in the background. We also had our reception at The Pavilion and everything went very smoothly:) The Pavilion has now set up very nice packages for you to pick from to individualize what you want out of your wedding and they have come a long way since they first started hosting weddings in just a short couple of years.

We did book our wedding 18 months in advance and some changes occured in the contract that we were not made aware of at first and The Pavilion made sure to cover these addition costs which we very much appreciated. We were also originally told there was an event the night before our wedding, when in all reality there was not one, which made Rehersal hard to schedule for some of our guests. We were very happy to find out we had the time to decorate the day before the wedding and it all worked out. We just wish we had known from the beginning there was no event so we could have planned differently. Also, we wished we could have access to hallways or main entryways of the Inn for pictures but this is only allowed if you are staying in the Inn, just so future brides are aware and can budget this in the wedding:)

Regardless, this is a top notch venue and we have beautiful photographs, amazing memories and a lot of our guests said they loved the location and it was the best wedding they had ever been to. From the 18 person tram for our bridal party, the bridal suite complete with kitchen and mimosas for the ladies to allowing a firetruck in on the property this venue has thought of it all. There are varying picture opportunities in an apple orchard, against barns, by ponds, in the woods or in fields that you do not even need to leave the property to get the best pictures. I only wish we could have made it a weekend event as the day went by so fast but we are happily married and loved every minute of our big day. Thanks to Kacie and The Pavilion Staff

The Pavillion is the most beautiful place to have a wedding. I could not have had a better day thanks to the staff. Everything went smoothly and they made sure that I had EVERYTHING I needed. I would reccommend everyone check out The Pavillion for their wedding needs.

The contract you sign seems a little scary and that you might be charged for every little thing but I think they just add that in case something horrible happens. It's not as bad as it looks!!

We had the best wedding here! Everyone of the stuff was amazing! My hair/makeup lady had a flat tire and they put on her spare! The site is so beautiful. We have so many wonderful memories of this place. I wish I could do it all over again!

Honestly - the staff bends over backwards for you and without even thinking twice! They are very accommodating and so nice!!! I would recommend this place without a single doubt in my mind!

The location is beautiful! When I came across this location I knew I had to get married there. The entire place has such great detail. The outdoor grounds made for fabulous pictures. I love how the pavillion is all windows and has access to outdoor patios. We set up some lawn games for cocktail hour. The people were so great to work with as well. They are phenomenal at responding to emails and so helpful with any question you may have. We had a fabulous time. The Copperstone Inn is also the most perfect place to stay. Loved being so close to the venue. It was amazing for pictures and great place to get ready.

We couldn't be more please with the staff at the Pavillion and the staff at the Copperstone Inn. Everyone of our guests were awed by the facility and impressed with the staff. The atmosphere at our event was elegant and energetic thanks to all of the preferred vendors. Also, we were so glad we decided to book both the Inn and the Pavillion for our daughter's wedding. In fact, anyone who doesn't book the Inn for the wedding weekend is missing out on an amazing experience. Our wedding was beautiful, seamless and memorable. Who could ask for anything more.

The staff at the Pavilion were beyond wonderful. They were had great ideas on how best to set the room, and they worked great with the caterer Hoffman House, who was amazing as well. You really need to book the Copperstone Inn for the weekend as well. Both locations are the best in the area.

I researched tons of venues and booked the Pavilion sight unseen. When I did finally tour the venue, I was far from disappointed. It was absolutely perfect! It is the perfect combination of rustic and elegant. The staff is great to work with, Jennifer is very professional and organized. We got so many compliments on the location. My only negative would be the cost for the ceremony site, but it was my dream wedding so I can't complain.

The Orchard Ridge Farms Pavillion did an excellent job with our daughter's wedding. They were easy and wonderful to work with and they delivered everything as requested. It was a flawless and elegant event and they staff was super to work with. We would highly recommend them for any event!

I enjoyed working with the staff at the Pavillion. The only thing that I wish we could have done was picked our own vendors for liquor. It was quite costly to have the caterers that we had and we wish we could have hired someone we knew to provide the bar services. It would have saved us a lot of money and allowed us to have a full service bar for our guests. Our day was beautiful and I couldnt have asked for a beautiful location. I would recommend the Pavillion to anyone who was looking for a place to get married. I would just warn them its not cheap!

The venue is absolutely beautiful and I really loved the layout of everything. Even with a large group of people, it never felt crowded. The service provided by the staff was very professional and prompt. The only issue I had regarded the projector screen for the photo montage. We had gone a day early to make sure that it would work the day of the wedding and it did not which was unfortunate. Regardless of that, I would recommend the Pavilion to anyone and I am so happy that we were able to book this location for our special day.

Not only is it the most beautiful venue with the most amazing grounds that it rest in... the people who work with you are as well amazing!! They make you feel welcome and very much at home. The Spanton's, Jennifer, and the rest of the group have made the whole experience for us one that we will treasure for a life time.

Beautiful setting to have a wedding and reception. All of the staff was very helpful in the planning process and very attentive the day of the wedding. The bridal apartment was very nice to spend the day at and get ready in. Tons of great photo opportunities throughout the property. Couldn't have asked for a more perfect day! The compliments keep rolling in from family and friends!

Both the Copperstone Inn and the Pavilion at Orchard Ridge Farms were 100% amazing! Our wedding wouldn't have been the event it was had it been somewhere else. My wedding party, family,and friends were all incredibly impressed with every detail. Having the Inn for the entire weekend was the best money ever spent. It made things so easy and stress-free. It gave me time alone with the girls, plenty of space for all of us to get ready, and provided a gorgeous backdrop for photos. The guys, they had their fun too. Downstairs they had time to relax, get ready, and again...great photo ops. The Pavilion...no words can describe how beautiful it is. Its like no other place. Over a month later my guests are still talking about it. Breathtakingly beautiful they all felt transported into a land of luxury. No detail left out, every inch of the Pavilion makes you and your event feel special. When planning a wedding, you have to think about where is best to spend the bulk of your budget...I'm so sincerely happy we made the choices we did. Not one ounce of regret, nothing but priceless memories. Thank you so much to Richard, Chrissie, Jennifer, Saundra, Nikki, and Jessica. Our wedding was at The Pavilion over a week ago, and we are still on a high from how amazing every detail was. From start to finish, our overall experience with The Pavilion and its staff was exceptional! Throughout the planning process, The Pavilion's staff was very personable, prompt, and professional. They allowed us to create a unique and very personal ceremony and reception that catered to all of our special requests, even for a large crowd of 410 people! On the wedding day, the staff went above and beyond, to work with us and our day-of-coordinator. They ensured that everything ran smoothly and as we had previously discussed. The day could have not been more perfect for us! We still are getting phone calls and emails everyday telling how amazing the venue was, and what a great time everyone had. I can not wait to get the pictures back to reminisce about how gorgeous The Pavilion and 130 acres were. We couldn't have asked more a more perfect wedding venue or more fabulous people to work with. We look forward to visiting The Pavilion and its Bed and Breakfast (Copperstone Inn) in the years to come to celebrate our anniversaries, and to hopefully pick apples and pumpkins with our children. I would HIGHLY recommend this venue to any couple, especially if they like beautiful scenery, top notch service, and attention to detail.

Pavilion at Orchard Ridge Farms is a gorgeous venue with a very professional events coordinator. All of our guests raved about the location and the attention to detail. The staff was extremely kind and helpful on the day of the wedding and worked hard to make sure we had what we wanted. Make sure everything you want is written into the contract, however, because they will not give you anything that is not written into the contract without charging you for it.

Great location, great people to work with, a one of a kind venue in the region. If your looking for something different, check this place out!

Because this place was so new, I was kind of worried about how my wedding and reception would be handled. But from my first meeting, everything was fantastic!
Jenny was so professional and always had the answers to my questions and requests. She returned my calls and emails very quickly. They seem to have thought of everything right down to a well stocked kit in the bride's room.
There was a glitch or 2, but between Jenny, Chrissy and Rich and the other employees I never knew about them until later! They took care of them and made my day unforgettable!
The place is unique and the scenery is beautiful! I would recommend this place to anyone!
