I have never tasted buttercream as light and fluffy as this. I am so glad that I took her advice and avoided tasteless and plastic looking fondant. Everyone at my reception commented on how good the cake tasted as well as how beautiful it looked. She also made a decadent chocolate cake with almonds and served with strawberries for the groom's cake. I have since used this same bakery for birthday cakes, anniversary cakes and gifts.
