We initially booked The Pines Ceremony Lawn and Gazebo deck back in Fall 2009 when Jennifer was the event sales manager and DeeDee was the wedding coordinator. In the 18ish month since then, The Pines and Ducey's separated into two companies which unfortunately created a lot of necessary drama though they seem to have worked it out for future brides. We chose to continue working with Dee Dee as our planner since we'd been with her from the get-go. Hannah, the newest wedding coordinator and event sales manager, is absolutely awesome though. She met each one of our requests and exceeded it going above and beyond. She can be difficult to reach via email but is better by phone or text. The ceremony was absolutely BEAUTIFUL and the food was great too. The Pines was very flexible with the special little details we wanted to add to our wedding such as ColdStone Creamery's ice cream cupcakes instead of a traditional cake, performing a Flower Ceremony in addition to the regular wedding ceremony, etc. Overall, a great value and of course a beautiful location!

THey were great to work with and WOW! What a beautiful place to get married!- just don't go by what you are presented with. Ask questions, dream, and let them know your budget - they'll work with you the best they can! I worked with Dee Dee and she was great! The best part, my guest loved that everything was taken care of. It was an all-in-one package. THey showed up (all I had to do was center pieces on already decorated tables) ate, dances, and left - because no one was cleaning, it was a GREAT package deal and the best gift I could have ever given my family and friends!

My wedding reception was held in the Lakeview room at the Pines Resort, and they also catered food for the reception. I was extremely pleased with the amount of service I got for the price I paid. The food was GREAT, and the service was even better. The servers were cordial and available, yet not in the way or overbearing. The whole flow of my reception was so smooth and it was all because they kept things organized and on task. The Lakeview room is absolutely beautiful, we didnt decorate anything except the tables! The Pines Resort is a gorgeous place for a wedding reception and rest assured the service you receive is as much a knockout as the view. :)

This is a beautiful, beautiful place to have a wedding! The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The on site catering was absolutely delicious.
