The Radnor Hotel gave my husband and me the perfect wedding reception. They took care of everything and allowed us to fully enjoy ourselves. First off, they have a certified wedding consultant that is in touch with the bride and groom countless times before the wedding day. The consultant was quick to email or call when I had questions or needed help. One week before the wedding, the couple (and parents, etc) meets with a Day-Of Coordinator and Banquet Manager who will be there on your wedding day to review every last detail for the reception. They were so helpful and reassuring during a stressful and busy time.
Along with excellent customer service, the hotel provides many amazing features. The bridal party has use of the Roseglen Room where there is plenty to drink and eat, and waiter service for the entire bridal party before and during the cocktail hour. The Radnor has a beautiful outgoor garden that was the perfect setting for all of our wedding photos and cocktail hour. The garden is lit with white lights when the sun goes down and looks beautiful. There is also a separate room indoors for the cocktail hour for winter/rainy day weddings. The ballroom is large and impressive, and the dancefloor is built to suit the size of your crowd.
The food is delicious. We attended a tasting in the fall where we sampled all of the amazing appetizers, salads, entrees, desserts, and wedding cake. Everyone raved about the food. They also serve top-shelf drinks for the full five hours, and the waiters and waitresses tend to all of your needs during the seated dinner. Many of our guests actually tipped the wait-staff because they were so attentive. The wedding cake was included with the package, but we were able to pick the flavor, icing, and design from a large selection. It was delicious, moist and not too sweet.
After the reception, most of our guests visited the on-site bar, the Glenmorgan, which stayed open past 2:00 a.m. We were given a complementary bridal suite that the day-of coordinator decorated with rose petals and flowers. She even left champagne and two slices of wedding cake for us to enjoy at the end of the night.

FABULOUS! From the food, to the service, to the venue and the staff. We could not be more happier with our wedding at The Radnor. A special thanks to Jackie, our wedding coordinator who was incredible. We would have been lost with out her! She was there every step of the way, answering emails, phone calls...so responsive. The Radnor did such a tremendous job with setting the perfect venue for our wedding. We really could not thank them enough :)

The Radnor Hotel did an excellant job with my daughter's wedding - we were extremely happy. The outside gardens were beautiful, the reception room was wonderful and arranged exactly as we requested, the food was great and the service was fantastic. They are wonderful to work with and we had not one complaint!

My fiancee and I were really impressed by the Radnor the first time we saw it. It was on the high end budget-wise, although it was right on par for the area. The venue was great, food was great, etc, but I think what really makes this place shine is their wedding staff. They were great. Every little detail was handled without us having to say anything. Since the fiancee and I planned everything alone it was great to have their wedding "team" (5 people) there, especially day of, to act as wedding planners. We had a blast...

I had a morning wedding in their beautiful garden and then had the reception inside. Everything was wonderful and it was great having everything at one spot. Their wedding coordinator was great. She makes sure you're on tract (planning/figuring out details) and worked with us in keeping the cost within our budget. Everything came together nicely and the food was great!

Absolutely amazing! Jackie, Jen, Diane, and the rest of the staff were unbelievable. Everything we needed/wanted...they made it happen. I was terrified it was going to rain during our ceremony, but the assured me it wouldn't happen. Thankfully, it only spit for a couple minutes and the ceremony was beautiful.The cocktail hour and reception...excellent! The food was to die for, and everything looked stunning. First class all the way at The Radnor Hotel. I'd highly recommend it to anyone. :)

Our wedding reception was absolutely amazing at the Radnor Hotel! Jackie (new wedding coordinator) was the most professional, courteous, and caring person we have ever worked with! She made sure every detail was planned perfectly. Our wedding cake was wheeled out to us on the dance floor for cake cutting! This hotel is organized, immaculate, friendly, VERY professional, flexible, and perfect for a wedding reception. Our waiter, Brian, was always nearby when we needed him! The second a drink was finished, another drink was in hand! The second we needed to put down a drink, he was there with a tray. I don't know how he managed to be so attentive, but he made our wedding reception so enjoyable! This is a first-class hotel in our opinion, and they treated us with the utmost respect and kindness. We will always remember our perfect day here!

We were beyond thrilled with the Radnor Hotel. Jackie, Stephen, Diane and the rest of the staff were amazing to work with throughout the entire process. The room was beautiful, the food was delicious, and the servers were wonderful. We were able to have the cocktail hour outside which was perfect since it was such a warm day and our signature drinks were perfect for the occasion which thy helped us pick. They accommodated all of our requests and more. Our wedding day was perfect and we owe a lot of it to them.

All in all, it was a wonder experience and Melissa handled everything really well. We also got little surprises throughout the day such as two dinners, a bottle of champagne, two slices of wedding cake and chocolate-dipped strawberries because they knew we didn't have time to have a proper meal during our reception. It was little touches like that that made our wedding absolutely perfect. The staff were very friendly and eager to please. They really treated us like royalty!

Radnor Hotel was completely in tune with every request that I had and really made my reception run very smoothly.
Great to work with as they were very flexible. Great place to get a room block because there is a restaurant downstairs and a hair salon attached to the building. Can’t get more convenient!

Everyone loved the food at the wedding. We had the wedding outside in the garden, and it was great. It saved a lot of money on buying flowers. The hotel rooms were very nice as well. The desserts were amazing. There was a whole room just for them.

Not a good hotel. The rooms were old. The food was just OK and the pace was just to small. Hated from the time I walked in. I will never have my wedding there.
