Rehnea and her husband are the proprietors of The Ranson House. Rehnea is absolutely amazing. She is very organized and helped so much with the wedding. There was no need to hire a wedding coordinator because Rehnea more than filled that role by coordinating with all of my vendors and helping me pick out linens that looked absolutely amazing. She even helped me figure out a solution for the chairs at our church, which was something she did not have to do. She went above and beyond to ensure my wedding day was a success, which it was! The Ranson House itself is Southern, well maintained and absolutely gorgeous (especially at night). My guests loved the intimate feel the venue gave.

Rehnea is the owner of the house and also the event coordinator. She was fabulous to work with because she's very detail-oriented and has done many weddings on her property so she knows what works/doesn't, and how to save money without anybody noticing. She was basically my DOC without me having to hire one. She took care of all the rentals (tent, serve-ware, linens) and contacted all of the vendors to coordinate with them without me having to do it. She had a time-line in place so everybody knew what we needed to do the whole day, and it all went off without a hitch. The house and tent were beautiful and I couldn't have been happier. She was a pleasure to work with and I would recommend her to anybody - I just wouldn't plan on using a DOC or planner, that would probably be stepping on Rehnea's toes and she does a fabulous job on her own.

Rehnea was such a delight to work with!! She was very professional, yet extremely friendly. It felt as if she was helping to plan her own family member's wedding. She handled all the reception rentals, assisted in finding linens and vendors, gave her opinion when asked, and kept us on track and stress free. We were so happy we chose the Ranson House for our venue! It was amazing!
The Ranson House- Huntersville, NC. The Ranson house in Huntersville is a recently new event location. It is a beautiful white Southern home that has been completely renovated to be rented for events. We used the many rooms of the house for mingling when we arrived. We had appetizers and drinks on the front porch as guests arrived. We then had buffet lines set up in the house for a dinner under tents on the lawn. They are very easy to work with and allow many different type of receptions, rehearsals and weddings.
The Ranson House is a charming venue for the bride who does not want the typical hotel or country club event. The house is perfect for more intimate events but can easily be used in combination with an outdoor tent for larger numbers of guests. Rhenea handles only ONE event per day so you are guaranteed great service and attention to detail.
