The catering specialist has been very helpful in coordinating plans for me since I'm out of state planning this. The packages they have were surprisingly less expensive than I expected. The food I KNOW is fantastic and I'm excited to eat whatever we pick! They can accommodate our small wedding and larger ones as well, there's plenty of room. And the restaurant, Redfield's is wonderful too! Plus I like that our guests can stay there too.
Located in Ocean Township, NJ they were excellent. They was affordable and asked me what I wanted served at my wedding. They made my wedding beautiful. The chocolate fountain add on was the best part of the wedding!!! Everybody loved it so I suggest u get it! Everybody loved the food and the bartender. You have to choose and pay for your own liquor but it wasnt annoying. The Renaissance did it all for you, but factor that into ur budget. For a 90 person wedding we spent 800 on liquor so make sure u can afford to do that! They were great the chairs are older and the rug is not beautiful but hopefully by the time u get married they will change it. My Maitre D was great and stuck to he plan. I did buffett and they let me take home all the leftovers.
