We used Town and Country caterers for my daughter's wedding reception at Plymouth Creek Community Center . Although what food we had was good, the customer service was terrible. The coordinator took up to two weeks to answer some of our simple questions. She forgot an appointment that was set for a week and a half prior to the wedding. On the day of the wedding, food that we had ordered and paid for was missing on the buffet. We had decided on the pasta buffet and the chicken and sausage were not served, so for the main entry our guests received pasta and sauce only. Highly embarrassing. Also our wedding count was approx. 230, and for a great part of the night there was only one bartender to serve at the bar causing long wait lines and a frazzled bartender. Activities such as cake cutting took forever due to lack of communication to the bride. My daughter , the bride was very embarrassed as well as dissapointed at her wedding dinner. This should never happen on a girl's one and only wedding day. As a parent it deeply saddened me. I would never recommend this catering service for weddings.

It has been over two weeks since my best friend's wedding and I still cannot get over the look on her face after Town and Country Catering ruined her wedding. I have never seen my friend so disappointed in my 7 years of knowing her. After finding out Town and Country forgot the meat in their entree for dinner, more things continued to go wrong. I am thouroughly disgusted with the service and I wish I could take the disappointment away from my friend and her new husband.
To all you future brides, please do not chose to be disappointed on your wedding day. Because if you chose Town and Country, that is what you will be...disappointed.

Town and Country Caterers was the vendor through Bunker Hills Event Center where we had our reception. The food was delicious! We didn't get a single bad review from anybody.

I had the option of 3 caterers for my venue. I almost had my reception here (The Reserve), but then we went over to Plymouth Creek Center
and the room brought tears to my Mom's eyes. Obviously this is where I had to have my reception. Funny enough Town & Country was 1 of the 3 caterers to choose from. The taste testing was amazing, sort of a buffet style so we got a random sampling of what they had to offer. On my wedding day the food was amazing. The best wedding food I can remember and I have had some bad wedding food. Angie was very accomodating to what I wanted for my big day!

We did not have our reception here, we had them cater. The food tasted great, service and presentation at the wedding was great, but the price was more than we were hoping for.

The planning process for the reception went very smoothly. When it came to the actual event, however, there were several things that occurred that were not handled in the most professional manner. Overall, we had a very nice reception, but were somewhat disappointed with the service we received that night.
