Rondo String Quartet

The Rondo String Quartet was amazing! They played beautifully for our ceremony. Their repertoire is extensive and we were able to select some unique songs for our ceremony such as Unchained Melody by the Righteous Brothers and Sunshine of Your Love by Cream. I received numerous compliments on the string quartet including one from my grandmother who is a long-time violinist and retired music teacher. The Rondo String Quartet was easy to work with. Most of our contact was through email and mail and they even recorded a few special songs I was interested in using for our ceremony and sent me the files so that I could hear them before making my selections. The ladies were professional and courteous. I highly recommend!

The group has an incredibly beautiful sound that provided just the right background for conversation during the cocktail hour and dinner. We hired the Rondo String Quartet for our wedding ceremony and cocktail hour at Cranbrook House and Gardens. The music was wonderful, and many of our guests positvely remarked about the music. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing a quartet.

I found the Rondo String Quartet online and read good reviews on a few websites, prompting me to reach out to them. Lisa replied to my inquiry promptly and sent their extensive play list as well as a reference. The reference I spoke with was very pleased with the quartet so I decided to book with them. I picked out the songs I wanted, and even requested a Jewish song that wasn't on their play list, and they were happy to accommodate my request. Also, as the day got closer and more details were firmed up, we asked Rondo to change their arrival time and they easily fulfilled the request. On the day of the wedding, they arrived on-time and ready to play. They played beautifully and we received many compliments. Overall, I was delighted with the Rondo String Quartet's professionalism and level of expertise and would highly recommend them.

Lisa and her group were very helpful to us in planning the ceremony music. She offered suggestions about what music selections complimented each other, how the ceremony usually runs, what questions we should be asking about the process. The sound clips are good representations of their performance. She answered both phone calls and emails promptly, professionally, and warmly. I would be happy to hire them again for another event and other people considering this group should do so without reservation!

Although we were not there for the cocktail hour our guests raved about how the atmosphere was made complete with the addition of the beautiful music from Rondo. Instead of playing the cocktail hour my sister decided that she wanted Rondo to play at the wedding ceremony. I'm not sure if Rondo was expecting this or not, but the church's organist had also been hired to play a couple songs as well. With minimal preperation time just prior to the ceremony Rondo was able to accompany the organist's prepared music as if they had been practicing together for months. Needless to say, it was an absolute pleasure being able to finally hear Rondo in person since we were unable to do so during our wedding's cocktail hour.
