The Senter Piece

My wife and I went to The Senter Piece about 8 months before our wedding, met with Donna, and gave her our budget, our colors, a rough idea of how many tables we were going to have, and a request "to make it look pretty". We were astonished with how beautiful the flowers turned out. The ceremony flowers were amazing. The reception flowers looked better than the promotional photos our venue was using. The Four Season's let us see the reception space while everyone was at cocktail hour and we were blown away. Whats even better? Our quote we got 8 months before the wedding was only 30$ off from the final cost. All in all, the price was far better than the midtown vendors, Donna was friendly and professional, and the results were excelent. I highly recommend them.

Donna & Ken were a miracle for our wedding! Donna helped me piece and put together a theme for the wedding with the flowers when I wasn't sure what direction I wanted to take. Everything was superior quality and more than I had ever expected. I thought the price was astonishingly great compared to what I had researched. They both treated my family and I wonderfully with hospitality and respect. They were very easygoing but professional at the same time! I will definitely be using them again for future events!

I absolutely loved the flowers that Donna did for our wedding. One of my most favorite things about our wedding. She is so taleted and was wonderful to work with. The boquets were incredible! I could not take my eyes off of my bridal boquet. Our centerpieces at the reception were so beautiful with the candalabras that we rented. Her prices were very reasonable.

Donna Senter was a joy to work with in selecting flowers for my daughter's wedding. She had so many ideas and showed multiple pictures on her computer. Donna was absolutely amazing! She did an outstanding job! I got so many compliments on the flowers and they turned out so much better than I could have imagined! She is well worth the cost, im not caller her pricey at all because her quotes were around the same as other places but I feel that she provided a better quality than others I have seen. Donna and Ken Senter are simply amazing! I used The Senter Piece for not only one, but two of our daughters weddings in one year! When I first met with Donna she sat down and showed us actual pictures on her computer of all kinds of different flowers and ideas to help us select what my daughters wanted. She suggested flowers that she thought would be good for the feel of the their weddings. Donna and Ken both showed up on time with the most gorgeous flowers you have ever seen! They came in while we were busy getting ready and worked their magic! Donna made sure that everyone who was supposed to get flowers that day, got them. The comments we received on the flowers were so nice. For our second wedding, it was pouring rain, and there was Donna and Ken in the rain bringing everything inside and on time. The wedding was supposed to be outdoors, but we wound up having it indoors due to the weather. They transformed the inside into a paradise of flowers! From the alter flowers to the rose petals down the aisle to the gorgeous bouquets, Donna put her amazing touch into every single flower. We worked with The Senterpiece for our wedding in October, 2011 and were extremely pleased with the quality of flowers, the design element. Everything was executed flawlessly.

She is fabulous to work with, very professional and a talented floral designer. She helped us create a flower theme for our wedding and she hit our style and expectations right on the nail. In addition to our wonderful experience the kicker is her pricing! She cant be beat! So all around she is a winner and perfect pick for your wedding.

Donna at The Senter Piece was extremely professional and easy to work with. The bridal bouquet and bridesmaids bouquets were exquisite.

Donna met with us several times, as my daughter wasn't really sure what flowers to choose or even the look she was wanting. After meeting with Donna the first time, we knew we had found the florist we wanted for the wedding. Donna took the time to discuss flowers and what combinations would work together. After choosing the dress, I met again with Donna for more specific details. Donna's arrangements for the bouquets surpassed my expectations.

That floral and greenery used on the tables was simple but complimented the centerpieces provided by the facility. She also provided a beautiful candelabra for the fireplace at the outdoor wedding. I trusted Donna to provided beautiful flowers and she certainly did. The price was very reasonable.

I will certainly use her again for future needs and highly recommend her.

Fantastic!!!! The expertice was apparent from the initial meeting when Donna took the time to show arrangements, listened to personal choices and incorporated them into perfect floral arrangements and center pieces. Their ability to be prepared for a day of the wedding change if needed from outdoor gazebo to indoor room was a huge stress reliever. The confidence and personality of this vendor was appreciated.

Donna Senter was so great to work with. She met with my mother and I several times, twice at her office and once at my church to discuss wedding flowers. I asked for a few specific flowers and she was able to provide them. Everyone all night long commented on how great the flowers looked. I could not have been happier with The Senterpiece and Donna. I 100% suggest anyone looking for a florist to use her!

The absolute most beautiful flower arrangements ever. I told her what I was looking for and she went above and beyond what I was hoping for.

Donna is a great Florist and I was very happy with her work. My bouquet was gorgeous, all the flowers were very professional, fresh and fit our theme nicely. My only con would be that I didn't really know what I wanted, and she didn't really provide suggestions- I wanted a florist that would come up with a design based on my ideas, and she wanted something more specific from me.
That being said, I gave her the budget, colors and some flower choices I liked (and didn't like) and she came up with beautiful arrangements that lasted at least a week after the wedding.
I had one problem with flowers- the peonies I wanted came in too small and not fully bloomed. She substituted with several other flowers (gorgeous) with no problem, and called me a few days before the wedding to let me know about the substitution, which I really appreciated.

Donna was AMAZING! She did MORE than what I paid for (who does that these days?) and EVERYONE complemented me on the flowers...they really made the wedding and reception spectacular! I can't say enough good things about her...You would be foolish not to use her! Gorgeous flowers for a good price!

We really loved our florist. When we first went to meet her, we did not know that there was an appointment only policy (we had been out for the day in the area doing other things and decided to stop by to see if they were open), but they made time for us anyway. She really took her time figuring out exactly what we wanted and helping us choose everything so it was just right. The price for what we got was very reasonable. The day of, the flowers turned out BEAUTIFULLY; I loved my bouquet and the bridesmaids bouquet, the pomander was the cutest thing, the pew pomanders were beautiful, the Eiffel tower arrangements looked awesome, and the altar arrangement was absolutely stunning. We really loved working with them, and I would recommend the Senter Piece to anyone!

The Senter Piece was amazing! They were recommended by a girl who had used them and I am so happy that I listened to her advice. The first time I talked to Donna I knew everything would turn out great. The flowers were very important to me for my wedding. I wanted them to stand out...and they did! The arrangements were exactly what I pictured and what i explained to Donna that I wanted. She did a wonderful job! the price was also very good! I thought I would be paying a lot more with the types of flowers I wanted to use (all Calla Lilies and Cymbidium Orchids) but she was very reasonably priced. The Senter Piece was perfect and I definitely think they are worth it!

My original florist dissapeared the week of our wedding, which was the day before valentine's day. The senter-piece came to my rescue! They got us exactly what we wanted with only 4 days to plan and still kept us within our budget. All of the flowers were just gorgeous! I am so glad that our original florist went M.I.A., I gurantee our flowers were more beautiful with Senterpiece!

Donna was wonderful! She is very easier to work with and has wonderful suggestions on decor and flowers. I received so many complements on the flowers.....everything turned out beautiful!

DONNA IS AMAZING! First of all, Donna was the first and only florist i met with for my wedding. I sent out like 15 emails to all different vendors in houston and she got back with me to meet with her. The day i got back from my appointment with her i had an email from a different florist saying they were booked the day of my wedding but to try The Senter Piece because "they are fantastic and their website does not do them justice". For another florist to say this to me was all the recommendation i needed and let me tell you, they were more than right!

I am totally ignorant with flowers but Donna helped me pick out colors and showed me examples and was very reasonably priced and everyone was in "aw" of her wonderful work. I had tall arrangements, short bubble bowl arrangements, and 2 candelabra arrangements which were phenomenal. Her and her husband are so sweet and truly know what they are doing.

Donna went above and beyond for my wedding and impressed me more than words can say. The owner of the venue even said that those are the prettiest flowers that had ever come through her venue. wow!

She did extra little things too that i didnt even expect, such as give the groom 2 options for boutonnieres just in case and at the last minute we added lights at the bottom of the tall arrangements which looked awesome.

The bouquets Donna provided for both my bridesmaids, and my bridal bouquet were absolutely gorgeous. The quality of the flowers was amazing, and I got alot of comments on how nice the bouquets looked. I highly recommend The Senter Piece if you're looking for high quality, at a reasonable price!

I am very very pleased with how the floral arrangements turned out. I told the florist what my budget was and she worked within it. I was able to incorporate my favorite flower into some of the arrangements. I had no problems with this vendor at all. I highly recommend them.

Although we had a minor hiccup upon our initial meeting with Donna (she was not available when we showed up for the first meeting), The Senter Piece was very accommodating and did a fantastic job on our ceremony pieces and reception tables.
