The dress was absolutely amazing and I loved it so much. After I bought the dress the quality of service dropped significantly. The dress was ready and I never received a call to let me know to come in for an alteration appointment. I asked for undergarments and they were never ordered, therefore, on my wedding day the only undergarment I could find was constantly showing above my dress and I have many pictures with my bra showing! The alterations that were done on my dress were poor in quality and the seamstress left string tags on the bodice and didn't put in an agreed upon strap to hold the dress in place. I to pick up my dress twice because of the mistakes with the alterations and because the dress wasn't pressed the first time. I just loved my dress, I just didn't love the place I bought it from.

They have a decent variety for a smaller bridal shop. The ladies are nice, but the shop is always very busy and can sometimes take sometime for the ladies to get to you. Also, you have to pick up your rental on a specific day of the week, which is a pain for some people with more inflexible schedules. Overall, they were nice, and I recommend them because in so small an area, that's all you have.
