Reviews for The University Club of Nashville

The University Club isn't a bad location for a reception or a rehearsal dinner, but personally I think it is a little bit of a dated location. If you bring in a lot of your own decor the place can be worked with, but it isn't a location that I would choose on my own. It is on a college campus and while parking on this campus is usually limited, the University Club does have it is own parking lot.

I had a wonderful experience with this facility. I had a may wedding and the venue along with the courtyard was wonderful. The food was superb and the coordinator, Deborah Fluhart was fabulous! She made everything totally worry free. The day before I was able to drop off my favors, photos, cake stand, etc and she made sure everything was in place. She acted as my reception coordinator. She made sure that everything stayed on time, that the band was fed, that we didn’t run out of food or drinks. It was awesome. The only downfall is parking is very limited. We hired a valet service through the club to park cars. It did get slightly backed up as people were arriving but that was the only problem. There was no problem as people left. I highly recommend the University Club of Nashville.

We had our reception at the U. Club of Nashville and it was perfect! When we were looking for a reception site it was hard because a lot of places were either booked or were way too expensive. I was looking for a site that was more rustic so I was worried about choosing the U. Club. But the space there is so easy to transform into whatever theme you're wanting. And the courtyard really helped pull off the 'rustic' idea I was looking for. We worked with deborah Fluhart from the site and she was amazing. She helped us work within our budget and pull of a beautiful wedding. The site is very affordable and has many options for food (and it's all VERY good!) We've had everyone comment on how beautiful our wedding was and how amazing their food was!
