The ladies at the shop were absolutely amazing. They worked with us untill we were satisfied and went above and beyond to make our dresses and our day just perfect. They even helped with suggestions of other vendors as we were going through the planning process. Highly recommend them, it's worth the drive!

They payed attention of every detail to make sure I looked beautiful on my wedding day! The staff was wonderful and very friendly! They knew my name every time I walked in the door, usually unscheduled. I would recommend this place to everyone!

They have a great selection of dresses. They carry many different brands of dresses. I ended up purchasing an Alfred Angelo dress and it was perfect. The alterations were done at a very affordable price and I loved the fact that they let me keep the dress there until I picked it up the day before the wedding. Everyone who works there is so sweet and easy to work with.

This "boutique" like shop was amazing! From the wonderful people to the up to date styles they have available, I couldn't imagine going anywhere else for my wedding dress. I also found a wide selection of bridesmaid dresses that looked great on all of my girls and they all had very different body types. Even the tuxedos were fun! My finance had such a good time bringing his groomsmen in to pick things out and get measured. Needless to say this unique shop in Geneseo is the only place I would recommend going for all your wedding essentials. I have had so many compliments about how unique and different my dress was! This shop really pays attention to detail. I tried other shops that didn't give me the time of day. My wedding was perfect!!!! I bought everything here, including tuxedos. My maid of honor was recently engaged and will be coming here in the Spring to buy her dress. Can't say enough about this great little shop!

What a well kept secret! I bought my wedding dress and all my brides maids dresses here. Everything went very smoothly, alterations were great too. My dress was about 500 dollars less for the same dress in a Rochester store. We are coming back for my sisters wedding in 2012!

What a fun dress shop! I found all the girls to be helpful and patient with me. I tried on at least 10 dresses until I found the perfect one. Prices were right too.
I would shop locally in Geneseo and not bother with the city stores. Kudos to the Wedding Dress and Tux Shop!!!

If you noticed the dates of great reviews are before 2010. After the new owners (mother- Nancy & daughter-Jessica took over, the service has been really really bad. They had a nasty attitude towards me when I complained how my dress did not fit me well. They acted as if I was a bother. They claimed to know a lot about fashion but whenever I needed something adjusted, they call Jean the seamstress. I will not recommend this place anymore.

I had fantastic service from the Wedding Dress & Tux Shop. Everyone was prfessional, and very very helpful. My assistant was Jessica and I found her to be awesome to deal with. Polite at all times and willing to do whatever I needed. I would highly recommed this vendor to anyone. The prices were reasonable. Thank You all for all your help.

Great service!!!! The new owners were very informative and took great care of me and the entire Bridal party. Prices were super and alterations were really cheap. Jessie even came to the church to help me on my Wedding day!!!!Shop at this small shop were you will be treated great.

From the minute I set foot into their clean, spacious, sparkling boutique I was treated like a princess. They helped me pick out the gown of my dreams and even when I found it they were honest with their thoughts about whether it's the right cut for me or not. I was greated with genuine smiles every time I visited and my fittings were quick and easy. They also allowed me to do something that was VERY important for me; they allowed my family to take pictures. Something that most wedding attire vendors do not allow. I was so happy with them I also purchased all my bridesmaids gowns from them too. The seamstress who works with them did an amazingly quick job as well. I could not have been happier with them!

My dress was wonderful, and they made the experience of picking the dress extremely easy. They did not blink an eye when I wanted to try on 20 dress (no joke).

I ordered my dress 4 mo before the wedding date, and they were able to get it in and have two alterations before the wedding. Truely a gem!

The women at this shop are amazing. I live in the Buffalo area, so it was quite a trek for me to get out to Geneseo during normal business hours. They would always make appointments with me when it was convenient for me, not them. They were extremely professional and helpful. I not only got my wedding dress there, but we got all the bridesmaid dresses and my mother's dress as well. I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone!!

My bridesmaids purchased their dresses from them and they were absolutely terrific. I had scheduled appointments up in Rochester, and of course, that day we have our first major snow storm of the winter season. The Wedding Dress was able to get me in that afternoon and everyone was very helpful and knowledgeable. The prices were TERRIFIC!!!! I highly recommend them.
