We were referred by a friend who also had an awesome experience with ross and his crew. I think that would sum it all up "AWESOME".
Really everything was just perfect from the personality to the care and attention to the amazing pictures and album. It was Awesome.....

I met Ross at my cousins wedding and was amazed by the non stop coverage, professionalism & sweet demeanor. On top of that when I saw the albums n pix I was just blown away. Because they made the wedding we all attended seem so magical and fairytale like. I mean to see the stuff that we missed and to capture it... Same exact thing with our wedding and albums and everything, By the Way! It was all just almost unexpected. I think every bride deserves people like ross for there photographer. I mean it.

Well I'm not much for words but I'll say this. I would recomend these guys to everyone. I shopped around and they were the best in every sense. I was lucky to find them and I got more than I could have asked for. They made us Very Happy!

The Wedding Elites do very detailed work. Ross is very professional and provided us with beautiful photos. The videographer who showed up to help him out was sleepy and aloof causing issues with receipt of our wedding video, however, we both adored working with Ross and the the value and quality of his personal work was exceptional. We would highly recommend choosing Ross to photograph and record any event in our lives.

I have been covering Weddings since the age of 16 as a second shooter with my father and I can say I have over 18 years experience but have been shooting professionally for over 11 years. Today I only work with some of the best in the country, professionals who have a passion and drive to meet and exceed the expectations and hope of our clients.

I have tried to keep my prices and packages as reasonable as possible, and try to work with every budget. All our clients recieve a full Engagement Shoot. All our clients recieve Full Days Coverage, Full Copyrights, Online proofing, Atleast 1-400 images Self Selected Album & Atleast 3-Photojournalistic Slide Shows regardless of Budget. Digital is the prefferd media but on special request we can can provide film photography in various formats

How many photographers do you work with?

Their are atleast Two Photographers covering each Event but the higher packages and specific request and needs of our clients are always fullfilled. 

Do you guarantee your presence at the actual event?

Yes, We only cover one Event a Day and I myself am always present at each Event. Even though we work with some of the best in the country I still am present and I maintain all contacts and meetings myself.

Do you sometimes book yourself for more than one event in a day? Weekend?

Since the volume and demand is so great. I do take into consideration a Event the following day or so but depending on the specifics

Do you have a replacement photographer in case you become unavailable on the day of the event?

I have a long list of Professional photographers and videographers that I know that I can depend on but also have close ties with other Master photographers and videographer

What kind of equipment do you typically bring with you on the day-of?

Each Photographer has his/her own set of equipment which usually consists of around 3 SLR cameras, an array of different lenses and flashes, Battery Packs and more than enough cf memory cards and drives to back up any project. 
Also Umbrella lighting, Laptops, Bags, Tripods & Monopods are always taken to all Events.

Do you bring back-up equipment to the event in case of malfunction?

Each Photographer has his/her own set of equipment which usually consists of around 3 SLR cameras, an array of different lenses and flashes, Battery Packs. We littrally over pack to handle any given situation....

Do you charge hourly or full day?

We only have full day packages and believe all brides should get coverage from the time they are getting ready to time that they go home or wherever magical they are going. Regardless of hours.

Are you available to shoot extra hours? If yes, how much do you charge for extra hours?

There are no charges for Extra Hours.

What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, do you require that the client provide your meal?

We do ask the Client to provide the meals, simply because we do not take any breaks on your one special day. The Only time we sit down and eat is when you sit down and eat..

Do you charge for travel?

There are no travel Charges what so ever within the Tri state area and beyond. Destination weddings are detailed and covered according to specifics.

How soon after the event are the proofs ready for viewing?

All clients recieve all their Images within 1-2 weeks after the wedding.

In what format are the initial proofs offered?

All Images will be burned on to dvd sets for clients personal use. These DVDs are unlocked & unblocked. Clients Own full copyrights to all Images/Footage taken and reserve all rights to do as they please with them.

How long can the client keep the proofs?

They Proofs belong only to the clients as they always have Full Copyrights to all their Images/Footage.

Do you retain the copyright for the photos?

Clients Own full copyrights to all Images/Footage taken and reserve all rights to do as they please with them.

Do you reserve the right to publish the photos?

Sometimes If otherwise specified by the clients we ask to be able to show an Image ot two from an event for advertising and promotional purposes

Do you provide the digital files and/or negatives (or copies of the negatives) to the client?

Will images be available for viewing online?

We provide Online proofing and an a better alternative, which is to set up a custom personal website. Which the clients have full control of.

What kind of albums do you offer?

We Offer Every type of Album available on the market. You name and we can make it better than anyone. Gauranteed.
Zookbooks, Willowbooks, Queensland, Imperial, etc....

When will the client get the final album?

Depends on the Clients spoecific package. usually in record time.
i.e the standard album can be ready 3 days after the client has made their selection of Images. As all albums are self selected and custom designed to exact specification of clients
