The Westin Los Angeles Airport

The Westin Lax is a beautiful venue, but they really screwed up our wedding. They booked a convention in the ballroom that we were to use for out reception and ceremony. They did not tell us this til 10 days before the wedding afte which they had been fully paid. The convention was supposed to be over at 5:00 did not end til much later and the hotel staff did not clean up after them either. we could not go in to prepare any decorations, our florist could not set up anything and our outside caterer could not set up anything, everything was delayed for hours. They also made us a list of promises that were never kept. It was a horrible experience.
