I found my Watters wedding gown at The White Dress and absolutely loved my experience there. The girls who work there are all very helpful and when I found my dress, they popped a bottle of champagne and had me sign the cork and make a wish and drop it into their cork vases on the way out. It was very cute.
The only downside is that they don't do any alterations there - but it really doesn't matter too much. They have a list of recommended specialists and we took my dress to L'Mode Bridal to have Dorie Kong alter it.
Overall nice experience, and the boutique is very cute - I definitely felt special when I was there.

I love everything about my experience at The White Dress. I purchased my dress and all of my bridesmaids here. The gown came in fitting perfect with the exception of needing to be bustled. And the bridesmaid dresses needed a little altering, but came in just as expected. My stylist did a great job with assisting me with my look, and the staff responded to all of my inquires and status updates.

The most beautiful selection of dresses, and they were able to order a gorgeous Amsale dress for me in less than 3 months!

If you want to be treated like the beautiful bride that you are, you must go to The White Dress. I took my mom with me dress shopping and we had the greatest time here and found my dress after just about 5 try-ons. I fell in love with "the dress".
The store is super cute and they have tons of different options to choose from. The staff is very knowledgable, so I would definitely trust their opinions as well.
The whole experience is just what it should be when you are a bride to be!

From the time I first walked into The White Dress to the time I walked out with my dress, the people in the store made me feel like I was the only bride there. I had a wonderful experience shopping for my dress. I didn’t feel rushed, I felt special, I felt like they were there to help me find THE dress and I did! I feel in love with the most beautiful dress and it was $1100 under my budget. I don’t know about the rest of the prices there but they didn’t try to sell me on dresses that were at the top of my price range or over my budget, they showed me dresses that I loved. My dress came in a month ahead of schedule. The only thing is that they don’t have an in-store alterations department. You have to find one on your own. They give you a list of alteration places that other brides recommend (they are not affiliated with them and do not vouch for them). Unfortunately the alterations place I choose I wasn’t all that happy with. But overall my whole experience was so wonderful and they make you feel so special!

The White Dress makes your bridal dress search everything you imagined it would be and more. Their costumer service is magnificent. The sale girls are extremely personal without stepping on your feet. They have an excellent and extensive dress (and bridesmaid dress) selection. You will not be disappointed!

The White Dress has a wide variety of wedding gowns as well as bridesmaid dresses and flower girl dresses. I got my wedding dress here and they did a great job with my dress. I had some complications with my dress and they handled it very well. When my dress came in there were multiple things wrong with it (just not put together (sewn) with the same quality of the sample dress I had tried on) but they sent it back, had my dress remade, and had it back to the store within a month. I also got my bridesmaid dresses from here and they were great! They had a wide variety of dresses to choose from which made it easy to find just what I was looking for. I highly recommend The White Dress!

The staff is very attentive and they worked with me from the week after engagement to the big day!

I got my dress at a sample sale at The White Dress the day after Thanksgiving. I made an appointment just like buying a regular dress and I wasn't treated as if I were a sample sale client. I got very personalized attention and the saleswoman was even able to get my sister (who lives in Europe) on a web cam so she could share in choosing my dress from overseas!

We purchased the wedding dress and all the bridesmaid dresses from The White Dress. Everyone was so easy to work with. We only had three months to put the wedding together and there was no problem with getting everything on time. We had a wonderful experience with everyone working at The White Dress.

Staff was very helpful! Dresses were beautiful, bought first dress she put me in! My dress was on time, and perfect!!!! I used the lady upstairs for alterations and she made my dress perfect!!! Also while I was there they had a designer there that made beautiful hair pieces , which I bought one, and my vail. I want to get married again just to go through whole process again haha!!!

The White Dress has a fabulous selection and does not pressure you into picking a dress that isn't right for you. They create an atmosphere that feels elegant and classy. You can't help but want to purchase a dress from them!

The woman that helped me was a doll and she helped me find the perfect dress that I may not of found on my own. The sample fit me perfectly and I was able to buy it for a 30% discount! I also used the woman who works upstairs, Tara, for alterations and she did an amazing job.

I went to several stores looking for my gown, and The White Dress store was the last one I went to because I had finally found the dress! The service was excellent. It is a small intimate store which I preferred much more to David's Bridal. The price range was just within my budget. The gowns their are very high quality. They dress that I picked was Amy Michelson Rock Star, a beautiful, elegant, intelligient and sexy dress made of silk. Right after I chose the dress the staff popped a bottle of champagne and poored my friends, family and I a glass. It was a highly enjoyable experience for everyone involved.

The White Dress is a bride's dream boutique. Its cute, its adorable and all the staff are super helpful, patient and friendly. It was so fun to celebrate finding THE dress with Champagne in the store. The best part - my parents weren't with me when I found the dress, but I was able to call them remotely and use the White Dress' awesome web cam so my parents could see me live in my dress from the store!

I loved this shop! So beautiful and elegant! I got my 14 bridesmaid dresses here! They were so helpful and easy to work with! Trying to find a dress for that many girls is really hard and they were great to work with! I highly recommend checking them out!

I absolutely loved everything about The White Dress and their staff. Briele was amazing the 3 times I went in there to contemplate on my final decision and I didn't feel pressured any of the times I was in there. It was worth the drive to Corona Del Mar! I loved and still love my Melissa Sweet dress and am so happy they have the selection they do.

The White Dress consultants were very helpful and friendly. They carry amazing gorgeous stuffs that are hard to find elsewhere. I bought my veil, head piece and I am very lucky to order my bridesmaid dresses at there. It took only a month to receive all the seven dresses. They referred us to see Dorie and the crew of L'Mode Bridal Alterations Specialist located in Tustin for the alterations. They did great job for my bridesmaids. One of them was 8 months pregnant and amazingly they can restyle it and made it wearable, fitted her and still looked flattering. I salute Dorie's work and her commitment to her job . I thanked The White Dress not enough for referring to the professional who does quality job.

Nancy at the store was very helpful and focused all her attention on me. She helped picked out dresses that would look good on me and it worked! Very professional and when my dress was picked, we celebrated with champagne!

The shop is beautiful and the staff is so friendly! I made an appointment and visted the shop on a Friday afternoon with two of my bridesmaids. My consultant was Andrea. She was so easy going and so eager to please - really just the best consultant experience I could have asked for. She was not pushy and had a really good feel for my wedding dress vision. Ladies, let me tell you... Andrea dealt with all of my crazy bridezilla nuances and made me feel super comfortable... Because, really, who is comfortable stripping down to your skivvies in front of a complete stranger? Well I was definitely more so with Andrea helping me out.

I told Andrea my budget but asked her to keep me lower if at all possible. Luckily, there was a Watters trunk show that day so she pulled a few dresses right at my budget as well as below the buget. Also, I had already been scoping out their website and she pulled a sample that I had asked to try on since I had seen it online as well. She was awesome and pulled about ten dresses for me all together. She was so patient and really gave me great input that I needed to make a choice. She was even understanding when I told her I wanted to shop around more before I officially purchased anything!

Finally, after two other appointments... I made the decision to come back to The White Dress and purchase THE DRESS!!! Andrea was able to squeeze me in on a busy Sunday afternoon so that I could re-try on the sample dress that I had fallen in love with! She also gave me another bit of really great news... They could sell me the sample dress for more than 50% off of the retail price!!!!

Once I said Yes to the dress, we popped champagne and celebrated the day away! I would highly recommend this to anybody looking for a wedding dress! The consultants/stock selection/bridal salon/experience cannot be beat!

I went the White Dress on a weekday with my mom. I thought they were friendly and so nice. I must have tried on at least a dozen gowns and finally chose a a fitted dress which went out at the bottom. The top of the dress was a little loose so I did need a little nip and tuck. The girls at White Dress were so helpful and I was able to arrange alterations at the last minute, I forgot to schedule my appt. early. Oops! From the moment we walked in to the moment I picked up my dress the girls were great! I would refer them to any picky bride, like me!

I was very pleased with my experience at The White Dress. My dress was absolutely beautiful and the staff was friendly and patient while I tried on dress after dress. The stylist assigned to me even made helpful suggestions. The staff did not mind that I brought 7 people with me and were friendly with everyone. There could not be a more beautiful store to try on wedding dresses and they even opened a bottle of champagne for everyone when I bought my dress.

At first I thought the vibe was a little to stuffy for me but they ended up being the warmest and easiest of vendors. I was in love with a dress from Mona mi and was devestated when they sold the dress (they don't reorder dresses once they sell). The White Dress came to the rescue when the special ordered it from the designer for me. I was so happy and couldn't have imagined a more perfect gown for my wedding. They also have a seamstress that works above the store who does amazing work! I also bought beautifl garters from The White Dress as well.

Marlis and her staff are as sweet as cotton candy. The selection of dresses are very eclectic. They recently expanded the shop and there's even more for the brides to browse through. I ordered my bridesmaid dresses from the shop. Everything worked out well. Another note, they do not have an in-house seamstress, but the one they recommend was very good.

We purchased our bridesmaids dresses here. The ladies are very helpful in helping us try on and determine what best suits my wedding and helped us in getting all the bridesmaid fitted. They have gorgeous dresses there and that's why I love the shop...it's quite a high end boutique so make sure you have the budget.

Even though I didn't have an appointment they fit me in to be one of the brides during a trunk show. I gotban amazing dress for 1/2 the price I would have psidvon any other day. The service was amazing and I loved the added touch of champagne popping when I said " yes to the dress". It's a great shop!

I had a great experience working with Nancy at The White Dress. I went in several times -- first with my fiance (that's right!), then twice with my sister. Some of the other places I went before The White Dress thought it was very odd that I brought my fiance, but not Nancy. She thought it was great. I must have tried on at least 30 gowns between the three trips and was having a very hard time making a decision, but Nancy was incredibly patient. It came down to 2 dresses, and one was twice the price of the other. She could have easily tried to push me to get the more expensive one, but she was never pushy and agreed with me when I chose the less expensive one. In fact, I found out that I could buy the same dress at a shop closer to my home (The White Dress is 1.5 hours away from where I live), so she gave me a 10% discount. And the dress arrived less than a month after I ordered it! They were also very helpful and flexible when I came in to pick it up. Great experience working with them!

Loved my dress from the moment i walked it! It was the first one i grabbed....they had an amazing selection!

The shop is beautiful and has a wide variety of upscale wedding dresses. The ladies there are all extremely helpful. Most of the dresses are very expensive so be prepared to spend a lot if you go there. They were slow to return my emails after I had purchased my dress and it was difficult at times to get an appointment.

Beautiful dresses and staff that was helpful and attentive. Most are pretty expensive, but the quality and choice of designers is unmatched.

I absolutely loved my dress that I found at the White Dress. It was perfect for me and I really enjoy the White Dress overall. My complaints are only that they lost my file twice - and never really admitted it - and I had to come in twice to do my measurements before they ever ordered my dress. I will admit they pressured me to go with the smaller size dress and they were totally right and I had to do zero alterations to my dress. They are more expensive than many bridal salons, but certainly the ambience and the selection are worth it.

The quality of the dresses at the White Dress is astounding! They are extremely sweet and helpful, making it such a special experience. They helped me find the dress of my dreams. The only reason I didn't give them a higher review is because they kept mixing up the days that a sample of my dress would be in the store, so I had to go back a couple of times to finally get to try it on. I had to leave work to make sure I got their in time to try it on before they sent it back and, therefore, my best friends and some family members didn't get to see me try it on. But other than that, it was great! (a little pricey though!)

This reveiw is a little hard for me to put together, but I will do my best. I purchased both my wedding gown and my bridesmaids dresses at The White Dress. My wedding gown experience was magnificant! My consultant Brielle was fantastic, she knew exactly what I was looking for while staying within my budget. I found the perfect gown almost right away. The ambiance in the salon is great and the overall feel from the staff is great. They even set up a web cam so my mother could see me in the dress because she couldn't be there. My gown came in (a little earlier than expected) and they shipped it to me in Connecticut (where I now live) with no problems.

My bridesmaids dresses however were a different story. I am not sure who is more at fault the shop or the designer (Jim Heljm). Initially our consultant sold us a dress that turns out cannot be made in my color. All decor and groomsman colors have been set, so my color could not be changed. So then they couldn't figure out which other dresses were our back up choices, even though they were supposedly written down. Then there was a discrepency with the cost, which was figured out. They ended up giving us our back up dresses for the cost of our original choice to make up for the mistake. Because of this delay with the mix up the dresses were suppose to be rushed, but did not get in until April 10, when all of my bridesmaids were scheduled to fly out to Puert Rico (our destination wedding site) on April 18th. This left them with only about a week to get alterations done. Then......oh goodness....the dresses didn't fit! They were about 3-4 inches too small to zip up on 3 of the 4 of them. This was too much to be let out....we needed more material or a different dress. I believe this to be a designer error. So all this being said, the owner of salon overnighted material and sent my girls to the taylor that they recommend often and he rushed alterations of the dresses. The owner of The White Dress took care of the extensive tayloring fees and in the end the dresses looked great and everything turned out just fine. I will say that although there were a few major problems with the bridesmaids dresses, The White dress was always diligent about trying to fix the problem and always very accomodating and solution driven. I do appreciate the professionalism and service, and do believe this incident to be a fluke.

Bought my dress here as I was in a bind. There discount for off the rack actually wasnt really a discount at all. Do your homework on dress prices before shopping here. Also, not all the sales associates are equally friendly....

After having a disappointing experience there with the bridesmaids dresses, the owner responded to our complaints and has been really helpful and apologetic. She is going out of her way to help us and that's all we ask for. Mistakes happened and as a customer, I just wanted to feel that the white dress cared and was going to help me any way they can. In the end, the owner was great and said that she would try to fix any issues she may have with the staff and its procedures.

The boutique is really nice, the staff is very friendly. They have a wide variety of dresses at various price ranges. I purchased my wedding dress there and everything went fine up to the recommendation of the tailor upstairs - trust me, don't go there - but that's another story. This recommendation is the reason for the 3 stars on professionalism.

There was a glitch at the payment step. I came in and rushed to make a decision due to the "Designer trunk show 10% discount" but they failed to inform me that my dress was not expensive enough to qualify for the discount. This was not stated or posted anywhere until paying for the dress. Even though I loved my dress, this felt like a bait and switch and was a bad experience.

I also got all the bridesmaids dresses there. There was an issue with the ordering that frustrated me - our wedding was coming soon and the White Dress failed to inform us that the order was on hold due to a pending payment from one of the bridesmaids. They claim to have a policy that didn't allow them to tell the bride anything about the bridesmaids dresses. Luckily, we caught the issue in time and the order came in on time - but beware and manage every detail of your order, because they won't. This is the reason for 3 stars on quality of service and 2 stars on flexibility. For the sales staff, they are 5's.

Bottom line, great place to go try on dresses, but not the best place to buy.

when i first walked into the store i was blown away with the quality and amount of dresses they had. Working with Nancy was a dream, we found my dress within a couple of hours. I also purchased my bridesmaids dresses from here. Although the store has great merchandise and is lovely i did have some problems. First I felt that i got great customer service when i was buying the dresses. After that not so much. I had several problems with my bridesmaids gowns. first of all i came in with all my girls in october to buy the dresses, they charged them all then but then didnt really order them till december, which made the pickup date less then a month before the wedding. When i found out my bridesmaid was pregnant and needed a bigger size they wouldnt change the size for her and we had to spend an extra $100 for fabric that didnt come in till the week of the wedding and the store did not offer to pay for any of it. Also they forgot to mention that my vendor doesnt do custom sizing and my dress was too short and they wouldnt help me with that and told me to just take it to alterations, which i had to pay $50 to lower the waist which they didnt help take care of either. once they get their money i felt they could care less about my issues. I probably wouldnt go back there for anything else.

This bridal shop was pretty typical. They had some helpful staff, but the consultant who helped me originally was unprofessional and pushy. She seemed to think that I was wasting her time. If I had it to do over again I would have purchased my gown directly from the source, Priscilla of Boston.

I did not purchase a bridal gown here, but did pick out my bridesmaids dresses as well as purchase a dress for my rehearsal dinner. My initial experience with them was great and my sales associate Katryn was wonderful.

Fast forward to after we paid them. Major problems: Dresses were late, and ordered too large. I, along with a few of my bridesmaids, vented to the sales associates and owner about our dissatisfaction, but she would not cooperate with us. While the dresses themselves (shape, color, quality were beautiful: Amsale) if we were to do it again, we'd order from another boutique.

Out of 5 bridesmaids and the 1 ordered for myself...6 total, 1 dress fit. We got measured by their staff for a custom fit, not to have to spend another $80/dress on dresses that already cost $270. One of my bridesmaids was told to try on a sample Wonderbra they had and then measured over that, after she insisted that it was far too large for her. The sales associate would not even let her try on their sample size as she said it was stretched out and she would be bigger regardless. This bridesmaid wears a size 4 typically....she was ordered a size 10. Not good.

On top of all this the dresses were late and had to be altered 1.5 weeks before the wedding.

Overall, this is not a vendor I would recommend

Eh. I loved my dress, but not this bridal salon. Very snobby staff that are only helpful until to purchase the dress and then very unresponsive and unenthusiastic about helping you. Rudely refused to help me and my maid of honor when we went to look at bridesmaid dresses because I didn't have an appointment, even though it was a Wednesday morning and the store was completely empty. I suspect you are paying a high markup on the dresses for the fancy Corona del Mar address. I would recommend going elsewhere.

I had a very negative experience at the White Dress. My original experience was not bad, it was the day I bought my dress but every time we went back to the store for my girls to be fitted they made us feel like we were in the way and not good enough to be shopping at their store. I would not recommend it to anyone, except for the fact that they have a lot of nice brands that are hard to find else where.

The White Dress is such a amazing bridal store. My clients have had so many nice things to say about them.
