Our reception was held at the Willows Restaurant. Everyone loved the food and the ambiance; the restaurant and its surroundings are beautiful. Tracy was very accommodating and was great to work with. Most of our communications were done online since we live in California. She was always very prompt and professional. The only downside is that guests complained of it being too hot in the room. It felt like the a/c wasn't working, but it was possibly due to the flow of people going in and out of the room. We would definitely use them again in the future.

Willows provided catering services for our wedding reception at the Waikiki Aquarium. Keri Endo was great to work with.We changed the invoice numerous times with changes in tables, linen colors, guest count, etc, and Keri updated the invoice accurately every time and was very flexible with our changes. When we first started planning the wedding 6 months prior, Keri was a little bit slow in responding to emails, but she never lost track of any of the details and was always 100% on target. A few months before the wedding, Keri picked up and was responsive to emails when needed.Keri and team set up for our wedding reception on time and did a beautiful job with the tables and making sure everything was right. Our guests loved the food. We asked the Willows to provide some custom menu items and they did a great job and were very flexible with our requests. The most popular items with our guests was the char shiu duck and the lomi lomi salmon on taro chips. People also loved the misoyaki butterfish. Some of the food was a little bit salter than during our tasting, but I think that may be because the food may have been sitting a bit longer than when it was served straight from the kitchen during our tasting. During the wedding, everything served as warm as it should be and overall, we are very satisfied with the set-up, service, and their attention to detail.

This is our third pick for ceremony/reception site & caterer. This location has everything in one shot and they have a few options, as well as an ala carte menu for wedding ceremony/reception/catering ideas. I really liked the options and look of this place for the most part. They have a little church to have your wedding ceremony by that they are able to decorate for you. This is my third location choice so far for an all-in-one wedding spot, next to the Pagoda Restaurant and Okinawan Center. The Willows food has always been good to me, no matter if just casual dining or for company parties. They have street parking & valet. The price per head is reasonable, comparable to Pagoda depending on the menu choices selected. The only thing personally that we didn't care for was the more local Hawaiian feel the location has, which reminded us of Haiku Gardens. We think it looks beautiful but we were looking more at an asian theme wedding.

Luana Hills Golf and Country Club is a beautiful setting for an outdoor wedding!!! It photographs very well and has a very calm, comforting feel. Our wedding consultant contact left mid year and didin't tell us, but her replacement was very responsive and good to work with. We really enjoyed the ceremony venue!!!

The staff at the Willows were so accomodating. My three children were hungry while we waited for the ceremony to start and Tracy (the Willows coordinator) brought them food from their kitchen. I must say I was really impressed. Not to mention also, that after the ceremony was done, she allowed them to make their own ice cream sundaes for doing such a great job walking down the aisle. My kids were so happy and it took a lot of the stress off!

We had our ceremony and reception at Luana Hills, which is managed by Willows. The Willows staff was very responsive and provided us exceptional service and really wanted us to be satisfied. Because we were concerned about some spots on the carpet, we were given floor length linens free of charge ($200 otherwise), and we were not charged for our rehearsal or the extra bar during our cocktail hour. In addition, the food was excellent and we thought that the cost was very reasonable. We are extremely happy with our ceremony/reception site.

Overall I was fairly happy, food was better in the restaurant, but that is to be expected in catering. Presentation could have been better. Overall pretty good. My favorite things were the chicken karaaga, furikake fish and the pulled pork.

I was disappointed. We heard such good things about this restaurant, but it just seemed kind of blah next to the other places we went on our trip. Mostly because the food was just not special and nothing was particularly flavorful. For the money (about $50 a head) it just wasn't worth it.

Excellent food, beautiful venue, excellent service! We live on the mainland and planned our Hawaii wedding long distance, so it was very helpful to have someone at the Willows order our flowers, videographer and wedding cake for us. The food was delicious. My mother in law, who's from the mainland, still talks about it to this day.
