The Woodlands Resort

The best place you can choose for your most important event. My daughter's wedding ceremony and reception was here. Their service is top of the line. This place is beautiful and they will do more than you expect to make your event a complete success. We had Diana as our event coordinator and catering manager, and we couldn't ask for anyone better; she is an angel. We highly recommend this hotel for your wedding event.

I could not have been more pleased with our choice. From our first meeting The Woodlands Resort and Conference Center emphasized stress free wedding planning and they delivered!

I loved working with both Heather and Diana. They were quick to respond to every email and desire. They calmly and efficiently handle any and all concerns of mine, my fiances, and my family. All along the way the entire staff went the extra mile. Even the people at the valet and front desk taking reservations gave off a genuine impression of wanted to us celebrate! Never once did I feel I was imposing or asking too much.

I loved that so much was included in their pacakge. From linens (with every color or texture imaginable without an upgrade fee) to centerpieces they consider everything! I appreciated not having to worry about vendors coming and going and completely trusted their judgement and experience to handle any questions that may arise.

We really enjoyed our cake selection day. They surprised us with champagne and brought out several appetizers for us to sample before the cake. I was afraid this was going to be a difficult choice, but they make the process fun and easy! Plus we got to take extras home!

The day of the actual event I could not have felt more special. The room looked even more beautiful than I imagined. For weeks guests raved about our food! Diana and the Captain of Ceremonies were available any time we needed them. Every step of the process was smooth and enjoyable. Even with three other weddings taking place on the same day of ours we felt like the most important people there.

The only suggestion I have is to perhaps include a small portion of the meal or even a vendor meal for the couple in the suite after the wedding. The Champagne and strawberries were beautiful and delicious, but try as I could I didn't have time to eat my full meal. Again, this did not diminish the day in any way, it would just have been another nice touch.

The Woodlands Resort is a gorgeous location for a wedding. The natural beauty of the golf course and fountains allows you to skimp on decorations for a ceremony on the Forest Deck. The wedding package was all-in-one: catering, cake, planning, ceremony, reception, and a honeymoon suite! The rooms were well maintained and clean and the food was outstanding!! Jennifer is a great resource and very professional!

The Woodlands Resort and Conference Center did an amazing job. Heather was such and amazing coordinator and I don't know what i would have done without her. They went though great lengths to make sure that we got exactly what we wanted and they were very flexible in every aspect of the reception. The food was outstanding. We still have people telling us what a great time they had and they wish they could go back just for the food.

The Woodlands Resort and Conference Center was the best location for a wedding in the area. We were married in August, so we had the reception inside and it was beautiful. Diana understood our vision and ran with it.

The food was great, the service was great and our complimentary hotel room was wonderful-champagne and strawberries?! does it get any better?

Outstanding Reception! I enjoyed every meeting we had with Diana and Heather. They were amazing. A few minor problems, but everything was taken care of before I even knew what was happening. Everything was beautiful... I am so happy I changed my venue and was able to have our reception here! BTW... the food was A-Mazing!!!

We had a wonderful reception at The Woodlands Resort! Heather was a great coordinator and put every effort into making the reception special and personal. She went to great lengths to honor special requests. There were some mistakes and the staff was responsive to them. Everyone makes mistakes, the difference here is how they are handled. The food was about the best banquet food I have ever had. We were very pleased with The Woodlands and would highly recommend them!

I had a wonderful experience here. My wedding coordinator Diana is AWESOME, she is a sweetheart so kind and stays on top of everything for you. The food at the wedding was terrific, everybody cleaned their plates! The cake they provide tastes so good--which is rare for wedding cakes. I didn't have to worry about a thing the day of--everything went so smoothly. Also the scenery at the resort is so beautiful as is the wedding night suite they provide.

The vista room was Great and the patio was perfect!

The entire staff was very accomodating and made our day wonderful. We had no regrets and would book another event at this venue without hesitation.

The Woodlands does not offer many options in terms of Reception venues. The Woodlands Resort is an older facility but well maintained and still very nice. The food was excellent and so was the cake! All of our guests raved about how wonderful both were. I would definitely recommend The Woodlands Resort.

Our wedding was perfect at The Woodlands Resort & Conference Center! Diana Nemeth, our wedding coordinator was very professional and helpful throughout the entire wedding process and on our wedding day.

Overall, it was a very wonderful experience and they made The Glass look gorgeous and carried out my specifications to the letter. They were very helpful in areas where I wouldn't have known to even ask questions. They put on a lot of differenent kinds of weddings and they know what they're doing.

Working with The Woodlands Resort is always an absolute pleasure. Their events are run smoothly, their food is delicious, and the best part? I hear nothing but fantastic things about them from my clients who have held their events there. I highly recommend it for your wedding & reception location!
