We had our wedding on Nov. 25th 2007, so we went with a simple and down- home Thanksgiving Feast. The Would, in Highland, NY, brought Thanksgiving to us with all the fixin's! The turkey melted in your mouth, the honey glazed ham was to die for and from the cranberry sauce to the green-bean casserole, they nailed it and then "kicked it up a notch"! Not only that, but we had left overs for days and days that we brought home to feed all those hungry out of town guests. I can't imagine how I can top last years Thanksgiving this year! It's a whole lot to live up to! They can create a perfect menu for any time of year and any palette... and most importantly, on a tight budget!

The Would was a wonderful place to have our reception. Deb and Claire were very helpful. The food was amazing! Our wedding was tented outside, which was exactly what I wanted. Paul Jaysen was our photographer and he was awesome. Our pictures were beautiful.

The Would Restaurant is renowned for catering events. The Would specializes in New American Cuisine, offering delightful vegetarian options as well. Our restaurant can hold 100 guests. If an outdoor event is more to your liking, we would be pleased to orchestrate a lovely affair on the grounds here amid beautiful views of the Hudson Valley. We have recently opened our new Garden Pavilion. The Garden Pavilion can host smaller weddings, ceremonies or cocktail reception for larger weddings. We can also host weddings up to 250 guests outside under a tent with beautiful scenic views.
