Sorry to get this as your response, especially in light of your scripture-bathed advertisements.
Odd to me.
However, if this is the way you want to do business and this is the way you want to treat me, then I will take my concerns to others who will have influence over your business practices. I do believe in free market enterprise and have no trouble reporting unethical behavior. I see it, in fact, as my duty.
The matter IS of my interest: you sold my daughter (and the other bridesmaids) dresses that were the wrong size, the wrong style, and the wrong color and, even though they placed the order in February, you had it delivered at the last minute. You did not fulfill your part of the agreement. This is not acceptable business behavior in any line of work. It must be resolved. If I cannot resolve it with you, I will resolve it with those in authority over you.
So, please call me. I'm a reasonable guy. Love to help you resolve this ASAP.
If you refuse to help me, I will take further action that will have significant consequence to you.
Again, I am a reasonable guy and it is in your best interests to resolve this unfortunate business transaction.

What an experience. I shopped for months for the perfect dress, travelled from Ottawa to Montreal and searched all of the Ottawa Valley...couldn�t find one in Silk that I loved that didn�t cost $10K. A fellow bride recommended SB Soiree to me after buying her own dress there, so I checked it out. I couldn�t find 1 perfect dress, but I found 3 that I liked. The owner told me that he could combine them to make my dream dress. I was thrilled. I ordered it 12 months before the big day...and naturally I didn�t get the call that it was in until 2 months before the wedding (I pestered and pestered though...especially after hearing rumours that they were going bankrupt!). Imagine my surprise when I show up at the boutique to find out that they had ordered the wrong dress...it was chiffon, I paid big bucks for silk, it was 5" too short and way too small....no I didn�t gain wait. See my post on CB about my disappointment ( http://boards.canadianbride.com/ShowPost.aspx?PostID=452121 ).I wanted to die. So much so that I started shopping for a new dress the week my invitations went out. No I�m not kidding. In the end, after 5 more trips to MTL the dress was near perfect. Assunta the seamstress at SB made the skirt from scratch, hand embroidered most of the bodice and gave me 5 fittings to make it perfect.

I absolutely love my dress. It's very detailed and eye-catching. I had no problem with customer service and the dress was finished before the given time!

I cant complain too much about my dress. I tried it on, got alterations and that was pretty much it. I loved my dress and loved the bustle that Davids provided. Even though I heard horror stories about DB, thankfully I didnt experience any of it.
I was really happy with my wedding dress designer alexander collection only 500 wold made of same dress!
it took only 2 weeks to get i love it!
