Where do I begin.. Words will never be able to describe how amazing Rachel and bill are. They became like family to us because they went above and beyond and at the end of the day they were the ones there to bustle my gown and pin it back up even when the buttons popped off! they were patient and they are hard workers. They captured the most beautiful moments of our special day and I am so glad we chose them as our photographers. Out of all the things for our wedding, pictures were the most meaningful to us and with Rachel and bills work, we need nothing else. they also were so fun to work with they are amazing people inside and out my family even fel in love with them both. they are such great people with great hearts I will actually miss them! I don’t even know where to begin with recommending Bill and Rachel from Thirteenth Moon Photography. I absolutely LOVED every second of working with these two, both during our planning process and on my actual wedding day. When I think about how amazing they were in keeping me calm before the ceremony, making things fun and creative with our photography, coordinating our family for group photos, and going above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the results, I honestly can’t help but get teary-eyed. The preview photos I have seen from our wedding so far are unbelievably breathtaking. My husband and I got married 04/06/2013 in Orlando and had the pleasure of working with Bill and Rachel and they were amazing. Our wedding photos came out so beautiful and the compliments we have received from our friends and families are unending.

From our initial consultation and every day leading up until our big day, Bill and Rachel were professional and quick to respond. There was never a day that an email went without a response. We felt like they were more than just our wedding photographers but that we had truly developed a friendship with them. From the day I first met them, I knew I'd like them. They were so down to earth and got so excited when I described what I wanted my wedding to be like (Rachel was even more excited than me I think!). They put me totally at ease that my photography would be perfect.
For our engagement photo session we did a vintage Coca-Cola picnic theme at Rollins College. They showed up on time and ready to work. Rachel snapped away while Bill took care of the lighting(and watched my purse :P ). They took some very creative shots of us in probably 10 different locations on campus during our 1 hour session. I don't know how she thought of some of the shots. It was so easy and we had fun! My now husband was a little worried about spending a whole hour getting our picture taken, but he relaxed right away. We wound up with 60 or so finished pictures in the end and they were so perfect! I still look at them almost daily, they're just that good. When it was almost time for our wedding Rachel and Bill contacted me to make sure no plans had changed and to see if I had any specific shots I was looking for. The big day finally came and they showed up on time(maybe early, I didn't have a watch) and got right to work after Rachel and I shared a few excited shrieks! I basically just went about my business of getting ready while Rachel snapped away. She got pictures of all sorts of little details. Then she took some pictures of my mom and my MOH helping me put my dress on and it was time for the ceremony. Bill managed to get a few candids of us girls as we waited to line up in the chapel lobby. During the ceremony, they captured the moments beautifully! Our favorite picture is the emotion they captured of my now father-in-law tearing up as he performed our ceremony. Perfection! Once we got to the reception, Rachel and Bill blended into the crowd like ninjas. All I saw were brief flashes every time I thought to my self "I'd like to get a picture of this". They were just so great! Thanks...

Bill and Rachel, with Thirteenth Moon Photography, are truly AMAZING! From the moment I met them, I knew my search was over. They are so hilarious and such a cute couple themselves. We instantly clicked and I knew they could handle our crew. Their prices were so reasonable and their pictures even better! I can’t wait to get all our prints! My husband and I got to know them even better during our Engagement Photo session and I continued to fall in love with them! Rachel and Bill stayed in constant contact with me leading up to the wedding, making sure they knew all of the pictures that I wanted and what the timeline was. AMAZING!! Beyond the AMAZING photos that they took, they were AMAZING to be around. There is nothing more that I could have asked of them. They delievered a product and service tha was far beyond expectations. We were AMAZED at the shots that they were able to capture without being intrusive. These memories are irreplaceable. Not only were Rachel and Bill great with me and my husband, but all of the guests at the wedding commented on how wonderful they were! I could keep going, but I think that you get the point.

Where to begin...going into planning our wedding we heard a gazillion times "don't settle on your photographer...you'll have your pictures forever". Knowing this but being on a budget we scratched off many photographers day by day. We wanted a great photographer that knew what they were doing but that could also make us comfortable in front of the camera. Looking online we found Thirteenth Moon. We read all of the reviews we could find and decided to meet with them and see if we found what we were looking for. From the moment we met Bill and Rachel we knew we would have fun and seeing their work we knew we would get what we were looking for. James told them he's not a "picture guy" and Rachel reassured us by the wedding he'd be comfortable. We booked them that night sitting in Starbucks and are thrilled we did. We met up at the Kissimmee airport for our engagement session and onto our venue to finish them off. We laughed a lot and they helped us be creative with the pictures that everyone LOVED!!! Then onto the wedding...they captured our first look (which after the tears James was joking and asking for pictures to be taken) and the entire evening with having fun and being professional even with our rainy evening and helicopter exit. We can't begin to say how much we LOVED working with Bill and Rachel throughout the months of planning. My husband and I were so impressed with Thirteenth Moon Photography from the first day we met with them, just looking at their sample work and we loved their personalities (Hysterical!). Before we even got engaged, I saw engagement photos of a friend of mine posted on her Facebook and they were absolutely stunning. I immediately asked her who her photographer was and when we started looking on Thirteenth Moon's website, we were pleasantly surprised to find that their rates were incredibly reasonable. We sent a request for info to Bill & Rachel at Thirteenth Moon and quickly set up an interview. They were the first and only interview we needed. They were so nice and fun (even though we were meeting at 7am)! A couple months later we had our engagement photo session, which I highly recommend. It will give you a chance to get to know Rachel & Bill a little better and for them to get to know you and make you feel a little more relaxed in the pics on the big day. After getting to know us they did a great job incorporating little personal details into our shots and they just look so natural. On the big day, Rachel and Bill were prompt and prepared and they got pics of EVERY single little detail that I worked hard on. The flowers, favors, ceremony area, seating area, us getting ready, our families getting ready and that's all before the wedding! Once everything started, they blended in like Ninjas - I didn't even see them but they must have been EVERYWHERE because the angles and variety of pictures was spectacular. We were running out of daylight but they did a great job getting in all the sall the shots of the two of us and of our bridal party and families. Not only is each picture precious but I think we got 2 - 3 times as many photos as we expected. I can't wait for our next major life events or excuses to book their services again!

From the moment I met Bill and Rachel I knew they would be the Photographers I would use to capture the memories of my wedding day. The package I chose included an engagment shoot. My husband and I were nervous at first ( we had never taken pictures before) but that quikly desolved. They are friendly and will make you laugh. They become more like part of the family. Our engagment pictures came out so good. I think it took me weeks before I could stop looking at them on a daily bases. Just last weekend they photographed my wedding. They were not just taking pictures though, Bill helped me get my vail off at the reception, Rachel made sure everything went smoothly before the ceremony and that everything was going as planned. Bill had to put up with the groom and his crazy groomsmen. When my slip didnt fit Rachel just said " You dont really need it, just dont trip on your dress". Even when things could have gotten stressful and I could have lost it, they kept me calm. I dont have the pictures from the wedding yet but they always give you a preview, the 12 pictures I do have are amazing. I couldn't have asked for better photographers/new friends to capture the memories of my dream wedding.

Not only are they great photographers, they are also great people who will keep you giggling and upbeat the entire time you are with them. My guests were so impressed by Rachel and Bill that we were asked frequently during the wedding "who are those people? they are amazing" because they are SO MUCH more then just photographers (as if that wasnt enough!). Bill and Rachel were wonderful and very accommodating. They helped us customize a package that worked for us within our budget and delivered ten-fold. During the entire evening, they were always very friendly and discrete in capturing our special moments. Not only that, they got us our photos (which came out wonderfully) quite fast. I would highly recommend Thirteenth Moon to anyone who wants a professional, but still easy-going team of photographers for their special event.

I felt a little like they didn't capture as much of our personality as we wanted. I think Bill did a good job capturing my husband before the wedding, very pensive, but when I look at other albums of their clients I don't feel they really gave me that "bride on her wedding day" look that I've seen in many others.

I'd recommend them, but make sure you give a list of what you want. I tried to do that, but my husband forgot the props for what I planned, and my family didn't get me a list of pics they wanted so I had to do a lot of thinking on the spot.

Our wedding day was amazing! Yet my heart was broken when I saw our wedding photos. Like most brides, it was crucial to me that our pictures captured the magic of our special day. It is sufficient to say that we had a very bad experience. Even though we paid a large amount of money for our original pictures, a lot of our pictures were out of focus and overexposed.

There are several key things that drew me to Thirteenth Moon. First, they had awesome reviews. Second, they had amazing pictures from entire weddings. I learned the hard way that most photographers can grab one or two good shots from a wedding. Yet it takes a skilled photographer to deliver consistent quality pictures. Lastly, their pictures are amazing!!!

Searching for reliable vendors for your wedding can be one of the most difficult challenges. This especially rings true in the search for a photographer. These are the people who will freeze each memory in time for a lifetime. I can honestly say that my dreams came true when I met Rachel and Bill. We clicked immediately and I knew that I would have nothing to worry about when it came to wedding day. I had some specific requests and a tight budget and instead of caring about nothing but the bottom line, they were able to work with us and help us get everything we wanted and needed without killing our bank account. On top of the amazing experience we had leading up to and on our wedding day, our pictures turned out amazing! I am so thankful that we were able to work with Rachel and Bill and would strongly recommend that anyone planning a wedding schedule a meeting because you won't be disappointed and you will definitely book them right then and there.

Working with Thirteenth Moon Photography was such an amazing experience! From the very beginning, Bill and Rachel were so easy to contact, talk to, and work with. They were one of the first vendors I booked and since I didn’t live in Florida I was pretty nervous about the whole situation. I felt confident in my decision but it was when we met in person that I just knew the experience would be a good one. My mom and I made a last minute decision to head to Orlando from Tennessee to work on some wedding things and with three days notice, Bill and Rachel were able to meet us at a location convenient for us for a consultation. The four of us sat and talked and laughed at Starbucks like we were old friends! My mom and I were both so excited to have them at my June wedding! Then when my fiancé and I found out that we were moving to Tampa right after our wedding, Rachel offered so many times to help us with anything including house hunting (SO SWEET!). On the wedding day, I was getting a little stressed and it was like Bill & Rachel showed up JUST IN TIME! They really did help calm my nerves and Rachel even helped me get dressed. The whole afternoon they worked so hard and stayed so professional and still kept my fiancé and me really comfortable. We were both so impressed with how much more they did than just take pictures including making all the ceremony and reception transitions as smooth as possible with their professional help and advice. When we got our preview of our wedding pictures, we LOVED it and it made us so excited to get the final product! So many of my family and friends saw it and loved it too. With that being said, I am in love with the pictures and memories captured at our wedding. Everything from getting ready, to the ceremony, to the reception, to dancing, to posed pictures, to decorations was captured. The pictures are beautiful and will be something I cherish for my entire life. Something I really love is that there are so many natural moments caught, not only between my fiancé and me but between other family members and friends as well. Those are the memories that I want to keep and Bill and Rachel captured them beautifully and of course add beautiful edits when necessary. Picking the right wedding photography is so important because these are moments you want to keep for yourself and your children and grandchildren. Other companies took days to respond to our inquires and Rachel and Bill took just a few hours, on a weekend, if I remember correctly.
We were planning our intimate Florida beach wedding from Mississippi with only 6 months to spare. All of our communication was via email and since we couldn't meet them in person for a consultation, Rachel suggested we Skype. We loved the idea and as soon as we ended the Skype session my future husband and I knew Rachel and Bill were the ones to capture our special day (I might add that other companies still hadn't even responded to our initial inquires by the time we decided on Thirteenth Moon-oh well, their loss).Thirteenth Moon has amazing prices, especially since the customer receives a disc of the photos (research your companies folks, many photographers do not give you the "rights" to the photos) and we loved the fact that Rachel and Bill work as a couple (my husband and I met and fell in love working side by side for the same company and one day will open our own business together-we're a great team like Rachel and Bill, what can I say).
Within a week or so of reserving our date with Thirteenth Moon, Rachel and Bill sent us a folder that contained everything we needed to brainstorm on what types of photos we wanted. They also sent us a a thank you card for choosing them to be our wedding photographers. This was such a extra special touch in a day and age where so many companies seem to forget customer service and that customers do have a choice regarding what companies to support. I loved the fact that they sent us a "thank you." Throughout the planning stages Rachel and Bill were very responsive to our emails and answered any questions and concerns we had.
We finally got to meet Rachel and Bill the afternoon of our wedding; I met them first when they came to shoot my "getting ready" photos. I was so nervous because my dream of marrying the love of my life was finally coming true; Rachel and Bill came in and basically took over. They immediately got started and were joking around and making me laugh which truly helped calm my nerves.
We just received word that our photos are finished and we have been able to view them online while we wait for our disc to arrive. We love the photos (they have a great eye and an incredibly artistic style) and while looking through them we felt as though we were reliving our wedding day. Due to the very small size of our wedding, we didn't have a traditional reception, but Rachel and Bill were able to capture so much interaction between our guests, at the beach, immediately before and after the ceremony; we really appreciated this. We also had a rainbow just after the ceremony and I think most everyone else missed it due to the excitement, but Rachel and Bill saw it; now we have an amazing photo of us on our wedding day with a rainbow in the background! This is especially meaningful to us because we have had the pleasure of seeing a lot of rainbows together.

Thirteenth Moon Photography did the photos for our wedding last month. They were recommended to my wife and I by my manager. We knew right away from the consultation that they were the perfect photographers for us. They have a perfect balance of professionalism along with the ability to have fun and enjoy what they do. Rachel did a great job of keeping my wife cool and collected while she was getting ready, and Bill seemed to fit right in as one of the guys while I was getting ready with my groomsmen. They were on the same page as we were as far as the vision we had for our wedding and knew the perfect shots to take to fit our style. When the photos were finished, I didn't even know what to say about them besides simply "amazing!" They truly are masters of their craft, and I highly recommend them to anyone who is currently in the market for a photographer. If I had a third thumb, I would give them three thumbs way up!

Rachel and Bill from Thirteenth Moon Photography are truly amazing at what they do. From the moment we met them at our consultation we knew they were the perfect photographers to capture our special day. Both me and my now husband have fun, but weird off-beat personalities and they immediately picked up on that and helped try to express that in our photos (for example we shot our E-session in a beautiful, old, local cemetery). I am not a very photogenic person and I absolutely hate the way I usually turn out in photographs but Rachel helped me break out of my shell and made me feel beautiful both at our E-session and more importantly on my big day and you can clearly see it in the photos. The photos from both our E-session and our wedding were nothing less than breathtaking and I couldn’t be more pleased with their work. Rachel and Bill our wonderful people who clearly love and enjoy the work that they do and you can see their passion for photography in every photo they take. When I first met Rachel and Bill, Rachel's energy and happy aura pulled my naturally calm demeanor into her zone! I left feeling so good, but people kept telling me to interview other photographers. Months later, I called them up and booked immediately, thanking God they were still available. First off, Mike and I barely take pictures. I'm so shy in front of a camera and usually stick to a signature pose and smile. With Rachel and Bill, we had a blast during our engagement photo shoot - we really looked forward to our wedding day pictures!! Rachel and Bill were so creative and fun to be around. When I woke up on my wedding day, I actually thought about how much fun she's going to be when she arrived. I was right. Both she and Bill had us cracking up and bring silly. I'm not even sure we did our "signature" pose, thankfully! I could rave about their personalities all day long. Their work is amazing as well. Our pictures from the engagement shoot in the library and church street were thoughtful and detailed. We truly enjoyed working with this loving couple and look forward to booking them for other events as well.

Finding the photographers for our wedding was the hardest task for us. I knew what I wanted when it came to capturing our wedding day and I was not going to settle until I found it. From the moment I saw Thirteenth Moon Photography's portfolio and read their story I knew that Rachel and Bill were the ones for us. After a short phone call I knew we had found them. They were so amazing working with us to create a custom package that fit our needs. During our engagement shoot Rachel and Bill captured the most beautiful shots and I knew it was only a small taste of what was to come for the big day. They helped us every step of the way and checked in to make sure that there wasn't anything that they could help us with along the way. They had so many creative ideas that we would have never thought of which is how it should be with your photographer. One of my bridesmaids even had a family emergency last minute and her husband had to leave the day of the wedding which meant there was no one really to watch her daughter who was also my flower girl while formals were being taken. Bill stepped right up and helped us keep tabs on her which to me and my husband is going above and beyond! They helped with keeping the day going and ensured that all the pictures were not only taken but were taken beautifully!! I would HIGHLY recommend Rachel, Bill and their team to anyone! They are the sweetest, funniest, most amazing photography team ever. So glad they were a part of our special day!

My husband Dave and I were so thankful for Rachel and Bill on our wedding day!! They did above and beyond what photographers are expected to do. As the bride, Rachel was my savior in helping to keep me calm and at ease. Bill was fun and easy going so the guys enjoyed getting their pictures taken as well. We are so pleased with the samples of photos we've been lucky enough to take a peak at and can't wait to see all of them!! Rachel and Bill are funny and down to earth and listened to Dave and I when we made it clear we did not want "cheesy" pictures. We hope to see them whenever we are in the Orlando area and would hands down recommend Thirteenth Moon Photography to anyone!!!!

Choosing Thirteenth Moon to photograph our wedding was the best choice we could have made! Their prices are incredible for a bride on a budget, but you would never know based on their customer service and quality of photos. I have read in so many reviews that Rachel and Bill were like friends to the bride and groom and I couldn't agree more. They joked with us to calm our nerves, helped us with little details (Rachel helped me put my headpiece on correctly since my hairstylist left without doing it) and made sure we got to eat dinner without being bombarded by our own guests. They went above and beyond what we expected.

It took me nine months to write this review for one reason: I had thought so many times about how great Thirteenth Moon was that I had actually convinced myself that I'd already written a review! Even now, I feel so strongly about how great Rachel and Bill are that I want to make sure they still get our support.

There aren't enough words to express my gratitude for Rachel and Bill. The fact that they drove all the way to Cincinnati, Ohio for me to do our wedding is just incredible. They are so much fun and made me feel so good!

We LOVED Thirteenth Moon Photography. I originally wanted to meet with them because 13 has always been my favorite number, so their name caught my eye. When we met them we fell in love. They are so great to be around. On our wedding day they made me feel so beautiful and comfortable. Our pictures were amazing. They are very affordable and well worth every penny!

Bill and Rachel, a couple of amazing people who know love, and love to capture it, are the fabulous faces behind the lenses of Thirteenth Moon Photography. When I first met them I felt as if I was meeting a new couple of friends. They are extremely personable and then they show you their portfolio and your jaw drops. I chose them for their charisma and professionalism. I absolutely loved their creativity and vast array of wedding and engagement portrayals. Not one seemed to be the same and that sold me.
Then came the day of my engagement shoot and it was raining...this would normally be a nightmare but not for Thirteenth Moon Photography. Rachel improvised and got an umbrella as a prop and we went for it! The result was absolutely incredible photographs. Something very similar happened on our wedding day but in the midst of the storm, there was a sense of calmness within me because I knew what these photographers were capable of.
My husband and I agree that what makes Thirteenth Moon Photography the best is their “vision”. They are professionals that know what scenery, lighting; etc will make for the perfect shots. The amazing part is you will never know you are being “staged” or feel “stuffy” in anyway, they always know how to make you feel relaxed and yourself.
Their “product” is true art. We were so pleased that they were able to capture all of the unique moments of our wedding so beautifully. THANK YOU BILL AND...

Bill and Rachel are amazing photographers and truly wonderful people. I can’t say enough great things about them and Thirteenth Moon Photography. I felt completely at ease with them and knew that we would get just the right mix of personal touches and professionalism that was needed on our wedding day. We had a few vendor mishaps that we weren’t sure how to handle, but Bill and Rachel stepped in and helped make sure everything went smoothly. We couldn’t have asked for better people to be on our side the day of our wedding. All around Thirteenth moon is a great company with wonderful people who are amazing photographers and are a superb value. Give Thirteenth Moon Photography a chance, you will not be disappointed. You might even make some new friends, we sure did!

Seriously the best choice I made during the whole wedding plan was contacting them to do my pictures. Planning a wedding in 3 months was stressful for sure but finding them was like a blessing. Rachel and Bill are seriously the best at what they do. They were sweet, attentive, professional, funny, and really knew how to defuse any situation. They keep contact with you even after the big day and truly want to be a friend! I love them and am so happy with the amazing pictures they took. For the quality of work they do they ought to charge twice as much as they do.

Thirteenth Moon Photography is PROFESSIONAL and WONDERFUL TO WORK WITH from start to finish! Being the Mother of the Groom, I knew that I had little say in the choices made for our son's wedding, and we were THRILLED with the choice of photographers! Bill and Rachel make a perfect team as they are caring and obviously desiring to capture the beautiful memories of the day...and they ABSOLUTELY DID! We were SO IMPRESSED that one of the team members seemed to be at the right place at the right time on the day of the wedding, yet they were never "in the way." Clearly Bill and Michelle had done their "homework" and knew EXACTLY what the Bride and Groom wanted...and the time it took to set up the MANY family shots between the ceremony and the reception AND the FABULOUS shots of the Bride, Groom and wedding party...was quick and painless for all involved. (We have been to MANY a wedding where we wondered if the reception would EVER START because the photographers took SO LONG taking those most important pictures!) We were SO IMPRESSED with the AMAZING, BREATHTAKING pictures that were taken...quickly and with MUCH PROFESSIONALISM....The finished product brings tears to my eyes every time I see the BEAUTIFUL, CREATIVE, AMAZING pictures of our son and daughter-in-law on their VERY special day!!

As any bride can tell you, when planning a wedding, there are million things to plan  and think about and then theres another million things you didn't even know you had to plan and think about. The bridal stress that almost every bride will experience at some point in her planning usually results from trying to get everything to come together to create your perfect day: the food, music, flowers, photographer, the dress, the bridesmaids dresses....the list goes on and on. Working with many different people and trying to coordinate every detail can be overwhelming. Thirteenth Moon Photography was the biggest blessing my husband and I were given for our wedding. Read on...

Like most brides, the photographer was definitely at the top of my priorities and one of the few areas I would be flexible with our budget. Our wedding was in Orlando, FL and we live in Ohio, so much of our planning with vendors had to be done via phone or email. I contacted multiple photographers in the area and researched each and every review site and portfolio I could find.  When I came across Thirteenth Moon Photography's website, I loved their style---and their prices! I emailed Rachel and within minutes (yes, minutes) she had emailed me back. Her bubbly and kind spirit was immediately evident even in just her email response. She was so excited for the opportunity to discuss my wedding with her...it was obvious she has a passion for what she does. We discussed the details on the phone shortly after our email exchange and I fell in love with her instantly! Within a few days, she had mailed me a super organized folder with details for our wedding as well as our contract. I still can't get over how affordable their packages are and what we received for our money. It's definitely the best investment I've ever made and probably will ever make. 

Four months before the wedding, my husband and I were going to be traveling to Orlando for our planning session with our reception site and we wanted to use the opportunity to meet with our vendors in person. We were literally only going to be in the area for less than 72 hours. Rachel and Bill worked with us to, not only travel to our hotel to meet with us, but to also travel with us to multiple sites so that we could take our engagement photos! During our photoshoot, Bill and Rachel made us feel so comfortable and by the end of the session, we honestly felt like they had become our good friends. Within a few days, our engagement photos were on the Thirteenth Moon website and they were STUNNING! I couldn't believe how beautiful they turned out! It really solidified that I had made the right choice and now, I couldn't wait to see how the wedding pictures would turn out. Within a week, I had all of the edited photos on a disk. Super fast!

In the months leading up to our wedding, the best communication I had with any vendor was with Thirteenth Moon. They were so dependable with their communication and no matter what I needed or what ridiculous idea or question I had, Bill and Rachel were there with a super fast response. A few weeks before the wedding, Thirteenth Moon sent me a planning list with how the timing of the day would go as well as my "dream photo" wish list for me to fill out. They helped me organize my day more so than my actual wedding planner did! 

When my husband and I left for Orlando a few days before our wedding, I was so excited to see Rachel and Bill again! It felt like I was getting together with old friends. Since we weren't going to use the bridal shower/trash the dress session included in our photo package, Thirteenth Moon agreed to meet us in Epcot in Disney World to take casual photos of our families as we traveled "around the world." Right away, both of our families could see why we had been raving about our photographers for the past few months. Rachel and Bill quickly became a part of our family and everyone loved them! What an incredible couple!

When the big day came, I was so thankful to have Thirteenth Moon there. They had the timeline with them the entire day and they kept everything running smoothly and seamlessly. Our package was an all-day package and I'm so happy we chose it! Thirteenth Moon captured the entire day beautifully. I can actually go through my wedding photos and I feel like I am re-living the entire day. Each picture brings an emotional response and the angles, lighting, and compositions are breath-taking! One of the most incredible things, I didn't even realize they were taking half of the pictures they took! Rachel and Bill were so behind-the-scenes. I've attended weddings where photographers really make their presence known (for better or worse) and the pictures always look stiff and unnatural. Our wedding photographs are so relaxed and authentic looking. Its hard for me to even find the words to describe just how beautiful they turned out. I'm actually getting tears as I write this review and reflect back on them. 

I can't say enough great things about this photographer. I feel like any compliment or praise I sing does not even come close to describing how incredible Thirteenth Moon Photography is. What Rachel and Bill have given to our family is such a blessing. They have not only given us the gift of timeless, gorgeous wedding photos, but they have also given us their friendship. I know you will not be disappointed with their work. Anyone can take pictures, but it takes talented artists to capture those amazing moments in life and when they can do it with loving personalities and kind hearts, it makes it that much more incredible. 

I was the mother of the bride and we used Thirteenth Moon for my daughter's wedding. The pictures came out beautiful, but more importantly the personal touch, the warmth, and the extra effort they provide to make sure you get what you want was what made me so happy. As soon as I saw the engagement photos, I knew this was a lucky choice. We would not hesitate to recommend or use again (maybe for grandchild photos :) )

What can I say but book them NOW!! You will not be sorry!! Rachel and Bill are awesome!! Not only are my pictures beautiful but we had a BLAST taking them! They did a great job keeping me calm during my hair and makeup! I will never forget Rachel and Rina singing "somebody's getting married!" or rapping the "Holiday Inn" :) Bill even made a Starbucks run to get me empty cups!! Rachel did a great job getting in all the shots we wanted without us missing our reception!! They took a ton of candid shots of me with my family that I love :) they really captured the spirt of our day!

We could not be any happier with our choice for a wedding photographer. Rachel is so talented, her and her husband Bill have been a pleasure to work with from our first meeting. Our family shoot/engagement photos came out beautifully despite my 4yr old and 9 month old not being the type who smile for a camera! Still we ended up with amazing, creative family photos that we will always cherish. Our wedding photos are beatiful. Despite our day being rained out Rachel found ways to still make sure we ended up with plenty of gorgeous photos. We couldn't have made a better choice! I'd recommend Thirteenth Moon to anyone looking for a photographer for thier wedding, family photos, or anything other occasion! They're AWESOME!! If you can't tell already, WE LOVE THEM :)

My wedding just passed on 4/23/11, I had the best photographers. I was very surprised with the price that they had for the 2 hours that I needed them. A very nice couple team who makes it easy and comfortable to just be yourself. Even with tons of nagging family around they were so sweet and kind and everyone loved them. They came up with very unique pcitures that represent "Us"

The most amazing thing though was that even though i live on the other side of the United States they were there for us whenever we had questions or concerns.

My fiance' and I met with a few different photographers but after meeting Rachel of Thirteenth Moon Photography, there was no doubt in our minds who would be shooting our engagement shots AND our wedding. My now-husband is VERY camera shy and Rachel made him laugh and feel at ease during our photoshoots. She captured some raw and REAL shots of us. I love that she sat down with us and talked to us like friends before shooting anything. I believe that by doing so, she got a feel for our personalities and our albums really reflect that. We have now used Rachel to shoot not only our engagement shots, but our wedding, maternity photos, and shots of our newborn baby girl. Each and every time, Rachel got our photos to us well ahead of the time that she promised them. While she was presenting the edited shots to us, you could really tell how truly passionate she is about photography and life in general. I had a tough schedule to work around before my wedding. Rachel met with me after work hours at a place that was on my way home. She went out of her way to make sure she knew exactly what I wanted.
During the ceremony she got right in it and took the best pictures of the entire event. She even took fabulous candids that were extremely funny to see.
To this day I still have people ask who she was and tell me how awesome she was because she wasnt afraid to get involved to get me the best shots possible.
As a side note; this team is a fabulous company to go with because not only were the photos great but they were so personable.
