I contacted Thomas Alan in April for our July wedding and he was surprisingly available. We were a little camera shy in our engagement session, but he made us feel extremely comfortable after the first couple shots. He shows the pictures as he goes along so you can see how he is doing. On our wedding day, he was so accomodating. Any pictures that we wanted to take he was more than willing to do it. He also took us outside at sunset and took some of the most beautiful pictures... they ended up being out favorites! I highly recommend him.
We met with Thomas Alan and booked him the same day - TOTALLY regret doing so. He was a great to work with, but in the end we give him 2 stars. Such unsatisfactory rating because not only did we not receive our wedding album for such a long time after our wedding (six months), but we were very disappointed with the number of pictures taken. We had hardly any pictures of details and only had ONE, ONLY ONE, portrait picture of the two of us from the ENTIRE night; we made it PERFECTLY CLEAR that we wanted ALOT of pictures of us!

Thomas was a great wedding photographer. He captured the details of our wedding day and was not intrusive at all. He was easy to communicate with and I would definately recommend him for any weddings!I plan to have him do some maternity and new baby pictures when the time comes!
He and his wife were great to work with. He came to my rehearsal dinner to get to know "the players". He was early on my wedding day, and other than the posed photographs, neither DH or I knew he was there - he was very unobtrusive.
