I was so lucky to have Kelley Poole and Ticked Pink Productions be a part of our wedding - we utilized Kelley's services of day of wedding timeline & coordinating, reception room layout, vendor coordination, wedding ceremony coordination, and being there for all the questions I kept asking her! We also rented Tickled Pink's wedding arch for our ceremony. Everything was so perfect and came together so beautifully, all with Tickled Pink's team. Kelley was so patient and so detailed in all the different things I had asked her to handle for the day of the wedding, from putting out cocktail hour centerpieces, programs, bubbles, bathroom baskets, getting flowers and corsages to the right family members, and meeting all the vendors and helping set up the day of the wedding. She was great at organizing our large wedding party as we incorporated traditional Filipino Wedding traditions into our ceremony - she helped us organize all of our family members and make sure the wedding ceremony flowed perfectly. She handled everything with ease and put me at ease - I had complete peace of mind that everything would be perfect and it was! Kelley helped us create the tropical dream wedding we had envisioned from the first stages of our planning. Her wedding arch was the absolute perfect backdrop for us to be married under and made for beautiful focal point of our wedding. Kelley's services are worth their weight in gold and I'm so very glad and thankful we got to work with her! Thank you!

Kelley is a good wedding planner. I think it just wasn't a good few months for her while she was planning our wedding. She forgot a few things I asked her to do for our wedding like remove the couch in the venue hall. She also forgot to put in the bathroom kit we talked about. There wasn't any communitcation durring the reception either. I would of liked her to check on me at least once durring the reception.

She did design our wedding program and it looked great. We also used her bamboo arch and it looked amazing.

I initially had reservations about hiring a wedding planner/coordinator; figuring I could do everything on my own. Although, by the time I hired Kelley with Tickled Pink Productions, I already had a minister, dress, venue and invitations selected, but I had no idea what I wanted. I, unlike others, did not have my wedding planned since middle school and was only engaged for 4-5 months before the wedding date. Although, I had many friends who were planners/coordinators, I wanted a stranger (in hopes not to ruin a friendship with my particular demands). I found Kelley through WeddingWire and from our first meeting I felt a huge weight lift off my shoulders: she answered so many questions and guided me accordingly (which would have taken hours to research).
Kelley helped me find vendors (DJ, florist, photographer, décor, etc) that would meet my specific needs and keep within my strict budget. As if all of my questions and indecisiveness wasn’t enough, Kelley took my ideas and added her many special touches. Everything was beautiful. Her input on dress alterations, table settings, wedding souvenirs, cake and particularly the ceremony décor were invaluable. Although she gave me clues on what she intended on doing, when I saw everything, it was more beautiful than I could have ever imagined. Looking back, I could not afford not to have hired Tickled Pink Productions.

I wish I could rate Kelley a 10 instead of just a 5! She is AMAZING! She coordinated my daughter's wedding reception this past weekend and it was perfection! She was so kind in answering my hundreds of questions, had great suggestions for vendors and saw that the reception hall was set up stunningly!!!! Our guests were completely BLOWN AWAY with how the place looked. I can't imagine planning a reception without her! She made everything so easy on my daughter and I. Thank you again Kelley! You are an absolute ANGEL!!!!!!

Kelley was great!! She set up the reception room just as I had imagined and everything ran smoothly. The only thing I wish would be different would be to meet to give her my decorations prior to the night before. Other than that, I would definitely recommend her to my friends!!!

Kelley helped me with several aspects of my wedding like suggesting a florist, scouting locations, etc. but the most important thing she did for me and my husband was perform our ceremony and marry us. She was great to work with and gave us really helpful tips and guidance in writing some of our own vows that she then put together with other readings and wordage. She made it really personal and also a touch funny which my guests loved. It was so special to have her marry us and I would definitely reccomend her warm personality and professionalism.

Kelley did a wonderful job helping to coordinate my ceremony. She was always quick to respond back to my questions, and kept everything running very smoothly. I had no worries having her in charge!

I don't think I can tell you in the amount of space I have here of how perfect my wedding was! From emails, to text, to phone calls, and everything over the last 1 1/2 years, you saw my vision that laid as paper in my binder for 175 days and you took those notes and pictures and created my dream. Not only sis you create my ceremony and my reception, you made it official for us as being our officiant! You were and are the total package of someone who works with a passion! You are an AMAZING~~~~ PROFESSIONAL~~~~ POSITIVE~~~~ ENERGY FILLED PERSON who ANYONE can get along with and feel comfortable to talk to and give their dreams to for you to make them true! Thank you so much for making my dreams come true!!!! Thank you for joining us after the ceremony as a guest. You are forever a part of our hearts! Next big and fun exciting thing we hopefully get to celebrate with you is when we have a baby shower in the future! Thank you again beyond words for the amazing job! We hired Kelley and Tickled Pink to do our day of coordination. My venue was kind of a do it yourself place (St. Pete Beach Community Center) and I don't know how I would have done it without her! She did an AMAZING job setting everything up on the day of my wedding, and it looked beautiful. She really executed my vision perfectly. She even made a few adjustments that I liked even better than what I was planning. I can't believe how great everything turned out and everyone kept telling us it was the best wedding they had been to. A really nice touch was that she took some pictures of the room before the guests arrived, after setup, that I absolutely love having. Kelley is quick to respond to emails and phone calls and is really personable. The best part was, she was totally affordable and worth every penny.

5 STARS ALL THE WAY! Kelley knows how to listen & take the vision you see for your wedding and make that come to a reality. I met her when there was only 4 months left till the wedding. She jumped right in where I had left off & took it to another level beyond my expectations. My wedding ceremony & reception was out of this world. She paid attention to each & every little detail. She had a lot of challenges I gave to her & that came our way but she prevailed and we heard so many positive words. One guest said "look at the attention to detail". Another commented "the flow of the ceremony right into the reception was FABULOUS!" She also helped plan the rehearsal dinner & every one is till talking about how it was just impeccable & divine! I give two thumbs up for Ms. Kelley. When this bride was ready to throw in the towel because of the pressure she just said "CHIN UP IT'S ALL GOING TO BE GREAT IN THE END!" She will be there no matter what the obstacle. I don't know what I would have done without her. Kelley Poole (owner) is amazing! Highly recommend! I wasn't going to use a coordinator and planned the wedding myself, but decided to hire Kelley to be a day of coordinator. This was the best decision, she was there to meet the vendors as they arrived and directed them as needed and also helped with finishing touches (that I didn't want to worry about on my wedding day). I am so happy I had Kelley there for me, everything was just perfect and I can't say enough great things about her.

I chose Tickled Pink Productions to help me plan my son's high school graduation party this year. Not only did she help me plan the perfect BBQ/Party, Kelley custom designed my son's announcements and invitations using photos I provided her. Having her design and print them really helped me stay within my budget and everyone that has seen them has commented on what an amazing job she did. I look forward to her doing the same for my daughter when she graduates next year!

Kelley with Tickled Pink Productions planned my bachelor/bachelorette party in St. Pete Beach, Florida in May 2008. Since my husband Mark and I wanted to have a joint bachelor/bachorette party Kelley was able to plan the event that would cater to both our needs. She came up with the a fun baseball theme, planned out the entire evening which included the map of the 9 bars in our "9 Inning Pub Crawl," and even provided party supplies and games for us to play. While she was planning the party she always made sure we felt included and were pleased with all the details of the evening. She was also responsible for the invitations, and making contact with all of our guests, most of which were out-of-towners, and even provided local hotel information for those who were traveling in. Overall Kelley provided EXCELLENT customer service and I would recommend Tickled Pink Productions to anyone with party planning needs.

Because these were virtually the first of several initial events held at Karnes since their renovations, it was important that we all worked together to make a great first impression.

I knew I could rely on Kelley to be communicative and also work independently at the same time. With four different event/staging areas, it was a challenge to say the least. I have to say that I didn't have to worry about any aspect of the celebration itself. Kelley developed a great report with the bride and groom during the rehearsal which carried over to the next day's wedding. Kelley was great to work with! I recently did a wedding with her down in Boca Grande and everything went just as planned.
