Tiffany & Co.

We bought DH's wedding band at the San Jose, CA store. It was really quick and easy. I think we went to the store three times before DH finally made the decision, and each time the sales people were friendly and very helpful. When we initially went to look at bands, we were told that his size was currently out of stock and that it would take only a week to get one in. But by the time we went to buy his band, another customer had ordered a ring in exactly DH's size, and they gave to us instead! Since then he's gone in to have it buffed and cleaned, and we've had nothing but great experiences with them.

I shopped at the Tifanny & Co. in San Francisco. Hank was a great help. I bought my MOH's lariat necklace and 4 flowergirls' necklaces there. These were their bridal party gifts which they are wore and matched on the day of the ceremony. The flowergirls' necklaces had to be shortened and he was able RUSH it for me at no charge. How awesome is that?? He provided excellent and very professional service. I will likely only go back to Hank for my future purchases.

I ordered our rings at the local Tiffany store and had the bands shipped directly to the Maui location. Flawless.

Uh!

That's the first expression I thought about when I wrote this review.

To be fair, perhaps it was a bad day for Tiffany's and they didn't have enough salesperson on the floor. However, it truly was one of the worst vendor experiences I've had for the wedding process.

Jerry and I went to Tiffany's Union Square (San Francisco) on a Saturday afternoon. Once we arrived, we immediately walked to the back of the store where wedding bands and engagement rings are sold. There was only 1 salesperson in this department and she was helping another couple looking at wedding bands. We looked around ourselves and walked through the jewelry cases looking for the bands we saw on their website. The other couple was asking the saleswoman a lot of questions, and we decided to be respectful and not interrupt.

About 30 minutes later, a couple came into that department and started looking at engagement rings, particularly the area where the extremely expensive rings were held. A salesman from a different department approached them and started serving them. We thought no problem, may be the salesmen was helping them before.

Then two other couples came looking at the wedding band area. Jerry and I had been standing next to the counter for over 45 minutes without even an acknowledgment from the saleswoman that she was getting someone else to help us. The staff probably noticed that area being crowded and sent two other salesmen to our area. However, the salesmen went directly to the other couples that just came in and just ignored us.

I can't say why they didn't serve us, but I can tell you that Jerry and I were the most underdressed in that area. We were wearing jeans and thick parka jackets because it was raining outside, and in short, the other couples were in more "business attire." I'm not sure if that was a factor, but I can't help to think the salesmen were not so keen in serving us because we didn't look a certain way.

We should have left the store, but we were already seething in anger and wanted to see how long it would take until someone, anybody, would acknowledge we were there. A full hour and fifteen minutes passed since we entered the store, a very nice saleswoman approached us and asked how to help us. I wanted to ask her to send the manager to us, but Jerry intervened and simply asked to see the wedding bands we've been staring at for past hour. Jerry knew that yelling at the manager would not really help our situation since we still wanted to get the wedding bands we had our eyes on.

The saleswoman that helped us was very friendly and quite apologetic when we mentioned that we had waited such a long time. It was for her service alone that I didn't give an "F" grade. She helped me pick something more appropriate for my e-ring, and she offered some great advice for Jerry regarding his wedding band.

We decided to purchase the rings that day, and the saleswoman took the extra time to go over the ordering and engraving details. At this point, the store was closed and we were allowed to stay to finalize everything. The rings came back in less than a month, and they were sized and engraved correctly.

In the end, of all those couples who came to the department, Jerry and I were the only ones that purchased something. In a way, I hope that teaches the other salesmen who ignored us a little lesson. I'm not sure if my encounter with them was a fluke, so I would recommend if you need to go to Tiffany's to come on a weekday (a lot of tourists usually are upstairs where the most staff is), and dress a bit nicer and hopefully you will not receive the same treatment.

Looooove my wedding band, especially the mixture of sapphires and diamonds. However, we definitely paid a premium for it for the name, and you will, too. But we have this tradition (hee!) of DH buying me a little something from Tiffany�s once a year. I don�t know how long we can keep up that tradition, but I'll enjoy it while I can. =)

To say I love my ring is a really big understatement. I think it is quite possibly that thing I would run back intoa burning house for. I always dreamed of a Tiffany engagement ring and I finally got it.

First of all, my ring (which is a classic Tiffany set diamond solitaire) is the most beautiful thing I've ever seen in my life. I did have to send it to New York to be resized, but when I got it back, it was perfect! They staff at Tiffany is truly very helpful and seemed like they really cared about me and my husband and were happy for us. Altogether a wonderful experience working with them!

We initially went looking at rings at the Tiffany's in NYC. Of course, which girl doesn't want a perfect Tiffany's ring?! However, I couldn't believe how much some of the rings cost! The ring I wanted was over $70,000 - we ended up getting one at a local jeweler that looked exactly like it for under $10,000. What you are really paying for isn't the ring - it is the name. I would rather keep the $60,000 we saved and put it into our home...not on my finger!

Perfection

We went to the Tiffany in Walnut Creek, and the salesperson was very helpful. While we were waiting for the salesperson to locate a diamond from other Tiffany locations with the spec we gave her, she offered to arrange complementary cleaning of my necklace. We did not make a purchase that day, yet the service was topnotch, as you would expect of a high-end retailer. Our subsequent return visit to the store was an equally satisfying experience.

We did the engraved Tiffany wedding bands. As always, the staff at Tiffany's was fabulous and everything arrived exactly as it was supposed to.

Overall, I was very happy with my wedding ring from Tiffany. They had a very nice selection to choose from and the price was perfect for us.

I ordered gifts for my 2 best friends for helping me keep sane through the whole process. I got them each a necklace and heart locket. The items were beautifully boxed in those cute blue-green boxes with a white bow. They even had a card that I could personalize for each gift. It was the perfect way to say thanks and I love you all in one. Needless to say they cried b/c this was their first Tiffany piece and it was the perfect accessory.

I didn't know anything about rings, so luckily a had a friend that could help me with this at the Tiffany store. He walked me through everything and explained the difference between the four C's of diamonds and helped me get a good value. We even ended up getting gifts for the bridal party from the store because they were so helpful.

Who doesn't love the little blue boxes? Christmas morning, I wake up to find one of the blue boxes on my pillow. Thinking it was just my Christmas present, I brought it out to the tree so that I could open it with all the other gifts. Little did I know that my fiance had the whole proposal-scenario worked out to happen when I woke up, but I guess I spoiled that for him. So when I did open it, I was so happy and cried like a big baby!! My e-ring is just so beautiful and I couldn't imagine anything better! My husband told me that he was happy with purchasing the ring from them, that they treated him well and that they gave him a great deal and package with the ring.

DH and I had talked marriage in the past and I always let him know that I didn't need a big, fancy ring. Imagine my surprise when he pulled out the Tiffany box!! I was dumbfounded. I am so happy that he ignored me, because I am in love with my ring! I get so many compliments on it and the quality is EXCEPTIONAL!

For my bday (before the proposal), he bought me a necklace and ring at the Southpark Tiffany's. The ring was too bulky for me so I went in and exchanged it for matching earrings. I was very pleased with their service and would highly recommend the Southpark location. :)

At first I could not even believe that my husband got my engagement ring at Tiffany's. it is exquisite and amazing and I feel like a princess with it. I figure he spent a fortune on my ring. But I love it more everyday and since I will have the rest of our lives, I don't care what he spent on it. It was worth it.

Enrique had proposed to me while we were on vacation in Chicago. This was during the summer when we went to visit his family and, as the story goes, he had been planning to propose for some time. During our last week there he proposed to me with a beautiful ring. It was beautiful, really classic and elegant. I had been wearing my mother's engagement ring for over twenty years now on my ring finger, and the ring he chose looked almost the same, with five small diamonds in a row. He knew how important my mother's ring was to me, and wanted the new ring to look or feel the same (but with new meaning). It was such a beautiful gesture, too, on his part. We went in to the Tiffany store he had bought the ring from for a refitting, and the whole staff told me how much they loved our story! And for the hour I was in the store I felt so giddy and happy!

My DH purchased my engagement ring from Tiffany & Co. When I saw that little blue box, my heart skipped a beat. I thought I was going to pass out. Not only was the love of my life down on bended knee, but he had the most coveted blue box in his hand. Naturally, we purchased our wedding rings from Tiffany's as well. The service was exceptional! I am in love with my wedding ring, it is absolutely perfect.

Our big splurge was having Tiffany wedding bands. (My engagement ring is his Grandmother's ring - very sentimental.) The staff was wonderful with helping us find a style that would go with the engagement ring AND blend our taste. I will always cherish my wedding band.

My husband purchased both my engagement and wedding ring from Tiffany’s. They provided exceptional service to him, working with him on design, budget, etc. They guarantee their products, clean and shine the jewelry for free, and are wonderful to work with.

I purchased our rings from this company and we still love our rings, the design was amazing.

We went to the Houston Galleria location. My rings are so beautiful! The staff was very helpful. Very pricey though.

For my bridesmaid gifts I got each of them a different piece of jewelry. The staff at Tiffany was very patient with me and extremely helpful while I was selecting each of the pieces. They called when everything was ready (we did engraving) and even had each one packaged & bagged separately with a tag that had each girl's name. That saved me so much time! Tiffany's is great!

Would anyone give less than 5 stars to Tiffany's. I ordered my bridesmaids gifts from here and had a few presents from here that I needed to exchange. They have amazing customer service as always!

My diamond is to die for.

My father had bought my mother her engagement ring from Tiffany's, and my grandfather had bought a ring from Tiffany for my grandmother. I liked the idea that there was tradition that I could keep. I set up an appointment, looked at rings, got flustered by the styles and understanding the differences between carat weight. I also wanted something that was fun and pretty. I chose the Flower ring, just because I think it looks like a snowflake and we met in winter. She loved it, and then we got bands. She now wears the simple band all the time, and the ‘snowflake’ ring for special occasions.

Tiffany's goes above and beyond to make sure its couples are happy with their ring selections. They are very accomodating, including ordering and engraving.

My engagement ring was purchased at Tiffany & Co. Although pricey, we received a Tiffany-top quality product and royal service.

Looking for a man's wedding band? Surprisingly not overly expensive, and very hot, are male weding bands at Tiffany & Co. I Got my man his there, he loves it! And he is VERY picky!:) I mean, he picked me! (ooohh...so cheezy)

customer service in the store is not that great but the diamond is beautiful its shine :) and that all that matters!

We've visited a few Tiffany & Co. across a few states and countries. Each visit was a positive experience and the sales reps were very helpful. If you're looking for a simple and elegant ring, I'd recommend checking out Tiffany & Co. Though the name comes with a price, their quality is superb. I love my round brilliant engagement ring and will go back to Tiffany & Co. to shop for my wedding band!

Sex and the City stole my engagement proposal from me (Charlotte and Trey's story!) :) I was in NY on business, and my then-boyfriend surprised me with a visit! Little did I know that he had a friend working at Tiffany's, so when we were just taking a stroll and happened across the store, of course being such a girl I stopped and looked in the window. I saw some beautiful pieces, and when I looked further into the window, I saw our families and his friend holding up a sign asking me to marry him! Of course I said yes, and I selected my ring from their selections! Their jewelry is just so beautiful... Who doesn't like getting anything in those beautiful little tiffany blue boxes??

Everything was/is perfect. What else can you ever expect from Tiffany's?

What can I say its Tiffanys! We got our wedding bands there - we loved the selection and quality.

Tiffany & Co. has the most beautiful diamonds and I love my engagment ring and wedding band however I could do without the customer service. I always felt like they were looking down upon me which I never enjoyed.

I bought my wedding ring there because it was the only place where I found something I liked. It is a very unique piece. That said, it was a bit expensive for what it was. I don't think that a similar ring would have cost as much anywhere else.

Also, I bought a ring that was too big and so I went to exchange it for a smaller size. The second ring took three weeks to arrive even though it was supposed to arrive in one week. Our sales person was also very difficult to reach. They have a system where the only person who can help you is your sales person, which was very frustrating.

We absolutely love our rings from Tiffany! This was one area in which we new we didn't want to skimp on...wedding rings are something you treasure and wear for the rest of your life. We received a high level of service at Tiffany and plan to continue shopping their in the future.
