I absolutely loved the service that I receieved from Tiffany's. The consultant did everything in her power to help me find and try on dresses. She was interested in me and my wedding and finding the perfect dress. She took time to talk to and help me individually. There was a WIDE selection of gowns. My only problem with this shop is the prices of the gowns.
I had a great time selecting my dress and loved the sales associate who helped me. I love my dress, but when it came time for alterations they do not work well with schedules. Make sure you read the fine print about alteration times. Also, was told several different things by different sales staff about alterations. They need better training for people on the floor or answering phones.
