I am so happy with the work that Lindsey and Stephen did for our wedding. This husband and wife team knows a little something about love. They did a great job of capturing every moment of our special day, including the little things, like small looks between my husband and I, which really captured the essence of "us" as a couple. They even provided us with a "trailer" of wedding video, which was just enough to get us through waiting for our full video. All of our loved ones that didn't make it to the wedding couldn't be happier either. Everyone keeps talking about how it "looks like a movie," which was exactly the feel I wanted. Best of all, they really worked with our budget, without skimping. Tilted Sky is a great company to work with.

What types, such as unedited footage or special effects, of videography do you offer?
We offer a cinematic edit with color grading as part of our package. Tasteful special effects are used at the discretion of the editor.
Do you have lighting equipment to accommodate a more dimly-lit event?
Our cameras and lenses are setup for dimly-lit situations, allowing us to do the majority of our shooting without additional lighting. In extreme cases, we do use special on-camera lights. We do not setup stand lights as we feel they are obtrusive and damage the ambiance of the event.
How many videographers do you work with?
Two cinematographers will be there to shoot your event.
Does the client get to meet the videographers before the event?
Absolutely! Our package includes a "Love Story" film shoot that takes place before the event, as well as rehearsal attendance.
Do you book yourself for more than one event in a day? Weekend?
We only shoot one event per day.
What kind of equipment do you typically bring with you on the day-of?
We typically use three cameras plus assorted lenses and audio equipment. Our primary cameras are DSLRs which allow us to achieve a cinematic look and feel with superb image quality in a smaller package than a typical video camcorder. We have multiple audio recorders and microphones including lavalieres for capturing crisp sound in any setting. We also use a steadicam and slider.
What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, do you require that the client provide your meal?
For every 6 hours of attendance we require at least one meal break. If the meal is provided by the client we will remain on the premises and resume shooting immediately after. If the meal is not provided we will leave the premises for up to one hour.
Is the client involved in the editing process? If so, how much input does the client have in editing?
While we do not directly involve the client in the editing process we do ask questions to help us tailor the edit to the client.
How long does it take for the client to get the final video?
Typically the highlight video is available within four weeks of the date of the event and the full edit follows within another four weeks. In busier periods we guarantee you will receive all of your videos within twelve weeks of the event.
