Timeless By Paula - On-site Makeup Artist

Throughout the wedding planning process, I found that some vendors were extremely disappointing and some were wonderful. Paula was one of the WONDERFUL vendors, and I’m so glad I chose Timeless by Paula for my makeup. Paula did my makeup, three of my bridesmaids’, and my mother’s. She did a great job and tailored the makeup for each person’s unique look. To me, the best part about working with Paula were the touch-ups. She walked around all over the place with me, the groom, and the photographers before the wedding and helped by making sure my hair, dress, and makeup were all okay for the pictures. To have her there really lowered my anxiety. On top of the fact that she is committed to making your makeup look great, she is warm and caring, which goes a long way on your wedding day! I also had Paula come to my place to do a trial run on me and my mother a few months before the wedding, and I highly recommend doing that if you have the time, as it gives you an idea what to expect, which just helps the actual wedding day run more smoothly. Paula was just great, and I would recommend her to any bride without reservation.

Paula did my makeup for both my engagement pictures and my wedding. I received a lot of compliments on how great my makeup looked on both occasions and all of my bridesmaids looked fabulous and got lots of compliments on the wedding day too. Paula is extremely friendly and was very easy to work with. She asked what kind of look I wanted to have on my wedding day and made sure that was the look I got. I've heard many stories about makeup artists that cake on the makeup after brides tell them that's not what they want, but Paula listens to you and keeps things within your comfort zone. (I don't normally wear a lot of makeup so I didn't want to feel like I had too much on and be uncomfortable on my wedding day.) I also loved that she stays through the ceremony and does touch-ups for pictures taken after the ceremony. That was important to me because I knew I would cry and would need a touch-up or two. :) I highly recommend Paula to any bride!

Paula was absolutely wonderful! I loved my wedding make-up! She stayed until we were finished with pictures to make sure everything was perfect. She comes to you for everything...trial and the wedding. I definitely feel like I got my money's worth. She even ended up doing make-up for a number of my bridal party members at the last minute. Everyone was thrilled with the job she did. She was so flexible and easy to work with. I would highly recommend Paula to anyone for any of their make-up needs.

Paula is such a sweet person and an extremely talented makeup artist. I have dry and problematic skin and she was able to cover up every blemish to make me look fresh and natural. Her makeup application techniques are incredible - she does a great job at making you look natural and the makeup doesn't feel too heavy or caked on. She was wonderful - highly recommend!

There just isn't enough space allowed for this review to really do Paula justice. She was absolutely amazing! She did such an incredible job with my make-up. I really felt like a movie star. She was charming and funny and put me at ease. She comes to you to, even for the trial. Her packages are reasonable and customizable. I really ended up feeling that I did not ay her nearly enough for all that she did. She went above and beyond. After applying my make-up for the wedding, she stayed for touch ups and made sure I was always picture ready. I was highly impressed with Paula and her skill as a make-up artist. She really knows her stuff and looking back I was so lucky to have found her. Having Timeless by Paula do my make-up is one of the best decisions I made about my wedding. I will certainly recommend her to any and everyone.

Paula was amazing. I freaked out when I had my first trial because the concealer dried up under my eyes. But Paula did 3 trials, her suggestion, to make sure the makup was perfect on my wedding day. She cared so much about getting my makeup done exactly how I wanted it. She is the only person I know of that does trials on the brides maids and mother of the bride. She will custom build a package, she did for me. I thought that her gas charge was very expensive, but that's the only complaint I have from the wedding day. She also does touch ups, she followed me around all day and I felt like a diva. My mom and bridesmaid loved their make up too.
