We hired Timeless Designs as our coordinators for our October 7, 2007 wedding. The most appealing things about Timeless Designs to us were: 1) They were reasonably priced and 2) They promised that BOTH of them would be there on the days of the rehearsal and the wedding. I felt like we were getting a 2-for-1 deal! During the planning process I worked closely with Rachel who had a bubbly personality (like me!) and she was so much fun to work with and always on point with the details of our wedding. At the rehearsal, Joy took charge in a friendly way and was open to the suggestions of everyone, which I appreciated A LOT because I have several opinionated people in my family ;-).
These two ladies were highly professional, punctual, detail oriented and organized, which made our lives so much easier and the day go by rather smoothly from our perspective. Our venue staff and our guests noticed this too, and my guests have given us SO many complements on our coordinators. They located in Fairfield, however they serve the entire Bay Area. Our package included a few face-to-face meetings and they are ALWAYS available via email and phone. I’m sure that they’re flexible depending on your needs. I miss working with them and I’m beyond pleased that we chose to work with them!!!!
