Samantha and TImeless Media Productions exceeded my expectations beginning with the initial meeting all the way to the BIG day! Samantha was awesome to work with - her personality, video education, and creativity produced the best wedding video and highlight reel I've ever seen. Her professionalism cannot be beat. We had our video back very quickly and everything was done exactly to our requests. I would highly recommend Samantha and I can guarantee that no detail will be left out! Timeless Media Productions does amazing work. From the start, Samantha was great to work with, organized, and efficient. Samantha and her mom were so creative and very kind. They offered to carry my train, get me water, pull up a chair, and helped me to relax. As soon as we watched the highlights reel we were so impressed and knew our DVD would be exactly what we were looking for. She captured some incredible moments that I would have otherwise missed. We had an outdoor wedding and the footage included some amazing nature shots of the grounds that flowed perfectly in the video. The video was thematic, professional, and truly captured our wedding day. I highly recommend hiring Timeless Media Productions.

I knew I wanted to hire a videographer for our wedding after I saw a trailer from Two Penny Productions on an online blog. While their work was phenomenal, I knew the packages they offered were out of my budget. My mom found Samantha and her company on the Knot and it couldn’t have worked out any better. I am so glad that we hired Timeless Media Productions to do our wedding video. Samantha is such an awesome person, both at her job and personally. She was completely reliable, returned e-mails very well, and genuinely cared about our wedding and the video that she would produce. Why Do Wedding Videographers Vary In Price?
Its quite simple. You're paying for time and talent. Many wedding videographers are self-taught and haven't received formal training. Timeless Media Productions' lead videographer, Samantha Harris, has her background in Communications & Media Studies from Michigan State University with extensive experience in professional editing software such as Adobe Premiere, After Effects and Apple's Final Cut Pro. These programs are used to edit Blockbuster films and ensures you an impressive and quality product. In addition to being versatile in different professional editing programs, T.M.P. also offers an amazing creativity that cannot be simply taught. Each wedding film, documentary or event montage are created with excellence and our personal interests.
A rule of thumb: for every minute of footage it requires over an hour of editing. We usually spend over an hour per minute to guarantee a quality and professional look. Being a wedding videographer requires lots of running around, timing, quality equipment, but most of the hard work is spent in the post-production and editing phase. We spend nearly 40-60 hours of editing per wedding film. That's nearly an entire work week!
What Styles Do You Incorporate?
Timeless Media Productions' lead videographer, Samantha Harris, has her background in media studies and documentary film studies. Although, her passion is creating beautiful and cinematic masterpieces.
T.M.P. offers numerous styles for your event film however we typically offer two defined selections and allow creative input from the clients:
Cinematic Style: Our cinematic wedding style is more creative, dramatic and "movie-like". Lots of modern and unique editing and filming techniques are incorporated into this style. Elegant titles, music and transitions are used. Many clients prefer this style as its extremely fun to watch from beginning to end; no fast-forwarding required! Cinematic Style films run approximately 15-30 minutes long and require much longer editing time compared to the Documentary Style.
Documentary Style: Clients who are interested in having their wedding event documented as a linear concept would enjoy this style. The perspective is typically shot from a view as if "you were there". Classic and tasteful editing are incorporated and presents itself as a smooth and flowing film. Faint background music can be added however more of an emphasis is made on the actual sounds, voices, discussions that were present at the wedding. A Documentary Style film usually runs 45-90 minutes long but requires less editing than cinematic.
When Will I Receive My Video?
Depending on the event, hours of footage and timing of season, a wedding video is usually completed within four weeks to a couple months after the event. On average a minute of footage requires over an hour of editing.
What Is Your Payment Policy?
Timeless Media Productions understands the economic strain clients may have and offers two payment plans (we accept personal checks, PayPal, cashier checks and cash):
"1/2 & 1/2": A nonrefundable deposit equivalent to half the agreed total price is made prior to the wedding to insure a booking. A deposit payment must be made no later than four weeks from the scheduled filming. If you cancel the filming we retain the deposit. If you are able to reschedule we most likely will be able to accommodate.
"1/3, 1/3 & 1/3": A nonrefundable deposit equivalent to one third of the agreed total price must be made prior to the wedding to insure a booking. A second deposit payment must be made no later than four weeks from the scheduled filming. A final third is paid one week prior to wedding day. If you cancel the filming we retain the deposits. If you are able to reschedule we most likely will be able to accommodate.
