Vivian at Tomato Weddings was amazing. I wanted to leave a review here because I read some other reviews and don't think they really portrayed Tomato Weddings the way it really is.
I was married on August of 2010 and Vivian custom made my dress for me. I took her pictures and magazine tears of what I wanted and she totally understood. She made my dream dress and she was super meticulous and patient throughout the entire process.
If you are on a budget and want to rent a dress, Vivian has beautiful dresses you can rent from her that are custom made. She alters every single dress so it will be perfect for you on your wedding day. I had a custom made wedding dress and rented a reception dress. Vivian also let me borrow a veil and beautiful hair pieces.
She is also convenient because my husband and all his groomsmen, the fathers and ringboys were able to rent their tuxes and shoes from Tomato Weddings. It's definitely a one stop shop and you will not be disappointed.
I wanted to post pictures of my dress here, but it won't let me so you can see it here: http://www.adrianderson.com/?p=600

Vivian at Tomato was recommended by my long-time hair stylist. Vivian and her husband own Tomato (located in Koreatown) and do bridal hair and makeup, wedding dress and tux rentals, and wedding photography. I think they can also custom make wedding gowns. My mom and I went to her for our make up and hair for my wedding and she was AMAZING. She is a perfectionist and has a great eye. We are pretty picky about our hair and makeup, but we were so happy with the results -- she made us look 100x better than we normally do. We were going to use a vendor that did my sister's and my mom's bridal hair and make up two years ago, who is ranked very highly, but she was just too expensive. I think Vivian did an even better job and my mom was much happier with the results. You have to go to her store in Koreatown for hair and makeup, but my mom and I didn't mind because it gave us a chance to hang out before the rest of the wedding day.
