Total Bliss Salon

HORRIBLE>>>>Do not go to this salon. I paid for a bridal package and had a horrible "head" stylist I think her name was Victoria. SHe hardly spoke to me during my appointment. She walked up to me while I was waiting took my inspiration pictures from me and said "Yea, I can do this". She took me back to her chair and asked my mom to sit basically in the corner. The only times she spoke to me for the rest of the appointment was to say that I had too much hair and that I'd need to cut at least 5 inches off before my wedding. She also said that she hates doing up dos and can't believe that she was being asked to do this. After my experience, I found a different salon to work with--White Lotus Salon (who are amazing!) I wound up getting a refund for the services I didn't receive. With the gift card I decided I'd get my nails done. My nails ALSO turned out horrible. The woman who did my nails filed them off into a square shape when I specifically said I did not want square shaped nails. Then the white tips were no where near even. I absolutely refuse to step foot in this salon again, it was the worst part of my entire wedding planning year.

I have extremely long stick straight hair. And for the wedding, Tricia transformed my hair into these beautiful tundrals that surprisingly lasted all day. She was great to work with and really listened to what I wanted.
