Town Manor Bed and Breakfast

In the planning stage of our Vow Renewal, And I have found that the owner, Nandy is a real Jem ! She will take the time to really hear what your desires are for what you vision is ,and then she is honest about what she can do for you, None of this " Promise the world, and then doesn't deliver stuff, She is a real professional and also I am finding a really good person, with such a big heart, You can tell she really enjoys what she does, and wants so badly to make your dreams and wishes a reality. My husband and I are renewing our vows, And like many in this day and age, money doesn't go as far as it used to, But she has such creativity and vision , She has the talent to help pull off an amazing party, without bleeding the bank dry. I think if you are looking for an that little piece of paradise, Or wanting to step back into time filled with romance this is the Place for you. We are so happy with the service we have recieved so far. They are truly professional , But you know they love what they are doing , it shows in every little detail. I believe we all want to have a fairy godmother. Nandy just may be one and not even know it .

Town Manor Bed & Breakfast in Auburndale Florida is the most beautiful place to get married. We loved the scenery and the staff. Everything was taken care of by them, it made it very stress free for the bride to be.

Gorgeous venue- lovely location and the staff were friendly and professional. Everything was included and it made our day much easier and stress free. The wedding coordinator was wonderful and very helpful. I am so glad that I chose Town Manor

We would like to thank Nandy and the whole staff at Town Manor for the best day of our lives. They helped to create our perfect wedding day at the perfect, most beautiful wedding venue. We absoluetly loved loved loved our wedding cake. Nandy worked with me to help create the perfect cake for the perfect day. We had a blast working with them all!! Thanks so much.

The venue is gorgeous and Nandy is the sweetest person to work with. We had some difficulty with emails and phone contact some responses were delayed. The cake was GORGEOUS and delicious. The music and DJ were average what you expect for included. I wish there was more room for dancing. The food was yummy, we had a buffet. You are not the only event guaranteed for your day so we felt a little rushed and that we couldn't linger longer if we wanted.

Town Manor is definitely beautiful. Our food was very good and the cake was the best we have ever seen or eaten. That said, the venue is not very flexible with making changes if you want your wedding to be different than their standard faire. Also, you will not receive much time. I asked many times if we could pay to extend the time of our wedding--3.5 hours from the time the gates open til the time the guests had to leave, including the ceremony--and they would not budge. My one regret from the wedding day was not being able to enjoy it for longer. If you want a simple, beautiful wedding and to not do much leg-work for your wedding, this is the place for you. My guests couldn't stop talking about how gorgeous the wedding was and how great the food tasted! However, if you want control over the details of your wedding, or to party all night long, you may not be happy with Town Manor.

Town Manor on the Lake was beautiful for sure. However, I have never been nickeled and dimed so much in my life. I was provided an overview and a price. Then, for every single solitary thing that I didn't inquire about on my initial visit and get in writing, I soon realized would be an additional charge. If they could charge me for, they were going to do just that. The price got higher and higher and higher. Additionally, the DJ that's included is what you would expect for a DJ that's included. There was not enough music played. Finally, at the end of my wedding, they were packing and cleaning up while the guests were still present. Not very elegant. However, the ceremony site is beautiful, the ballroom was decorated beautifully, and the food was good. My advice would be get everything in writing upfront while negotiating price.
