When I spoke with Tracy we had agreed that you will stay the whole time that is one of the main reason I picked him. He did let me know when he was done taking pictures, but I was just too caught up in the excitement to realize that this was not what we agreed to. Also, I told him that I wanted two must takes and neither of them was taken. He was not focused on his job. Also his assistant laughed during my blessing prayer which was VERY offensive. He was an hour late to my reception , So I did not get our entrance photograph. I am Pentecostal so I had a blessing prayer at the end and he had mention to a few of my guest that it sounded like soft porn . So basically what I am saying I paid for 8-10 hrs and did not even get 5. He did not take pictures of any details at the reception like favors, place setting and card box. He did not take any of the traditional formal pictures. When I confronted him about his behavior he acted like a pompous jerk like how dare I approach him with this. He only offered me a free picture. When I discuss his lack of professionalism with him he did not apologize but had this attitude like he did nothing wrong and he was upset and literally said the word “pissed” that I would question his “abilities”. I mean COME ON it’s my wedding day and he did not do anything I asked for and he did not take any of my must takes. Then I did not get my pictures until 4 months later when we had agreement it would not even take two months!!!!! When I receive the pictures they were not even edited, but I just decided that I would cut my losses. Do yourself a favor and do not book this unprofessional person.
