Traditions at the Glen

Traditions at the Glen provided us with a beautiful wedding. All the staff was courteous and very helpful. The food and bar service were amazing in every aspect. Plenty of room for dancing, socializing, and photo booth. The rehearsal was quick and painless, we were in and out in no time. I would recommend to anyone looking for a beautiful venue and a price that won't break the bank to book here.

We had out wedding and reception here. I can't say enough good things about how wonderful everyone at Traditions was. We had our wedding the weekend of the September 2011 flood. We lost power 20 minutes before the ceremony but most of our guests didn't know for quite a while. They made our day wonderful even with all of the chaos caused by the flood.

Having our ceremony and reception at Traditions at the Glen had to be the best decision we made. The amazing view off the front of the mansion for our ceremony was truly memorable. There is no other view even close to that in town. Our reception was held in the tent which turned out beautiful! The staff and management went way out of their way to make sure we were happy and comfortable all day long. Unfortunately we were too busy to try all the food but we heard from numerous guests that this was the best wedding they have been to. The stations turned out great and everyone loved their martini mashed potatoes, pasta station and PECAN CRUSTED CHICKEN!!!! Thank you to Traditions for helping create such a memorable day!

Prior to my engagement, I had recently moved to the area from Westchester County, NY. I knew I wanted to have our wedding upstate because of how beautiful the area is. My fiancée suggested Traditions at the Glen and after a phone call and a prompt meeting with Chris we were booked immediately. Booking with them was a no-brainer. The convenience of the Spa, the hotel rooms upstairs for my out-of-town guests and the gorgeous surrounding scenery were all key factors in my decision for the perfect wedding location. During my yearlong engagement I became very well acquainted with Traditions at the Glen. The hotel is immaculate, the food is delicious and the staff is AMAZING! A BIG thank you to Chris, Candace, Kristen, Ashley, Maria, Honesty, Paul, Tony and Paige. They were all so attentive, professional and kind on my special day. Each of them went out of their way for us and made a lasting impression on me and my guests. I would recommend Traditions at the Glen to any bride. My wedding was exactly how I dreamed it would be! It is truly a remarkable place!!!

I'm pretty excited to be booked to have my wedding at Traditions in September. It was extremely hard to find a place that both my fiance and I truly loved. Living in Long Island we have been to BEAUTIFUL wedding receptions and we wanted the same for ours (with a reasonable price of course). After looking at about 5 different reception halls, being discouraged and almost branching out to Scranton, PA (45-60 minutes away).... we finally made an appointment with Traditions. Our impressions were high as we were even driving up (the driveway is set back about a mile from the road and you have to take the windy driveway up to the mountain... so beautiful). As we set foot on the premises we were already in love. The landscaping was beautiful and so well maintained. Looking from the front of the building you are actually overlooking many mountains and hills, it really is a beautiful sight. The building alone was very beautiful, very historical. We waited for the person in charge of weddings to arrive and had a chance to look around before she did. We pretty much knew right away that this was the place to wanted to have it.

The Traditions was incredibly helpful and their number one priority was to make our day amazing. They definately achieved their priority.

Traditions at the Glen is a beautiful venue to have your wedding reception. Not only do they do a great job making sure your day runs smoothly, but the food is great and there are so many great spots for photographs on site. We love finding out our clients have chosen Traditions at the Glen for their weddings!

Traditions at the Glen tops my list of favorite venues in The Southern Tier of NY. The food is exquisite, the service is excellent, and the setting is beautiful; all important factors that any couple planning their wedding would look for. What makes them stand out, however, is the team that makes it all happen. You get a genuine sense that they are emotionally invested in the successful outcome of your event. From the top down you will know the names of everyone who will play a part in making your wedding day perfect. They are professional and friendly, and they are just plain good at what they do. There are very few venues that I believe can match everything that they offer, and certainly none in the immediate Binghamton area. You will not be disappointed by your decision to host your reception at Traditions at the Glen!

Baked Euphoria Cakes & Pastries has worked with this venue on many occasions. The staff has always been extremely helpful and efficient. It's nice to have a venue ready for our cake and dessert deliveries when we arrive. Would recommend this location highly.
