Unfortunately, this is not going to be the greatest review. We were looking for a hotel that could provide us with a reasonable group rate for our 38 wedding guests. We were given some really inexpensive rates at some lower end hotels but decided to go with Treasure Island as we were quoted $99 per night and the resort fee would be waved for our guests. We also liked the location on the strip. The rooms were nice and newly upgraded, so we have no complaints about the quality of the rooms. They lose points with us with their customer service. We flew in from Canada and rented a car as we had to pick up many items for our wedding and bring them to our hotel, along with all of our luggage, my dress etc. When we pulled up to the hotel it was very confusing as to where we were to pull over. There was no sign indicating. We got yelled at immediatly. Not appreciated after a long flight and in general long trip to get there. We finally understood where to pull over to unload our car. Then, I got yelled at for trying to grab a cart by the vallet and he said he would do it. Fine. I tried to grab something out of the car and again, he said to leave it and that he would get for me. The guy hinted to my husband that he wouldn't be seeing him again...for a tip. RUDE! I don't know. It just felt like we were being bossed around and it was a very stressful situation and a really bad way of welcoming us to their hotel. We were not the only ones who had a bad experience. Our parents did and one of our guests said when they pulled up in a taxi from the airport the vallet yelled at the cab driver for being in the wrong spot. They seem unhappy. The front desk clerk that checked us in was great. Very pleasant but the line moved so slowly. There weren't very many guests waiting to check in. It seemed a bit ridiculous. Other guests were rolling their eyes at the slow moving line. Nice rooms, bad customer service. We would never stay at this hotel again.

NOTE: We only used TI as our reception venue--we got a suite for the night for it. We did NOT use any of their actual wedding services, so I can't speak to that.First of all, they lost our reservation for our room that we made via Travelocity. When we went to check in, it was clear they had no record of us. To be fair, I've been told by others that this is not uncommon with Travelocity hotel packages, so be careful with them. I had the confirmation email, so we got a room (a Petite Suite as desired), but I suspect that if they hadn't lost our reservation we wouldn't have been on the 5th floor right next to the elevators. Fortunately my husband and I were really mainly interested in the whirlpool tub, but the location was a little noisy on weekend nights. They did allow us to check into the larger suite I'd booked for the reception at about 11:30am on the day of, which was MUCH more convenient than having to wait until 3. They also actually bumped us up to a nicer suite than we'd booked, from an Executive Suite to a Premier Suite, which we got on a Friday night in May for $293 including all fees (DH had a AAA discount). Pretty sweet. It was a perfect space for the reception after the groomsmen moved some of the furniture around to make more of an open space in the living room, and there were lots of seating options for our ~30 guests, and tables to put out the favors and the mini-cupcake towers. The only problem with having the reception there was that you had to actually have a key to get up to the 31st floor, and they didn't work very well--you had to swipe it like 10 times to get the elevator to go. Also, my cousin got stranded in the casino for about 20 minutes before she was able to get someone to answer their cell phone to come let her in.We partied until about 1:30 in the morning and nobody seemed to mind--the floor didn't seem too occupied overall. The suite also provided a place for three WP members to sleep off the reception, since we had our own room downstairs, and we really could have slept at least two more people there easily.Restaurant options at TI are so-so (the Asian tapas place is all right, but PRICEY; the buffet is one of the cheaper ones on the Strip for a reason--it's like fairly good cafeteria food), but it's across the Strip from the Fashion Show Mall, which has some great restaurants (we had the rehearsal dinner at RA Sushi) and a Sanrio store (among many other cool stores). It's also just about right in the center of the Strip, so guests staying at other hotels, like my parents (who stayed at Excalibur), didn't have to trek too far, and it's only about a half hour walk to the Bellagio, where we had our post-wedding brunch.ETA: Overall, DH and I agreed upon check-out that we didn't think TI was good value for money. The reception suite was nice, as noted above, but our Petite Suite was pretty blah. The TV was mounted in a weird place so that it wasn't really comfortable to watch from the couch OR the bed (it was not adjustable). There was a refrigerator in one of the bathrooms, but it didn't work, so we weren't able to chill any of our champagne there. Package pick-up for various items we'd shipped ahead was okay, but when I originally went to get stuff they insisted there was only one out of three packages there. I showed them my Amazon confirmation for a FedEx delivery and they came back with a UPS envelope--which was also mine, but I had to send them back AGAIN to find the FedEx package. Also, when we needed an envelope to mail in our marriage license before leaving Vegas, the woman at the guest services desk seemed confused as to why anyone would want an envelope while staying at a hotel, couldn't locate any, and made no effort to assist us in finding one elsewhere. They did send us up a free bottle of champagne when we told them we were newlyweds, but overall we just didn't feel like our room was at all worth $125+ per night (don't forget the $22/night resort fee--those are standard for the Strip but still).

I agree with (mipplet)-Everything was perfect except for the Cashman Photography. Since they are contracted through them, we couldn't use our own photographer we had hired. We got 24: 4x6 pictures which was included as part of our package. Other than that, we were not going to purchase the overpriced pictures. I will say some of the pictures turned out nice just because they used a flash. If our photographer and guests could have used their flash we probably would have had better pictures.

Perfect place to have a wedding in Vegas. They were of great help before the wedding and the pictures turned out amazing. It didnt look like we ran off to Vegas, It looked like a dream come true.

We stayed at Treasure Island when we arrived in Vegas to save some $$$ before checking into the Ritz. I was surprised by how great the service was and how well they treated us. We had an excellent experience here.

The rooms were nice enough, but I have to say I was disappointed with the wedding package. I expected the items in it to be at least half way decent. Instead, it was cheap stuff that I wouldn't have bought from Walmart. That coupled with their crumby contract with Cashman Photography really cheapened the whole wedding portion of our stay. I would have been happy to pay a little more if they would have done things more nicely. But instead I just felt let down.

Even though we got married at the Venetian, we stayed at Treasure Island. The service was incredible and our room was fantastic!

We were married at the Treasure Island Wedding Chapel in Las Vegas. I cannot say enough nice things about the people at TI. Our wedding coordinator, Maria, was incredibly helpful in the months leading up to the wedding. She helped me plan the details of the ceremony, ordered the wedding flowers, and was very patient answering the dozens of questions I threw at her all the time. Everything ran smoothly at the wedding, and the TI staff were courteous, helpful, and friendly. The ceremony was Webcast (free of charge) so that friends and family who couldn't make it all the way to Vegas were still able to watch the wedding from home. The hotel even sent my wedding gown out to be pressed and had it back to me in mint condition the very next day...amazing! My only complaint is that Treasure Island has an exclusive agreement with Cashman Professional, which is a very crappy photography company. All the photos during our ceremony had to be taken by Cashman...we didn't have the option of using our own photographer. When it was time to take photos in the chapel during the ceremony, the Cashman photographer wouldn't let anyone else take pictures using a flash, which really sucked. I think all of the major casinos have arrangements like that with different photography studios, though, so it's not just a Treasure Island thing. In spite of the photography issue, I'm still so glad we got married at TI. Our wedding was very beautiful and the friendly staff at the casino helped make it possible.
