Tres Belle Cakes

We absolutely LOVED our wedding cake from Tres Belle Cakes!!! Tracy, the owner, is wonderful and made our cake look exactly like we pictured it... if not better!She is very accommodating in setting up cake tastings... allowing us to meet two and three times to make sure that we were happy with our cake flavor choices. We got married in June, so we wanted to do fun fruity, summery flavors... which there were plenty to choose from! If you don't see a flavor that you think you would like for your cake listed on the Tres Belle website, be sure to ask about it because she was very flexible in working on coming up with flavors for us! We ended up going with Orange, Lemon, and Key Lime cake, and it was soooo good!!!If the delicious cake and beautiful designs aren't reason enough to choose Tres Belle Cakes as your wedding cake vendor, the prices are OUTSTANDING! Our cake was so affordable, and the pricing was probably about $1 cheaper per slice than any of the other places we were considering. GREAT VALUE!!!The only thing I'd mention is that Tracy could sometimes be difficult to reach via email, but was much easier to reach on the phone. She was also very prompt in getting back to us in the last few weeks leading up to the wedding, which is when it really counts! :) I would definitely recommend Tres Belle Cakes to anyone who asks. I can't wait for our one year anniversary, so I can eat her Orange cake (with coconut filling... yum!) again!!!

I ordered both our wedding cake and a (surprise) groom's cake from Tres Belle Cakes. First let me say the cakes were both absolutely delicious AND incredibly fresh... the best cake I've ever had! We received many compliments from our guests.That aside, it was sometimes difficult to get a hold of/ get a response from the owner. It was also disconcerting that neither the groom's cake nor the wedding cake were the specific designs discussed at BOTH our consultations. Both looked nice, but my husband and I were disappointed that the most distinct feature of our cake design (varying cake layer heights), which we were assured would be no problem, was not realized in our wedding cake.

Our cake was so delicious, we had so many compliments on the taste of it. It looked as beautiful as it was delicious. Tracy made the process of choosing our flavors and design so easy. She was such a great person to work with.

Tracy provided the cutting cake as well as all of the mini-cupcakes for our wedding. It is now almost 3 weeks after our wedding and we just now finished off the last of the cupcakes we saved for ourselves, they were that GOOD!. The value for the cost is unbelieveable! All her cakes and frostings are made from scratch and she can do any sort of flavor combination you could think of. Our strawberry cupcakes with butter cream frosting, or lemon with coconut, or the red velvet - they were all so good. And Tracy can do dairy free cupcakes - and they don't taste like anything is missing! I am already thinking about what flavors we will need for our first anniversary!!

Tres Belle Cakes was amazing! Tracy makes really beautiful cakes that taste so, so good. On par and better than many other bakeries in the area that cost double or triple her price. She really listened to what we wanted and created a cake that fit perfectly at our wedding.

Everything was wonderful about the cake! From the tasting that Tracey provided us, to the way it looked and tasted on our wedding day, it was wonderful! We got 3 different GREAT flavors. We had a 4 tiered cake, and the total cost was under $400! She definitely did just as good a job as some of these places that charge $600 and up! We did not get a groom's cake, but the pictures we saw looked just as awesome as the other cakes!Tracey even decorated the vines on our cake to match the design from our wedding invitations! It was perfect, I loved it!

Let me start by saying I had the most amazing wedding ever! Unfortunately, Tracy provided the worst cake I've ever seen. I was shocked when I saw the final cake at our reception. It looked nothing like we had discussed and I was just so, so disappointed. It lacked style and looked like something I could have made myself!Tracy was also very frustrating the "day of" the wedding. She had booked way too many weddings and I think that showed in the sub-par quality of the cake. I definitely would not recommend Tres Belle :(

Not only was our cake delicious (no weird frozen taste here!) but it really was beautiful. Tracy was so easy to work with and she really understood what I wanted. She wasn't at all pushy but she did give me suggestions when I asked for them. On top of all of that her pricing was fantastic. I did find that she was much easier to contact via phone than email.

Tracey is fabulous to work with! She was so accommodating, even when I made some last minute additions to our order. She created a groomscake for us that not only tasted fantastic but was exactly what I was envisioning! On our wedding day, I couldn't believe how gorgeous our cake was. I had found a picture of a cake in Martha Stewart Weddings Magazine over a year before our wedding and just fell in love with the design. Tracey was able to completely match the design elements and everyone just raved about the taste! My husband is already asking when we can order another cake from her!

Tres Belle Cakes were incredible!! Tracy was amazing to work with. Very flexible with meetings and so helpful in designing our cake with us! Not to mention how delicious our cake was. We didnt' save the top of our cake so we're definitely going to be getting a mini-cake for our 1 year annversary! The grooms cake she made was incredible! I would recommend her to anyone !

Tracy’s cake is awesome! Her cake is so moist and her icing is not sickening sweet. I brought Tracy a picture of how I wanted the wedding cake to look and it looked exactly like the picture on the day of the wedding. The reason Tracy’s score is a little lower is because throughout the planning process there was a couple times when it was hard to get a hold of her through email. Also, on the day of the wedding she told my coordinator I had not paid, so when I got the call asking me why I hadn’t paid yet I freaked out thinking I didn’t have a wedding cake. I had paid 2 weeks prior (when the payment was due) but for some reason PayPal had not sent her the receipt. Everything worked out OK in the end, but I was a little upset as to why she wouldn’t have called in the 2 weeks leading up to the wedding if she didn’t think I had paid for my wedding cake. Once I realized I had a wedding cake, the situation was fine and the cake was gorgeous and tasted great!!!

She is very professional and she cuts out the cost you would have to pay to all that extra crap. And for my cake, it would have cost close to or over thousand dollars. ANd she blew me out of the water. I have seen pictures of cakes that she has done and i know she will be able to do my cake perfectly, just how i want it.

Our wedding cake was delicous and beautiful! Tres Belle did a great job incorporating our color scheme and the light summery feel we wanted for our wedding. The flavors are amazing too!

Tracy did an absolutely fabulous job on our wedding cake. She was able to take the free form design I created for our invitations and recreate it on our cake perfectly. With just a few instructions of what we had in mind she created exactly what we wanted better than we could have imagined. We were able to choose as many flavors as we wanted at no extra charge (which we took full advantage of) and all the flavors were so delicious. We had more than enough cake for the amount of guests at our wedding, but there was nothing left over at the end of the night. I will definitely be contacting Tracy for an anniversary cake and for any other special events.

I didn't know how much I would love my cake until I saw it coming into our reception...it was beautiful beyond my expectations! And it tasted amazing...I only wish I could have eaten more!

The final product turned out beautiful and tasted amazing. It was hard to get ahold of Tracy, at times it took days for her to get back to me which was frustrating while planning a wedding. When we met a week before the wedding I asked if we could add on a grooms cake and she said it was no problem, which I thought was very kind of her. She is very talented and seems to love what she does and I was happy to be a customer of hers and would recommend her to anyone needing a cake, cookies, or cupcakes for an event!

We had an amazing experience with Tracey. She helped us to pick out the perfect cake for our wedding. The cake was beautiful, delicious, and delivered on time. We received several comments on how great the cake looked and how wonderful it tasted. We couldn't have asked for a better baker!

Our cake from Tres Belle was beautiful and extremely tasty. Tracy was so flexible she let us have 2 tastings when we couldn't decide on flavors. Everyone complimented us on the cake, plus she is not very expensive at all! We would highly recommend her!!

Tres Belle Cakes made my wedding cake in August of 2009! It was beautiful and so delicious. Tres Belle was amazing to work with--very nice and accommodating as I tasted 2x (yummy!). Tracy was great! The cake is delicious, and she is really flexible with flavors and pricing. When we went to see her, we had just left a snooty bakery in Hyde Park that made us wait an hour past our appointment, and then they wanted to charge us for every little thing. Tracy, on the other hand, was helpful and laid back. If you want two different flavors, different shapes, etc. she doesn't charge extra. Her cake tastes great and there was no stress in the planning. Definitely try her out.

Tracy was awesome. She was the only baker I found who was affordable but also made delicious fresh cakes. So many affordable bakers freeze their cakes which is gross. Tracy bakes and decorates the cake the day before the event. She did an awesome job with the design. Some bakers only do their stock designs and that's it. Tracy was able to freehand a design I took to her. My cake was beautiful, delicious and didn't break the bank!

We found Tracy through another Pleasant Ridge family, went to her website and called Tracy up for a tasting. She was wonderful and had me, my fiance, my mom, and my cousin over to her home for the tasting. She had certain cakes she always has for tastings, but she let made some that i requested to try! It is fantastic that she does this from her home, because its very personal and we enjoyed getting to speak to her about our cake. She drew a sketch of all we talked about while we tried the delicious cakes! We knew we were getting what we were paying for at a resonable price! There was open dialogue about what we wanted for the cake and she even handled my last minute freak outs about changing things! Tracy is great to work with and everyone at our wedding loved the cake! And we enjoyed it a month later when we ate the top!! I don't think you will be dissappointed if you use Tres belle cakes!

Tracy did a wonderful job on my cake. It was exactly as how I described it to her. The cake tasted wondeful and compared to the taste of higher end shops, but for half the price!

Tracy was a delight to work with. She was so sweet and accommodating. I waited till the last possible minute to plan our cake and she really came through for us. She made us the most beautiful wedding cake I've ever seen. I was so proud of it! And it was GOOD. I got so many comments from wedding guests about how good the cake was. My best friend was so impressed that she is having Tres Belle do her wedding cake for her big day in March.

We were treated by a bottle of champagne during our tasting..many flavors & fillings to choose from during the tasting. We came with a very particular idea of what we wanted & it wasn't like anything that she had done before. Tracy was very professional & agreed to take on the challenge of our cake without any hesitation. The cake turned out beautifully & it tasted amazing. Everyone commented on how moist & tasty it was, which is always a good thing!

I had my cake done here and she did an awesome cake. It was also less expensive than many other places.

This is a great bakery. I loved how the cake tasted. I am very picky about my cake. I hardly ever like cake at a wedding because it always tastes so dry. But this cake was wonderful. The price is for cake with buttrcream frosting. It's more for fondant.

Tracy was great. She bailed me out when my baker left her company and I was without a cake 9 weeks before my wedding. the cake was beautiful and more importantly it tasted amazing. I highly recommend this vendor.

We had centerpiece cakes for our brunch reception. We picked four different flavors and our guests got up to mingle and to try the different cakes! They were not only delicious but beautiful too! They were a huge hit and I heard so many positive comments from guests who LOVED the idea! I was worried that I would regret not getting a traditional cake but I didn't at all. Tracy made us a beautiful two tier cake for us to cut into. She was so easy to work with and always got back to me right away when I called. For our first anniversary I asked her to make us cupcakes for us with two of our wedding flavors-again they were delicious and beautiful.

Tres Belle makes gorgeous and tasty cakes for less than most of the other places. She did an amzing job on my cake. it was so pretty. The flowers looked so real but they weren't.

We were very happy with the look and taste of the cake. Only thing was Tracy was sometimes hard to get a hold of.

Tres Belle cakes was amazing. I loved the taste of the cake and the options were great! Tracy helped us figure out how many layers we needed for the amount of guests and about a week before the wedding I decided to add another layer and without hesitation she said no problem! I took in some pictures of things I liked and she was able to create what I wanted. I thought the price was great and affordable. I recommend her to everyone I know who is getting married!

Tracy Bellman, owner of Tres Belle Cakes was an absolutely amazing person to work with. From start to finish, Tracy really catered to all of our needs. It was extremely difficult seeing as we were living in Kansas City and trying to plan a wedding back home in Cincinnati. Tracy rose to the challenge and accommodated us every chance she could get. I found the cake of my dreams from a picture and Tracy was able to pull it off and the outcome was even better than the original picture. She is very talented and VERY REASONABLY priced! I would definitely recommend Tres Belle Cakes to anyone in the Cincinnati area. You will be very impressed with her professionalism and the cake itself... ours was beautiful and tasted AMAZING too!!!
