Tres Fabu had a wonderful selection of styles and price ranges. They asked me right off the bat what we were looking to spend and didn't bring me dresses that exceeded that price unless I specifically pulled it myself. Destiny quickly was able to determine my personal style and helped select some wonderful dresses. In the end I found the most beautiful dress (one I have not seen anywhere else). It came in much earlier than we anticipated and looks beautiful. They are storing it for me up until the wedding and will be doing my alterations as well.

I have mixed feelings about Tres Fabu. I found my beautiful dress, shoes and veil there, and my dress was a great deal- it looked much more expensive than what it was. But that's where the good stuff stops. The woman that helped me ordered my dress too short. Even after many conversations with her (before they went out of business), where I expressed my concern that the dress would be too short with the shoes that she helped me pick out, she still ordered the same length. Months later when it arrived (I guess I am one of the lucky ones), indeed, it was too short. Luckily I found a remarkable seamstress, Tatyana Bowman, who found satin to match my dress and totally re-worked it, even when other seamstresses told me that nothing could be done, and that I would have to wear flip-flops or ballet flats for my formal cathedral wedding. While Tres Fabu might be the devil, Tatyana was the angel that saved my wedding.

I got my dress from Tres Fabu. They were horrible! They didn't even bother telling me that they were going out of business. I came to pick up my dress on the day they told me when I first ordered it, and the only thing left in the store was a few empty racks. I had to call Spain and New York for 3 days in order to locate my dress and then pay for it all over again just to get it because I had no time to find another dress.




Tres Fabu knows their dresses! They offer a wide selection of top designer dresses. I didn't even want to go anywhere else because my perfect dress was there. Plus, they gave me 10% off because the dress I wanted was a bit out of my price range. And they also discounted on the veil for that reason too.

It took me two hours to find my dress. The girl that helped was awesome. She was really nice and very professional. I couldn't pay for the dress all at once and they gave me a choice of making payments. A couple weeks later I went there to get a purse and the owner was there. She was very rood. I have a two-year-old and he was running around the store. He wasn't touching anything or making a mess, but she yelled at him. She told me I have to keep my son somewhere where he can't move. What right does she have to tell me what to do with my son and where to keep him. She was a pretty grumpy lady. I will not refer anyone to go in there when she is there.




I give Tres Fabu a 2 rating because they forgot to order my veil. I called them repeatedly expressing concern for not having the veil. Thankfully, they were able to make a last minute order and I picked up the veil literally as I was driving to the rehearsal dinner. Dresses were ordered a few sizes too big. I believe they do this on purpose so they can cash in on alteration fees. Unfortunately for them, my Aunt did all the alterations.

Excellent service! Before going to Tres Fabu, I had heard mixed feelings about their service...so my Mom and I decided to go see for ourselves. From day one, they were unbelieable! I tried on about twenty dresses and ended up ordering one to be made in NY. They treated me with respect and made my dress choosing the best experience ever!I ordered my dress and it came about five months later (they told me six months). Since this was about six months before my wedding, they encouraged me to come and "visit" my dress as much as I wanted. And I did just that. I would visit it, bring friends in to try on dresses, and call up every so often to check in. Each time the girls were wonderful and eager to help. When the dress came I scheduled my fitting and alterations with Tres Fabu as well. AGAIN, EXCELLENT service thoughout. I would highly recommend this company to any bride looking to be SPOILED and treated like a PRINCESS.....They were unbelievable and awesome to work with.If you are looking at reviews...please come in and see for yourself. Tres Fabu is amazing!!!

The minute I walked through the doors I was greeted with smiles and help when I needed it. Every dress I picked up and tried on didn't end up working but one of the ladies that helped me picked out a dress that I ended up wearing on my big day!! They called to remind me about payments, pick ups and just to check in! I bought the dress and even got in heirloomed with them :)

The only complaint I have with them is that my wedding dress was still pretty wrinkled after it was supposedly steamed. But it may have been because the new girl did it for the first time, which she politely told me as I picked up my dress. Everything else was great. The people were very helpful and friendly, and everything worked out. They are definitely on the more expensive side though.




I am a constant procrastinator and I really procrastinated getting my bridal gown at the last minute. I ended up going to Tres Fabu Bridal and I saw a selection of unbelievable quality of bridal gowns. I did not have to worry about not being able to find a bridal gown as the consultant worked with me and helped me pick out the bridal gown that I liked the most. I really thought I was going to have a tough time finding my bridal gown as I waited till nearly the last minute but luckily Tres Fabu Bridal had what I needed.

I have never, in my life, received poorer customer service. My dress came in on time but my bridesmaids dresses were delayed despite being ordered incredibly early. The dresses were only going to arrive to my bridesmaids a week before the wedding. Two of my bridesmaids were pregnant and knew they were going to need alterations. This simply did not leave enough time.The owner of the store kept changing the story on why the dresses were delayed. At first, she said it was a shortage in fabric. Toward the end, she claimed the dressmakers were in China and she had no way of getting in touch with them. She also said a week was "plenty"of time for alterations and the bridesmaids should be "grateful" they were getting their dresses at all.When I finally asked to see proof of when the dresses were ordered, the owner stoop up and yelled at me in the middle of her store. Then she said she was finished speaking with me and left. I intended to stay in the store until she spoke further with me but I backed down. After that, she never returned my phone calls and was always convenientally "out of the office" when I visited.My mom suddenly became very ill and I had to move back to my homestate of Arkansas right before the wedding. Luckily, the owner of a store here in Little Rock looked into the matter and, miraculously, was able to get the dresses to my bridesmaids on time. The owner of the store in Little Rock said there was NO WAY Tres Fabu ordered the dresses on time.My family and I started calling the store Tres Faboo-boo. I have never been treated so poorly by anyone in my life. And this, after buying my own gown there and telling all of my bridesmaids to buy their dresses there as well. DO NOT SHOP AT TRES FABU. The owner is evil.

Tres Fabu was absolutely wonderful! The owner, Jan, is very friendly and very helpful. All of the employees do their best to give each bride personal service. I would recommend them to anyone!

The negativity of this review is directed at the alterations department. I was insulted numerous times (was told that my bust was too small to for my dress to ever fit properly - that I should just deal with it.) My mother and I both bought our gowns there - and we were both treated very poorly by the seamstress. She complained constantly about how long the alterations would take her and ignored our requests to fix the problems with our dresses. We had to call in the managment numerous times. It caused us a great deal of stress - I was acutally reduced to tears in the fitting rooms. The shop, though, does have an excellent selection of gowns and the sales staff are fantastic. Buy the dress here, but DEFINATELY take it elsewhere for fitting.

There is almost too much wrong to fit into this space. Basically "some" of the staff had good service, the rest should have been fired and couldn't even take a phone call to change a date, resulting in my dress alterations not being ready. I also drove 5 hours for the appt that they messed up. Then they had to mail my dress. I asked for express service since it was soo close to the date. Well the owner was cheap and sent it normal mail, it also got lost for a few days. Besides the owner being MIA and not returning phone calls, when I got my dress the back had red spots on my dress, the zipper was broken, and my dress was TOO big- so I got to pull my dress up all night long. I'll stop there, but believe me that there is more. Avoid this place like the plague...

While I had a few heart-stopping situations with shoes and dress, everything came through OK in the end. Most of the sales people were very friendly and accommodating, but I had an incident with the owner/manager that was unprofessional and it really soured me to recommending this shop. I had a mix up in shoes that were purchased. The ordered sizes were wrong and one was the floor sample which was dirty and obviously used. They did make it right, but it was a headache I wish I didn't have. The dresses they carry are beautiful and about average for price. Not much leeway on price anywhere though. The seamstress is an absolute miracle worker! She downsized my dress several sizes without compromising the look of the dress. She was wonderful! In the end, everything turned out ok. I would go back, but just because the seamstress was such a whiz.

I was not impressed with the owner of this store. My dresses were ordered a month and a half later then when I was told they would be. I also had to have the dresses rushed in shipping to get here in time for me to then re mail them to my out of state brides maids. I was not impressed with the owner, but the lady who helped me did a great job.

Tres Fabu has BEAUTIFUL dresses, but they weren't very good with communication. They told me they would call me when they shipped the dress and forgot. I had to call 4-5 times to get an answer on whether it had been shipped or not. When I did get through to someone, they said that they didn't think it had been shipped, but they'd call. Guess what? I had to call again to make sure it had, in fact, been shipped. My bridal consultant, Megan, was sweet and helpful, but it isn't a well-run institution.

I love, love, LOVE this bridal shop! It has the most beautiful selection of dresses! I really cannot say enough good things about this shop! I walked (as a quick, last minute stop before heading to David's Bridal where I was planning to purchase a dress) into the store less than three months before my wedding knowing that my chances of having a dress ordered and delivered in time were slim. With the help of my mom, sister and our great sales girl, I was able to find the most perfect dress that appeared to be made for me. It just so happened to have been ordered in my size, in a perfect color (pearl--I was looking for white, but most dresses come stock in ivory, and pearl is a soft white), and 50% off to boot! I was able to purchase it then and there (I was really blessed to find my perfect dress in stock, I'd highly recommend going in early so you have freedom to order any dress you'd like). I felt like a princess on my wedding day, very much thanks to Tres Fabu and their amazing dress!




Tres Fabu altered my gown, even though I didn't purchase it from them (bought it in houston). The charge was very reasonable, and I ended up buying all my accessories from them.

I would recommend that you tell them you need the dress a month earlier than you do. They wait until the very last minute to order the dress. We had to call many times and the dress was "in process" but not ordered because they were waiting. So we had to ask they order it sooner. , in order to make sure we had time for the dress to arrive. Everything worked out, but I would HIGHLY recommend that you give them a different date!

I loved the dresses, but I felt that they could have been more professional. I went in for a fitting, and the attendant rolled her eyes at me when the manager asked her to help me get dressed. I felt that they were a little snobbish and I felt unwelcomed at times.
