Triangle Catering had such a huge part in making our wedding what it was, and we were so lucky to have found Michelle. After meeting with several vendors we chose Triangle Catering based on 3 things - cost, plating design, and the menu. Originally we had another coordinator that moved mid-way through the planning process. Michelle was quick to handle the account and was very professional and attentive. They handled everything from flowers to rentals, catering, the bar servers, including a special cocktail drink, setting up the little details and more. Throughout the evening the food was amazing and the guests agreed! At the end of the night, they handled the breakdown and held all of our personal odds & ends until we could pick-up the following week. Everything was seamless from start to finish. We couldn't thank Michelle and Amalia enough for everything! We would highly recommend them to future brides.

The venue we used gave us a short list of caterers we could select from to use in their space. I met with three different caterers and Michelle at Triangle Catering was by far my favorite. The other two caterers simply handed us the list of options and mentioned lobster ravioli (even when I mentioned I hate seafood). Michelle asked my husband and I several questions about ourselves and showed us lots of pictures of amazing food she had made for other weddings. I loved her fun and sassy personality and just had to work with her. I am so thankful I picked Triangle Catering! Every guest just gushed about the food. Like the title says, our DJ even said it was amazing food. Michelle created the perfect dining experience. If you give her the freedom to be creative she will surprise and delight you!

I met with a few catering companies during my wedding planning process, and I instantly had a connection with Michelle, the amazing owner. I worked closely with Michelle and Amelia over a year and a half of planning – and between answering my (practically) hundreds of questions always in a timely manner, allowing us to sample their food, specialty drinks, etc. – they were an absolute pleasure to work with. They made everything FUN – to the point where my fiancé would come with me to each meeting. They allowed us to attend to their great “tasting” events where we were able to meet with the best vendors and try all of their food and drinks – and bring friends! Being a northerner, I have completely embraced and love everything southern. So our menu, drinks, etc. were all southern-style. Everything that Triangle Catering did at my wedding reception was so unique and perfect – every little detail they added. It was more amazing than I could have ever imagined. I can’t tell you how many people came up to me during the wedding and said it was the best food they’ve ever had at a wedding…ever! Our guests are still talking about the fun specialty drinks that Triangle Catering came up with based on our favorite liquors. They are so professional, creative and talented at what they do! I recommend them to everyone I know because they are the very best and just great people all around.

What can I say? Our menu was a hit :) I worked with Michelle and her team for my June 4, 2011 wedding and I wanted something completely customized including funnel cakes and rootbeer floats for dessert instead of cake and late night homemade icecream sandwiches! People raved about the mini corn dog appetizers and loved the low key yet pretty dinner menu. Thank you all so much for making the trip and for having everything done according to plan. Also thank you so much for your help with the china and table settings! You all went above and beyond and it showed. if youre looking for a reliable, modern caterer in NC, look no futher!!

We met Michelle and Jenn with Triangle Catering at a bridal show and could not have been happier with the service they provided. The food was delicious and the presentation was incredible. After talking to other area caterer's and not feeling like we would the get attention that I wanted for my wedding I was so glad I choose Triangle Catering.

Awesome service! Wedding was at our house, and Michelle provided excellent advice on how best to set up our yard for seating, musicians, and to have everything flow during the reception. When it started raining right before the ceremony, they asked if we would like them to move the indoor furniture so we could move the ceremony inside (the rain passed, and we just started the ceremony a few minutes late).

They were very flexible; came back out to the house to review everything when our guest count increased to ensure the plan would work. Our guests raved about the food and the service - even had guests point out specific actions various staff of Triangle Catering had done to provide service to them.

We are so pleased that we hired Triangle Catering for our daughter's wedding reception. The planning was so easy; they provided numerous tastings and even help us pick the perfect wines for our event. When we entered the museum I was so excited, they transformed the NC Museum into the ultimate wedding venue. We loved the sundae stations and the mini parfaits were great. There was more than enough food for all the guests. The staff was excellent and Michelle made sure all that all the details were carried out to perfection. People are still talking about the food. The evening ran without a hiccup!! Michelle and her team surpassed our expectations and we will definitely recommend you. Thank you again for making the wedding so memorable...couldn't have been better!!

Jeff and his staff did a fantastic job of catering the reception. The food was delicious from the appetizers to the wonderful meal. The presentation was beautiful. Jeff catered to the bride and groom's needs but kept the event moving smoothly. I would highly recommend Triangle Catering to anyone looking for a catering service for their special event.

Michelle and her Associates at Triangle Catering did an amazing job for my son's Rehearsal Dinner. I was so impressed with the Tapas Menu she created for around 100 guests at the Artspace in Raleigh. I was an out of state client so she took care of everything for me. I was very pleased with how it all ran so smoothly. I highly recommend her!

This company severly lacks in the communication department. If you email or call expect a week of waiting time for a response. The day of the wedding several things were wrong, things not set up at the right time nor the right place. I spent a good amount of time chasing down the day of coordinator that you pay an arm and a leg for. They even took away peoples wedding cake before they even got to take a bite. I would strongly suggest avoiding this company and going with another caterer. The owner will try to get you to use her new "venue" that she just built, however there are much more affordable places out there.

Jeff & his team at Triangle were wonderful to work with. They were very flexible in setting up a tasting to fit into our busy schedule & were flexible in providing meals for a couple guests with special dietary needs. Jeff met with me multiple times throughout the planning process to go over set up, etc. The food was fabulous & his team of servers were great during our reception! Jeff was helpful in organizing the rentals and suggesting a florist (Fleurtation Florist, Also great!).

The food was excellent and beautifully arranged at our reception. They were helpful in assisting us to choose filling foods so that we could purchase less, to work within our budget. They were a little slow to respond and the invoice was wrong several times, but it was changed without problem. We felt a bit like we were a burden at times because we weren't spending as much money as they would have liked (or as their clients usually do). Overall though, considering the price of wedding food, it was a great value for the quality of food!

I have a creative background and Jeff and Michelle - who are also event planners - were very supportive in allowing us (me and my daughter, the bride) to take the lead in determining what we wanted for our 135 guest reception. They made suggestions along the way and everything they did supported our vision. Their team went out of their way to help us execute the reception setup and decorations. When it came to teardown and cleanup, everything was packed and loaded - caterer and us - in less than an hour.

The food they prepared (mashed potato bar, fruit & cheese bar, vegetables, beef carving station and wings) was excellent - it was fun and delicious and the presentation was perfect, as was the waitstaff and service.

Jeff and Michelle were great to work with, easy to get ahold of, responsive and very accommodating. One or both of them were with us during the entire setup, party and cleanup process. They're connected in the field and were able to call in favors to get things taken care of (ie, the right shade of purple gel lights to suit mom).

The party was everything we hoped it would be. I can't say enough good things about how Triangle Catering made it happen for us.

Triangle Catering did a fantastic job with the catering and event rentals for my wedding. There is such a variety of food to choose from. We did appetizers and a buffet style dinner with salad, chicken marsala, and steak, with mashed potatoes and vegetables. The food was great! The setup of everything including tables and chairs with all the linens went perfectly with my vision. I was so excited when I got to see everything put together. They did a wonderful job meeting all of my needs and making sure that my wedding day was perfect.

The food was wonderful! We chose to have a buffet with shrimp scampi and steak plus a mashed potato martini bar. Not only was the buffet food wonderful but the mashed potato bar was such a hit! People were so excited and loved the toppings! Jeff did a wonderful job and was extremely helpful. Thank you Triangle Catering for an A++ job!

Triangle Catering does a wonderful job. The food presentation is lovely and our guest enjoyed the food. They were also very accommodating to change. Seven days before our second daughter’s wedding (they also catered our oldest daughter’s wedding), the air conditioner in our churches reception hall failed and could not be replaced in time for the reception. We were fortunate that another venue was available. I immediately called Triangle Catering and they reassured me that they would take care of everything. We met with them and they reworked the table and station set-up, changed linen sizes and colors, and canceled table and chair orders. They even arranged to open up the reception hall for the band to deliver their equipment.

When my chosen caterer went out of business only a month before our wedding, Triangle Catering was our only option. We quickly worked out a plan of action, however on our wedding day, the person who was in charge didn't know what to do. A lot of things got out of order, and at the end of the night they took my decorations! The food was good, but the price was high. I wish I had more time to plan with them, I probably wouldn't have spent so much making my own decorations because they had their own (my previous caterer did not).

Jeff was very helpful and even helped coordinate the meeting with our event rental company after hours because my now husband could not get off work before they closed. The food was excellent. The presentation was beautiful and the staff was extremly helpful. We recieved tons of compliments on the food and staff. They were a bit pricey but well worth! I would do it again and highly reccommend them.

I work with caterers all the time and Triangle Catering's food and service is as good or better than any others that I've seen. They are good people too!

What can I say about Triangle Catering that will accurately describe the level of great food they deliver? I can tell you that when they are cooking in the background the smells are so delicious that my mouth starts watering right away and my tummy takes notice. Very highly recommended.
