They ran out of food at my wedding and we were hit with many unexpected fees when we were issued the final contract a few days before the wedding. They offered to reimburse us for the food running out, but then only gave us 1/2 the amount promised because we needed to pay extra for their staff staying late that evening. Yikes.

Please, do yourself a favor and go with any other caterer you can find. The worst decision I made was hiring them for my wedding.

The food that True Cuisine served was delicious, we had so many compliments especially on the vegetarian entree. The staff was pleasant and responsive but I felt they were a little slow and did not keep the wine coming as I would have liked.

We wanted to do some different things than the typical wedding catering. For example, we served deep dish pizza and ice cream cake from alternate sources. We also bought alcohol directly from a retail store. Even though we were outsourcing some of the food (and thus cutting down on their revenue), Susan and the staff at True Cuisine were incredibly helpful and completely flexible. They did a fantastic job of setting up all of the food, making the presentation look great, and trying to help us out by keeping costs as low as possible. Based on our experience, I would highly recommend them, especially to other couples who have some "odd" food requests for their reception!

It was a beautiful day. I could not have been more happy with the outcome of the such a special day. I will definitely be using True Cuisine in the future for other events. The food was amazing and everyone was asking who the caterers were. Thanks again for a wonderful evening!
