Our venue referred us to Diana - and we are so happy they did! Diana was very organized and ensured that all our venders were coordinated with the venue and offered great ideas throughout the wedding planning that we used the day of.
Diana is easy to get along with and very sweet and passionate about her job, but also knows when she needs to be a little tougher to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Diana did not rush us at any of our pre planning meetings and she was on point the day of the wedding. Diana allowed my bridesmaids and the mothers to relax as she took care of the flowers, organizing everyone for the pictures, moving any furniture to ensure the photos were perfect, helping to get my dress and veil ready, and always remembering where I had put my lipstick. She also brought a lot of items to the venue for us before the wedding day which saved us some precious time before the big day.
Diana ensured that the speeches and dinner services stayed on schedule without limiting the dancing between the speeches. She ensured all the small details we wanted at our wedding we included and that all the items we brought to the venue were put out and packed up for us.

Diana Pires is an exceptionally dedicated, professional and responsive wedding planner. She has heped me plan, organize and supervise all the finest details in my daughter's wedding at the casaloma.
She has impressed me and all my family with her excellence, competence, and creativity. Her patience , warmth and attention to the smallest details made the wedding a very special event. Our guests were so delighted and enjoyed every minute of the celebration, I was told that it was such a classy, elegant wedding..
Diana made sure that everything was so well organized, supervised all the vendors and also with her artistic touches, made the wedding such a great success. There was harmony, beauty and perfection in everything, starting from the flower collections, wedding dress, decor, wedding cake, favors, and such a lovely combination of music and entertainment that really wowed everyone.
As a wedding planner, she really deserves being chosen best planner for 2012 in Toronto, and I am sure that she will always excel. I wish her all the best.

My husband and I won Diana for our day of wedding Coordinator at a bridal show. It was the ultimate prize. We met with Diana a couple of times before the wedding and she was very organized, detail orientated and made us feel at ease. When we realized we had a short time frame (6 months) to book everything and plan an entire wedding we decided to find someone to help us. We chose Diana because she was very easy to work with, professional, creative, and completely understood the vision we had for our wedding day. Diana Pires is extremely professional, knowledgable, organized, warm, friendly and most importantly, calm and collected at all times. We never felt rushed at any of our planning meetings. She always responded to our calls and emails immediately. The wedding was perfection and all we had to do was relax and enjoy ourselves. Her calm manner kept us all grounded and her excellent organizational skills ensured every detail was executed exactly as planned. I can't imagine how we would have had such a beautiful day without her.

Diana and Truly Yours Planning are a "must have" for any wedding! Diana was our Day Coordinator, and every penny was well spent. She put in far more effort than she had to prior to our event, and on the day-of she was naturally very attentive to the details we were concerned about. I myself am very detail-oriented, and she did a phenomenal job with dealing with small details. During the week of our wedding, she handled ALL of the vendor coordination. We didn't have to speak with any vendors whatsoever. Diana also had ALL the answers when we were unsure about anything; she is very creative and ready to lend a hand when need be. And when questions did arise, she was also very easy to contact and would bring any questions to us immediately. And finally during the event, every time we turned around with the question "Where's Diana!?" she was right there, with answers and solutions ready to go! Not to mention, Diana had clearly put a lot of time (and a late night or two) into creating her master itinerary so everything was on paper and nothing was left out! Very impressive work!
Overall, Diana and Truly Yours Planning played a crucial role in the success of our wedding; it would not have been the same without her. I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone that is going to worry about the small details on the day of your wedding—Diana will take care of it, and take care of it very well.

I was referred to DIANA and TRULY YOURS PLANNING by another vendor because she thought DIANA, my fiance and I would get along really well with our personalities.
I am sooo happy she suggested DIANA! I met with her several times through the course of our wedding planning process (which started 12 months before the actual wedding).

From the very first day I met her, she was asking tons of questions to get to know my fiance and I. She really cared about making our wedding day perfect.On the actual day, May 29th, she was at the church with us and then left for the reception to set everything up with her DREAM TEAM.

When she pulled me into the ballroom at the reception, I was blown away by how amazing everything looked.
