Above all, Debbie was extremely professional and amazingly responsive. She works out of her home, and her office space is comfortable for patrons and full of a variety of samples. When I was not sure about font sizes and styles, she sent me quite a variety .... over and over again until I found what I wanted. She did all this very quickly, as we had unintentionally waited until the 12th hour to get this taken care of.

I have to say that I proooobably could have done something similar with an online vendor that allows you change fonts online (given that Debbie doesn't really do the designing herself - just has books), but it was a pleasure working with Debbie. She was available to design insignias and such, we just didn't take her up on it.

The other small thing was that we (my mom, Debbie and I) all assured ourselves that there would be no additional postage for the square shaped envelope if you stamped them yourself, but turns out there was quite a bit added on! Maybe it was the weight, too. Regardless, be sure to do your research!
