this was the WORST PART OF OUR WEDDING!!!!
they ordered the wrong vests, and fought with our best man when he said they were wrong, they said they dont make these mistakes!
they said i can use this or have nothing because its to late to order new ones
also gave us the wrong vests so the guys all had to come back to get the correct ones
then when we got to the wedding, my husbands tux had 2 out of 2 buttons fall off
one of the guys had the wrong tux
and one of the guys shoe broke, the sole fell completely off!!!!

they did nothing to fix the situation or even help it

The customer service at Tuxedo Alley was lacking a little. Our Best Man had problems getting a jacket that fit him properly. The tuxes were all in good condition and everyone looked great.


The price was right – they charged us half of what we were quoted at Men’s Warehouse. However, the product was not the best – the buttons didn’t match. They did work with our groomsmen’s wacky schedules and were able to get everyone fitted properly.

Tuxedo Alley is a great place to "Dress to the nines". We received friendly, personal service and they made the whole process was very easy! We even got a great deal - the groom's tux was free!

Since we were getting our tuxes from them, they offered us half off our invitations. They did all the ordering for us and we picked them up a couple weeks later.

We had a great experience here. From the moment you walk in, they're glad to see you. They listen and are patient. We got a great deal on our tuxes and were able to coordinate all the colors with their help.Since we got our tuxes there, we got 50% of our invitations! Take advantage of that!! It really helped the budget.Just make sure to keep all your receipts. There are so many different people to coordinate and make sure they pay the correct deposit and remainder that things can get messy... so just make sure it all evens out in the end.

My husband got a really nice Jean Yves tuxedo from Tuxedo Alley and he got a really nice pair of Selector shoes to go along with the tuxedo for our wedding. He looked really nice and it’s all thanks to the great staff at this store. They really handled everything for him and they really gave him some good assistance at helping him find his special outfit for our big day. They do give some great service at the shop.
