We hada actually booked this limo through a wedding show. They gave us an excellent price for our 30 seater bus - one that we couldn't pass up. we also make a change the day before the wedding and they were able to accomodate very well. Their service is very good!

Wow, I cannot believe how low their previous reviews are! These guys were great, they were informative throughout the process, in fact we called about a month before our wedding to see if we could get a bus to come back to our reception to take our guests to the hotel, and it was no problem, they ensured us it would be the same bus and driver.
Llyod, our driver, was great! He was on time, and very professional. When we went for our photos he waited there, and even drove right up to another entrance to pick us up to save us from walking back to the original drop off location. He then came back to our reception for two pick ups to ensure our guests made it back to the hotel safely. He didn't even complain when my husband and I held him up for about 10 minutes while settling final details with the hall.
Overall, we were very happy with these guys and would recommend them to any of our friends and family members.

I would definitely not recommend this vendor to future brides. Even though our day was amazing, this was by far not due to the fact that this vendor performed their duties properly. We made the best of the situation, but we experienced the following issues:

1. The air conditioning broke 4 times on the bus. It was an extremely hot day, and a 1.5 hours away from the city. Needless to say, our guests were not happy.

2. The bus refused to take our guests up to the ceremony site, noting that the road was too steep. However, he claimed this without even seeing the road (from past memory). Of course, once he got there, he was fine going up this road. However, we were already arranging cars to pick up guests from the drop off location, as it would have been half hour walk for people (in the heat!).

3. The driver got lost, even after countless emails explaining directions, and specific instructions. As a result, he had arrived 45 minutes late to the ceremony.

3. After all the issues, and the fact that he arrived 45 minutes late to the ceremony, he DEMANDED overtime charges (even though the issues were his fault). One of my friends convinced him not to file overtime charges, but he still DEMANDED a tip, holding the bus hostage. In the end we decided to pay him a $50 tip (even though it was already included in the original price) so that we can get on with the celebration.

After contacting the main office and explaining calmly all of the problems above, nothing was resolved. They did not offer any kind of compensation or refund (even though they did not deliver on the services promised). The manager did offer me a "Really good price" should i choose to use their services again. Rest assured, i will not be recommending this service to any of our friends who are getting married, or will ever use them for any other events.

Even though their price is good, they are NOT a reputable company. Please find someone else to do business with!

CALLING ALL BRIDES!!!! DO NOT BOOK THIS VENDOR!!!! Where do I begin.....

We met with this vendor and one of the things that Alex told us was to be careful when we book a bus with a bathroom through other companies as they SAY they have a bathroom, but it doesn't work. We booked a "coa5-Coach" which is their 30-person bus with a bathroom, beautiful interior, TV and fully stocked! The bus they sent was NOT the bus we ordered and when my husband called to speak to them about it, they gave that SAME old line...."YOUR BUS BROKE DOWN AND THIS IS COMPARABLE!" I would say this was NOT at all comparable. There was NO bathroom which created HUGE issues for our little niece who needed one as she was in TERRIBLE pain which a DOUBLE-EAR INFECTION!!! The "champagne glass" that I asked Alex about, were foam cups and FILTHY dirty!!! The driver, Kumar, was GREAT and very sympathic with our situatuation, however, Sue at Two of a Kind was HORRIBLE as was the other person (a man who answered my husbands call). Almost $2000 and we got SCREWED on this one. I would definitely not recommend this vendor to future brides.

We ordered a 12 hours service including late night pick-up. The first limo and it's driver were amazing - on time, limo in an excellent condition, very professional and courteous. Late night pick-up was 30 min late and the limo was a little dirty - used glasses, etc. The price was extremely low as we booked them on the wedding show.

We booked this vendor at the wedding show and we were shown a white limo-bus 30+ seater and we specifically asked for this particular bus and they said it could be arranged. Come the day off we were sent a black and blue bus with a similar interior from the one we were shown at the wedding show and also noted that this bus was not from two-of-a-kind but was from some other company in Woodbridge. None the less we just went with the flow but I think that they should have called us and noted the change with us.
