We used Carolyn for our rehearsal and "day of" coordination. I think Carolyn is great and her prices are very reasonable. I was under the impression that Carolyn would coordinate the rehearsal but I felt like we just stood around until my minister took charge, maybe that is my fault for not checking or getting a clear expectation.
Also the day of the wedding my bridesmaids walked in too early to the wrong song and my dress was bustled. Other than that Carolyn stayed on top of my vendors and handled all of the "dirty details" I didn't want to. I have a hard time demanding what I want and Carolyn was able to do that for me. I had a lot of fun with Carolyn.

We had Carolyn from Tying the Knot as our day of coordinator and I couldn't be happier that we did! She met with us a few months before the wedding to get a handle on our needs and then stayed in touch via email and phone. Carolyn contacted all of our vendors the week before the wedding and helped coordinate some things with our DJ.
She ran our rehearsal, which made everyone feel much more comfortable with how things would run day-of and then she was our point person and troubleshooter on our wedding day. She and her assistant were great at fielding questions from vendors and only bringing them to me if it was something they couldn't take care of themselves (e.g. approving an extra $100 charge from one vendor). The wedding day was really worry free for me thanks to Carolyn.
