We had our caterer selected, but when we decided to downsize our wedding we called the caterer to let them know and we never received a call back. I guess our wedding was just too small for them! We were referred to ultimate cuisine through our venue, and talk about things happening for a reason. When I called them I immediately got a hold of Jamie, the coordinator, and from the first conversation I realized these were the people for us. Kind, responsive, willling and entusiastic. I asked them if they would mind replicating a special recipe for us and it was never an issue. My husband is a chef, and so normally people would think we would have ridiculous expectations, but in fact we expected normal catered food as to not set our expectations to high. Well needless to say, we did not get the status quo. Our buffet was exceptional. The fish and chicken were outrageously deliscious and beautifully presented! People went crazy for their jalapeno cheddar cornbread! So few companies take pride in what they do, but ultimate cuisine is genuinely excited to be a part of your big days success. Going with this company was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. Jaime acted not only as our cater but as the wedding coordinator for the day of the wedding. I was blown away by the food and the cake was the best I ever had at a wedding. As the bride, I ate two pieces of the cake (we went with two flavors: Key lime cake and German Chocolate). They cleaned up quickly and when people were done eating, they quickly removed their plates. Everything was so smooth. I am so very pleased with Ultimate Cuisine and would recommend this company to anyone.

The great folks over at Ultimate Cuisine surely do live up to their name. My husband and I could not have been happier with their services. From the very first phone call to the night of the wedding, everyone was very helpful, courteous, responsive, and friendly. The food was fantastic! Wedding food is notoriously bad, but from our tasting we knew we were not dealing with run of the mill wedding catering. We got Chicken Normandy and Caribbean Pork dishes for our guests, and both were superb. Our guests could not stop talking about how delicious everything was, even the sides, salad, and bread were all tasty and unique. The staff along with our go-to guy Ty were all very professional and flexible the day of our wedding. All in all we were very very pleased and would not have changed a thing if we had to do it all over again. We highly recommend Ultimate Cuisine for your special day! You will not be disappointed!

The entire crew at ultimate cuisine was fantastic. I asked for it I got it! My daughters wedding had a lot of "special requests" nothing went unanswered. They delivered exactly what we requested.
