Linda King is an outstanding trainer. Her approach combines exercise, nutrition and mind/body balance. No workout is the same, but they are all challenging and fun.

I am a certified Personal Fitness Trainer and Nutritional Designer/Consultant. I will get you in the best possible shape you can be before your Big Day! I use a variety of techniques and equipment, including yoga, TRX suspension, bands and light weights. I train couples, and teach a variety of fitness classes (think about your wedding party)

As a Nutritional Counselor, I will work with you to make sure you get the correct portions and nutrients. Vegetarian? No problem, so am I! Special dietary needs or food allergies? Not an issue. I will make sure you eat right and lose weight with my nutrition program.

Usually our first meeting consists of filling out paperwork and a fitness assessment. No charge for any of that.

Do you provide any specialty services? (airbrushing, hair extensions, etc.)

Every client is unique and requires a one-of-a-kind approach.

How many customers can you serve at one time if the bride were to book her entire bridal party? Are there discounts for doing so?

I offer several special packages.

How far in advance should clients book your services?

To get maximum results, I need 6-12 weeks with you, depending on how often we meet.

What is your cancellation policy?

I require 10 hours notice. Otherwise, you are charged for that appointment.

What if I'm really out of shape or have injuries? Not a problem! No one has a perfect body. I work with all ages, and all kinds of health issues. I treat each client as a unique individual.
