Mark Klatskin is an amazing DJ. I highly recommend him for any event you plan. He has an incredible variety of music. And he is a fantastic emcee. He got everyone at my wedding - which was 150 guests - on the dance floor. Even little old ladies and people who I know hate dancing, got up and had an amazing time.Mr Klatskin is a lively entertainer who makes it his mission for everyone at your party to have an incredible time. He gets everyone up on the dance floor.He also provides dancefloor lighting and effects. And the best part of his DJ services is that he passes out party props such as top hats, maracas, straw hats and neon necklaces. I know the use of party props at a wedding may sound tacky or odd, because props are reminiscent of children's parties or high school dances, but believe me it was fun and tasteful and made for excellent wedding photos.Lighting, effects and props are extra.You also have to pay a booking fee for Mr Klatskin.He also provides ethnic music. We had an Indian wedding and Mr Klatskin brought along an Indian DJ who spun many Indian hits all night long. We had to pay an extra booking fee for the Indian DJ, too. But it was worth it.My wedding was a year and a half ago and I still have people coming up to me and telling me that my DJ awesome and they had a really good time at my wedding.If you want to have a great time and a party that everyone will remember, I highly recommend Mark Klatskin as your DJ.

We definitely had a great time, I'm still hearing comments from guests that said the DJ was awesome. I also heard from one guest who said that she NEVER dances, but was dancing at our wedding the whole night! Thank you so much for your professionalism, to be honest with you, your service was better than the Marriott's, which I've expressed my dissatisfaction with them already. Hi Mark, The wedding was wonderful, and the staff at your company was very professional and personable. We enjoyed working with all of the staff for planning. They were clear about what they needed, and able to help us decide what choices would work best for us. Lauren was great about getting the pictures done before the ceremony and including everyone we wanted. She was even helpful with the wedding dress when no one else could figure it out. We can't wait to see how the pictures turned out. Billy did an excellent job getting the music that we wanted worked in, and anticipating what our guests would enjoy. "My wedding experience with Encore Entertainment & Ultrax Disc Jockeys along with its photography and Videography at The Nassau Inn, has inspired me to say a few words. It will be a challenge, however, to express how impressed and satisfied I am with your services. In one phone call to you, I was able to book my DJ, photographer and videographer; three major components of my wedding which were causing me much stress. Talk about one-stop-shopping! And best of all? The price was EXCELLENT! A friend of mine paid the same thing for her DJ alone! Specifically, my biggest hope when booking my DJ was that he would make my wedding a blast. I’ve been to a few weddings which, quite frankly, sucked. I had family coming in from all over the country; Colorado, Illinois, North and South Carolina…all coming to attend my wedding on a FRIDAY! It had to be fun, and worth the trip for my guests. The problem is that all DJ’s sound great over the phone, but when the reception gets rolling….will they deliver? I thank my lucky stars for Ultrax. In the blink of an eye, the dance floor exploded. All I saw when I looked around were smiling faces. This was the best memory I have of my reception. Even now, a year and a half later, I still have people coming up to me telling me how much fun my wedding was. It was absolutely wonderful. My experience with your photographers was great. They were in there to get the important shots, and then got out of the way. I love the candid shots! Then, I got my album. My album is, hands-down, the best wedding album I have ever seen. I loved being able to pick my pictures and request certain ones in Black & White, Antique or Sepia. I also loved the fact I didn’t have to worry about arranging them. I just picked the pictures I wanted to include, and your photography team designed each page beautifully. Being able to have a picture printed on the front and back covers of the actual album was a unique and wonderful touch. Lastly, my most favorite keepsake of my wedding was without a doubt, my wedding video. I did not expect to see a picture of my husband and I printed on the actual DVD and cover. It was SO well done. The clever use of slow-motion and Black & White on certain segments of the video, really captured the emotion of the moment. It still makes my eyes water. Then we get to the part showing pictures of us growing up. It really is the cutest thing. Above all, I am so thankful to have the video. I know this is something a lot of people chose not to get, but your wedding goes SO fast and you miss SO much. The video allows you to see the things going on with your guests at your wedding or reception that you otherwise would’ve missed. As nervous first-timers, the thought of “planning” a wedding was daunting. Our goal was to rely on industry experts who could guide us through the process, without it breaking our budget. From our first meeting with Mark, we could tell Encore Entertainment & Ultrax DJs was the fit for us. Not only was Mark genuine and patient in answering our many questions, but Encore’s packaged services allowed us to choose premium services at a reasonable price, thus eliminating the need to coordinate with numerous vendors.Encore provided our entertainment, photography (including photo sign-in and zap shots) and videography (including a “growing up” video montage). We even utilized Mark as our officiant and requested him as our emcee.Mark and the DJ were spot on. The music was a perfect mix, incorporating our requested favorites, and was played at a level that wasn’t overly loud or obnoxious to guests. We mentioned that one of our hopes was to have everyone up dancing, even though we knew the reality is not everyone dances. Mark found a creative and fun way to get nearly every guest up and dancing, without the pressure tactics I’ve seen at other events. Even our older, out of action guests were standing, smiling and clapping along. We were thoroughly pleased. I can’t even count how many guests raved about our reception (even months later) and asked about our entertainment.The rest of Mark’s team was skilled and very easy to work with. Our photographers and videographer listened to our requests and worked together with venue staff like they’d done this hundreds of times before. Oh wait…they have!! We didn’t have any of the problems or horror stories you so often hear about. Many of our guests commented that they loved the photo sign-in concept and the zap shots were fun to watch on the big screen.Finally, our deliverables were all we hoped for. I asked for my own personal “paparazzi” for the day, and that’s exactly what I got. Everything we asked for was captured. Our pictures were professional, with just the right flair of photojournalistic fun. It was amazing to relive the day, and experience the things we never saw, watching our professionally-produced wedding video. Best of all, we own our materials (pictures & video), which adds to the package value tenfold. We were able to copy and share our photos with friends and family, without paying additional, unexpected fees. Encore is extremely generous with the copyright and what deliverables they provide (electronic copies, hard copies, raw footage, professional videos and albums).It was an absolute pleasure working with Mark, Viktoria and their team, from wedding planning through completion of our albums and video. Needless to say, we not only got a great value with the Triple Play package they offered us, but we got incredible service on all counts. I have received so much positive feedback on the entertainment for our reception at the Nassau Inn from our family and friends. Mark really kept things moving at a good pace and got everyone involved on the dance floor. Multiple comments from various age groups made statements in regard to the Ultrax DJs and Markl creating a fun and energetic vibe. We loved it so much, we had to extend our reception for an additional hour! Lauren and Ray (Our Photographers) worked with us for our church ceremony on Friday at Saint David the King as well as Saturday at the Nassau Inn. They were incredibly professional and personable. They complimented each other very well. They created an environment that was very comfortable and relaxed and really made the effort to take all of the photographs we requested. I was thrilled with a few of the shots they let us see to give us a sneak peek. I am really looking forward to seeing the final results! Patrick (our videographer) -- It was a pleasure to work with him as well. I know he was getting great footage of everything, but was very much out of sight as to not impose on the bridal party or guests. Barkley was our "day of" wedding planner. She was there to help organize the events of the day and worked closely with Marianne Bilski, our planner at the Nassau Inn. The two of them worked effortlessly together like a well oiled machine... Barkley took care of any last minute details and checked in with us regularly to make sure we had everything we needed when we needed it. Viktoria was very helpful in responding to email correspondance through our planning process and kept us on track with deadlines. Given the nature of our interfaith/cultural ceremonies, they helped make our wedding day(s) unique and memorable with a sensitivity to our needs. Mark was incredible. To my greatest surprise he wowed me !!! Before the second course was served almost everybody was on the dance floor. We had the fusion with DJ and drummer...highly recommend!! All of my guests were excited and enjoying themselves on the dance floor. Very professional, goes over every detail of the wedding and really knows the business very well! Will to travel and honor any strange requests. Very highly recommend. I used Mark after a friend raved about him for her wedding and without even meeting him until the night of my wedding, I was a shoe in based on the reviews!

While the actual DJ for our wedding (Louis) did a nice job, I would not recommend Ultrax as a business. In the beginning, Mark was eager to pitch us what his company could offer us as we were on a budget. Sounded like a perfect fit. Unfortunately for us, we ended up having to add in extra money one week before the wedding due to a "miscommunication" on the contract. I had tried to contact Mark a few weeks before that and once I finally got an email back he let me know that his secretary would be contacting me at some point.

I can't emphasize enough that weddings are truly a business to certain vendors, so when they make promises make sure it is on the contract. I do take part of the blame for trusting in his sales pitch.

Encore Entertainment is a top notch company. If you're planning a wedding, they offer all your entertainment needs from DJs to Photo booths and they do it well! Their DJs are amazing at mixing as well as Hosting your special day to ensure everything goes smoothly.

Encore Entertainments service and showmanship is unmatched. You will not do better.

I recently used Mark and his team at Ultrax DJ's for my own wedding and couldn't have been happier. They were professional & helpful and gave us some great ideas on things to do to enhance our reception. Even with all of my last minute crazy requests of specific Hawaiian music, and video displays, they put it all together perfecty. Our guests danced all night & were really WOW'd with the wedding overall. I continue to highly recommend them to all of my future brides & grooms and feedback that I hear from others is just as good as what I personally experienced.
