Having a band was the highest priority for my husband and me. When we heard Undercover perform at the Sandpiper in Laguna, we were hooked and knew they were THE one!
Undercover is the epitome of quality and energy. Their covers of all genres are spot on and they really kept the dance floor full all night long. We are still getting compliments for having them. To top it off, my husband and I just got our wedding video and after watching/re-living the day, my husband said, "Maybe we should plan an anniversary party just so we can book them again!"

George at Undercover Live was extremely helpful in addressing our specific requests. We were able to order advanced recordings of our first dance songs to practice with and he was able to deliver them to us within one week. His musicians (the trio for our ceremony and the pianist/singer for our reception) learned our music and performed flawlessly. We were very happy with the MC service provided by the pianist/singer, he was professional and classy - not at all what you'd think of when you think of a "wedding singer". George came to our wedding to ensure that everything went smoothly. Even my request for the trio to "change the sound" of my processional song when I began to walk was executed to perfection, despite more specific or even musically relevant instructions. George understood and was very thorough in getting all the information he needed to make the music perfect throughout our wedding. He was also very patient in working with us to find the right pianist/singer for us and did just that. I would definitely recommend Undercover Live!

THIS BAND WAS GREAT! No hesitations from the moment we asked them to play for our wedding. We saw them play for our friends wedding and then confidently booked them for ours. They were very professional and everything ran SO SMOOTHLY! I highly recommend them :) They're a lot of fun and can really get people into dancing!

George and Undercover provided music and lighting for my wedding, and they were absolutely fantastic. Our wedding was mostly younger folks that really wanted to dance, and every single one of them came up to me either during or after the reception and had the same comment: "this is the best band I've ever heard at a wedding!" Undercover was simply spectacular from the very beginning -- planning was a breeze with them; they were incredibly flexible. Carla as MC brought a ton of energy to the event. And in terms of the quality of their music, I can't say enough good things -- they played some older stuff but mostly modern hits (which is what I wanted), and they did it perfectly. These guys made my wedding truly magical and memorable -- I can't recommend them highly enough. Best dollars I spent on my wedding, by far.

PS -- George also hooked us up with DJ Chad for our afterparty. He was awesome -- crazy-good dance music with awesome lighting effects. Highly recommend him as well.

AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!! Hiring Undercover Live to play at our wedding was one of the best decisions we made. We spent a lot of time searching for the right band. Undercover was the perfect choice. Not only did they sound awesome, but they dressed professionally, interacted with guests, and kept the party going!

Carla was the lead singer/MC and did a wonderful job. They played the perfect mix of classics, new hits, fast songs, and slow songs. We had so many compliments on them.

Our most professional vendor, very timely on all responses, extremely professional in all dealings..which cannot be said about other vendors... showed up on time, set up quickly, flexible on song choices and excellent performers. A band can make or break a wedding...and Undercover Live Entertainment made our wedding a 10! Singer did an excellent job in her MC role and supplied a top rate performance. When people ask what our favorite decision for our wedding was we both answer UNDERCOVER LIVE! They literally rocked the house and made the evening beyond special. Working with George was great! He is very responsive and professional and made us feel completely comfortable leading up to our special day. On the day of our wedding the entire band was great - they had everything set up on time, they looked great and they did a fabulous job of both music and emceeing the event! The dance floor was packed the entire evening with every age group as Undercover Live played an amazing mix of oldies, eighties, and current music! Our guests are still raving about what a great time they had and several of our guests insisted that we send them the band's info after the wedding!

Undercover Live is a phenonenal group and really made our wedding a step above others we have been to. We are still getting people asking us everyday who they were and telling us how much fun it was because of the quality of the music and band. George was very professional in helping us plan our big day's soundtrack and a great showman (guitar solo amongst our crowd during Livin on a Prayer is a memory that still stands out in my mind) and Carla was absolutely a phenomenal performer. I honestly have not one complaint and would recommend them to anyone. Thank you Undercover Live for making our wedding an amazing party!

We were thrilled with the band's performance at the reception. The band was one of favorite aspects from the entire wedding. We loved the way Carla communicated with us throughout the reception. We felt as if we had known her for several years due to her warm and friendly personality. The set list was perfect and exactly what we were looking for. Nearly every wedding guest I spoke to after the wedding could not stop raving about how amazing the band was. We are from New Orleans and live music is very important to many of us, so for those people to say such great things about the band really shows me that Undercover was the best choice. Even though our event was on the smaller side (100 guests), the reception never lagged. The dance floor was filled from beginning to end and this was surely due to how great the band was. The Second Line was great as well. We honestly couldn't have had a better experience with Undercover!

The ceremony musicians were good and what we were looking for, but there was one problem. The pre-ceremony music never happened. We were under the impression that they would play for 30 minutes before the ceremony began and they did not play at all. Our guests sat in silence until the actual ceremony began. I'm not sure why this happened, but it could have been the wedding coordinator's fault. Regardless, this didn't deter from how great the day was and I would still highly recommend people to book through Undercover for their ceremony musicians. It was easy on us and that was important. Also, many of our guests loved the cocktail hour music (accordion). I didn't get to hear him play as I was taking pictures, but it sounded like it was a hit.

George and Undercover Live were the best decision we made (besides choosing to marry each other)! They worked with my now in-laws to surprise me and my husband with a flash mob! Their performance never lagged in intensity and everyone was up on their feet. I couldnt have asked for anything better, thank you so much!

This is the best band that I have heard at a wedding. They kept the party going with great music. Their choice of songs was excellent. Almost the entire room was up and dancing most of the evening. I attribute the success of the evening largely to them.
We did a surprise flash mob for the bride and groom. The band was so helpful and cooperative in pulling it off. Carla, the lead singer, started it off for us. The guests loved it!

Words can not describe how impressed my husband, myself and our guests were with Undercover Live. Even before the wedding, they had great communication and were very flexible/accomodating to our requests. At our reception, they put on an amazing show and kept our audience on the dance floor from start to finish! My husband Bryan and I recently got married and really wanted a top notch band. The full retail rate was tough to deal with most bands and George at Undercover Live really helped us on the price. The band was really amazing.

We had a pretty awesome cover band the night before at our wedding so we were nervous that we either over paid for the wedding or the band wouldn't be as good -- that was all put to rest as soon as they played our first dance song. They learned a difficult Annie Sellick bi-lingual jazz version of Nature Boy that was absolutely flawless.

From there, they made the party. We did a 7 piece band which is so important because you need the horns. 9 would be better if you can afford it. The entire team was so professional and accommodating and the music and showmanship was out of this world.

Our daughter was married on July 9th,2011 and she had decided months before her wedding that a LIVE band was a must.Celeste and Damian really wanted a fun dance party for all their friends that were attending, mostly from out of state and newly graduated college students.However, we also had a variety of age groups attending, from very young nieces and nephews to elderly Italian aunts, uncles, and Grandparents. We wanted "TOP 40" to Frank Sinatra....well, Undercover was fabulous! They were professional, on time, were dressed like movie stars, elegant, engaging, and took over our wedding reception with ease. My husband and I, along with the bride and groom, and parents of the groom, all relaxed and enjoyed every minute of the evening. Our reception was from 4 pm until 11 pm and Undercover was there until 11 pm!! All the young guys fell "head over heels" with the lead singer,Carla. She was soooo much fun and had such charisma as she introduced the 11 Bridesmaids and Groomsmen and bride and groom. Needless to say, she followed the timeline that our wedding planner drew up and we were thrilled. As Mother of the bride,I can highly recommend this wonderful group. You will not be disappointed and they are so much classier and engaging versus a D.J. with karaoke. They are worth every penny!

Undercover Live was amazing from planning to the last dance. When I was deciding between bands, George told me that they were the best band for the price - and I think he proved they are the best band at any price. They learned songs, were flexible about timing, set-up, and stage structure, and kept people dancing all night. My Name Is Brian Stevens. My wife and I were married in March of 2011. Our wedding was a wounderful day for us and our family and friends. We spent months planning and prepping for this day. The one thing that was the most important to us was the entertainment, since this is usually the only thing guest really remember about a wedding. Food and ice sculptures are soon forgotten but a great entertaining band will alway be remembered even years later.That is why we chose UNDERCOVER for our band. After seeing them perform at a bar in our home town we knew they were going to be the hit of our wedding. George and Carla and the rest of the band are some of the nicest people I have had the pleasure of meeting. They were willing to go beyond all my expectations to make our day special. They would call us all the time to help us pick out the perfect music for all the dances and gave their suggestions on what works best, since this is a stressful time this was really appreciated sometimes you dont know all the options or what will work. The UNDERCOVER band took care of everything. George was even willing to play his guitar for us while my beautiful bride walked down the isle. They even introduced our wedding party on the sound system and a one point let my father-in law join them on stage for a few songs. They were very open to letting us have our special day the way we wanted it. Any song that we wanted them to play they had no problem accomidating our likes and needs. We have only been married a few months but almost everyday i get a comment about the band that we had at our wedding. I have had many people ask me for my band info so they can you UNDERCOVER at their wedding. This band is beyond amazing, friendly, professional, and just a real down to earth group who til this day i still keep in contact with and occasionally go see when they are at a local bar. My wife and I are so happy with the entertainment Undercover provided at our wedding! From the beginning they were extremely easy to work with. They had a wide range of music to choose from and they were very experienced and knowledgeable when it came to planning a reception timeline that would work with what we wanted. Carla did a great job as the MC of our 150-person reception. She knew just what to say and when to say it. She kept the party flowing effortlessly, on schedule, and brought a lot of energy. The music was also amazing. Several of my friends that happen to play in bands as well commented that Undercover was a really talented group. Undercover was the highlight of our reception - they are spectacular. We took several months to find a band; we didn't want the traditional "wedding singer/band" that played tired run down music. We wanted quality sound, with a variety of music to rock the ages. I listened to their sound bites a dozen times before picking up the phone to call George. George blew me away - he was helpful and fun and very patient as I asked my bridal 5,000 questions.

We were on the dance floor all night, but the "kick" was when we went back to review the candid snapshots of our guests dancing - so many hysterical and very "special" dance moves - the kind you get when people are legitimately having a good time.....priceless!

Carla did such a nice job emceeing the event; your vocals are beautiful. George and the band were all about "showing our guests a good time" ---we couldn't have asked for more.

I like many of the other guests have been asked for their number; we have a work event coming up soon, and I think Undercover might have to make it back to San Francisco :)

Undercover Live, is an amazing band who I highly recommend to perform at any wedding or function that you want to dance and have a GREAT TIME !!!! They sounded awesome from begining to end.

They're nothing short of Awesome! I can't give them enough praise on how great they are. Incredibly talented, personable, accomadating, professional and easy going. The lead singer is pretty cute too. They put on a great show and keep the energy high, which keeps the dance floor full. You're wedding will suck if you don't book them now!

I would HIGHLY recommend Undercover. Our dance floor was FULL the entire night and I got a ton of compliments on them. We loved them so much we got them to play an extra 30 minutes.

The highlight of the evening was a dance off between the groom's friends and my friend's. I'm disappointed to say the bride's side lost, but it was SO much fun.

Undercover did a great job at my daughter's wedding this past weekend. They were great in the planning process, including taking on a kinda quirky new father-daughter dance song. They also worked with my daughter in setting up the songs before hand.

When we arrived at the reception hall they were tuned and up and ready to perform. The musicians were well rehearsed and worked well with each other. The lead singer was an excellent performer and engaging. They were were having fun performing and that just heightened the fun for the wedding quests.

I would enthusiastically recommend them to any friends and family for weddings or any other performance needs.

Undercover is an amazing band to work with - from beginning to end. They spent time with us over the phone and via email getting to know us, our style, and all of our special requests for the big day. The band learned a song just for me to sing to my husband at the reception. Their music, energy, and stage presence are so incredibly awesome.
