Q. How far in advance should we plan our Destination Wedding?
A. We recommend planning your Destination Wedding at least 8 months in advance so your invited guests have time to save and your choice resort can accommodate your wedding date and group.
Q. What time of day do most destination weddings occur? Why?
A. Usually around 4 Pm so its not as hot and later after photos & mingling, everyone can have dinner together.
Q. Will there be other weddings taking place during the same time as ours?
A. Most resorts will only have 1 wedding per hour and some resorts will only have 1 wedding a day
Q. How many people can each resort accommodate?
A. Every resort has a different capacity so it is important to find that out in advance so they can accommodate all your guests.
Q. Can we supply our own music on CD for the ceremony?
A. Yes, and if you don't they will provide one for you
Q. If I have guests who want to attend the wedding, but will not be staying at the resort, can they still attend?
A. Guests staying in other hotels must purchase a day pass to attend the ceremony and dinner reception.
Q. Why does it cost more for single occupancy?
A. All inclusive resorts charge a single supplement for having only one person in a room
Q. Can you book everyone close to each other at the resort?
A. A group rooming list is sent to the resort however it's the staff at the front desk that situate the guests within the resort upon the day of arrival
Q. Can I pre-book my seats?
A. Some airlines do allow you to pre-book your seats for a fee. Other airlines reserve your seat upon check-in at no fee
Q. Can you confirm a king size / 2 double beds in my room?
A. Bedding cannot be confirmed at the time of booking. A request can be sent to the resort and confirmed upon arrival

Never leave your luggage unattended as it could be compromised or confiscated due to security reasons. Be sure to check carry-on packing security rules and restrictions prior to your trip.
