I love UEA Couture Bridal Angela (the owner)and all her staff are really nice.. They have me a great deal with my dress with a few freebies nobody else offered I couldnt buy my dress elsewhere with the deal I got here.. Im soo happy to have purchased my dress at this bridal store.

Purchased a dress last year and due to designer delays! Still do not have it. I have called several times and no one calls me back. I do not know where my dress is or if I'll ever receive it. My next step may be legal action if I dont have it by the end of the month.

I was looking for a place to buy my wedding parties' dresses, and a friend told me to avoid this place. She warned me of how unprofessional and rude some of the staff was, but I thought maybe it was just an off day for them. After looking at the reviews, I'm so glad I took my friends advice and went somewhere else. Unique,not really, Elegant...absolutly not!

I had a very pleasant experience picking out my dress at UEA. The staff were very accommodating and i felt like they paid attention to what i was looking for in a dress. I was so excited when i found "the" dress and cried when i put it on. The staff brought out sparkling cider to celebrate me finding my dream dress. Overall, a nice salon and well priced.

I purchased my maid of honor dress here. And it took over 9 months to come in. :( Angela the owner never gave me an ETA. Rude! Overall, do not go here. Bad experience.

I was very annoyed before going to Uniquely Elegant. I am not a size 2 and all the other wedding dress vendors snubbed their nose at me...Uniquely Elegant found me a dress that I looked beautiful in it, they sold me a dress off the rack so it was cheap...Couldn't have asked for more....

I just started shopping for my perfect dress, and I could not have asked for a better "first-time experience"!! Nena was my consultant. She was absolutely amazing! She is so down to earth and not pushing. She talked me through my thoughts and emotions with each dress...I found one that I loved by Sottero and Midgley but it was an unexpected liking. It totally was not what I thought I would like...so if it wasn;t for Nena grabbing it and doing what she does best, then I would have never thought twice about it..I;m going back Monday to make my final decision. This place is definitely recommended! :o)

When I first went in there was a lady that was so rude to us. But Then Janiel came along and she was so sweet. If it wasn't for Janiel i don't think I would have bought a dress there. I didn't have much time because we planned this wedding in under 6 months. I found my dress and they told me I would have it in by July. Well, it then became end of July. Then Beginning of August. My wedding was August 20th. They told me not to worry because they never had a dress go over the wedding date. Well, I sure hope not. I was stressing out. Janiel was very sweet about everything and did want she could. My dress did not come in until 3 days before my wedding. Thank God I didn't need any adjustments or alterations. I did have to rush it down to the seamstress for my bustle. It was a mess!

Janiel was such a pleasure to work with! She helped me find my dream dress. Glad I chose my dress at Uniquely Elegant Attire!

I would not recommend this place at all. My first visit was okay even though they were in a very small place and there were a lot of people there. I found a dress and loved it so i had to buy it there. The dress was about 1400. I thought that was good, but after all the charges of everything else..and hearing about how much my other friends are paying...it was way overpriced. Who would want to pay 400 dollars for a veil, and 200-300 for a slip! CRAZY

To top it off, my dress came in like 2 inches too long after i paid extra money to have it hollowed to hemmed. They sent me like 3 million miles away to get it altered. The woman didn't hollow to hem it, but took it up from the bottom, then she took it in too much, and when i went back it didn't fit. She said no problem, and took it out. I had to go there THREE times, and pay 500 dollars for extra alterations. I went to UEA today, and they told me their alteration girl said i had weight flucation, and UEA needed to pay for it! An absurd accusation, if she thought i had gained weight, why wouldn't she have said that to me! Shady.

THEN...what i had brought my dress back for was to be steamed. The lady told me that the wrinkles wouldn't come out with their steamer and they don't know who told me they would be able to. Angela told me to bring it back, the owner. I took my dress across the parking lot and paid to have it steamed. No way was i going to trust my dress with UEA, they screwed up enough of my wedding plan already.
Even the dry cleaners said they wouldn't do work with them!
UEA is overpriced, unorganized, unpleasant, and not worth it. Go somewhere else.

The first visit was good. I ordered my wedding dress and received it in a decent time. After that it was all down hill. Since the store was relocating, UEA and I had arranged a day and time to have my mother pick up my wedding dress from the store. On the pickup day UEA leaves a message on my phone at 10:00am and said that my dress isn't at the agreed pick up location. By the time I had got the message my mother had already gotten to the shop and the dress wasn't there. Other arrangements were made. Then I requested color swatches for my bridesmaides dresses in May. UEA told me the swatches would be in in two weeks. Never heard back from them I had to call myself and UEA said they never recieved them. UEA blamed it on the manufacturer. I beleive that UEA never ordered them. Do to timing I had to order the bridesmaid dress without seeing the color. The bridesmaid dress was ordered and prepaid in June and I was told it would arrive at the end of August beginning of Sept. Again I Never heard a word from UEA. I called and found out that my order got pushed back because they had the wrong wedding date (a week later). That shouldn't matter I ordered my dress first. My wedding is Oct 17 and I didn't receive my bridesmaid dress till Oct 3 which doesn't leave me time for alterations. Lucky my bridesmaid didn't need much for alterations except for a hem which she had to have her mother do. Also I ordered a bra from UEA the first week of September. The third time I didn't hear anything back from UEA so I called on Oct 3 to check the status. Yet again they had my wedding date wrong and the bra hadn't come in. They pushed to sell me a wrong size a few times. I told them no I want the $80 bra I ordered. At that time I asked them to call and check the status of the bra order on a business day. I called back on Oct 6 at 4:30pm and they said that they had been to busy to check on my order. To sum this long narrative up UEA is unorganized, unprofessional, and over priced. My friend used Alfred Angelo located on 4th st by Ontario Mills and she didn't have one problem with them.

I would not use this business again or recommend it.

Uniquely Elegant Attire is the best place to get your wedding dress. They have beautiful unique dresses (designer names) and most importantly is their super kind staff. They made sure my wedding dress was perfect and went out of their way to make sure I got what I needed at a short amount of time. I Highly recommend this place for any bride...she will not only find her perfect dress, but also make wonderful friends at the same time. They will make sure you leave very happy with your selection of wedding attire. At Uniquely Elegant Attire, they will do what it takes to make your special day extra special and most importantly stress free :)

The dresses and the store are absolutely beautiful. The attention and comfort that was given to me and my mom made my dress shopping and purchase a wonderful experience, the support and patience were top notch.

I found out about UEA at a bridal show I went to. They we so sweet and Angela the owner really makes you feel comfortable and not pressured into anything. UEA gave me great deals and they had an awesome selection of dresses to choose from. I ended up getting a Demetrios dress along with veil, slip and tiara. For some reason my dress had a rush on it and I was able to get in, in only 2 months....yay!

I had such a great experience with UEA and I'm so happy that they made such a stressful purchase so easy and fun. I would highly recommend checking this boutique out.

My experience at Uniquely Elegant Attire was a very pleasant one. I enjoyed the customer service from the moment I stepped foot in the store, the associates were very helpful on finding the dress of my dreams. When i went into the store i had a special design in my head. The women of the store helped me with simiular styles of the style I was going for and thanks to the lovely education of the UEA associates I purchased a beautiful Alfred Sung bridal gown. I loved the way it accented my upper body and gave me a perfect body shape. I also was blessed enough to find all of my bridal accessories and bridal party dresses and tuxedos. I want to thank this one stop shop for efficient, timely, and pleasant experience and I will highly recommend this store to all of my future bride friends.

UEA was a lifesaver!!! On Thursday I was online looking for a tux that I needed by that next day Friday. I was told by every place I called that they could not get me a tux that quick. I called UEA and they informed me that they would be able to get me the tux by noon on Friday. The fit and timing were perfect, my event was Friday at 5pm and I had my tux by 11:30am. I'm so grateful to the staff at UEA and would highly recommend them, the staff was so assuring and helpful in my time of desperation.

My first visit at Uniquely Elegant Couture Bridal was very deceiving; it was wonderful. Once my deposit was left with them, it was a different story. I ordered my dress the first week of February and I was told I'd get a call in a couple of months with the status. No call after 3 months, so I called. I was asked when my wedding was, which I thought they should have (October)and I was told it would be in by then. Not too great if I needed alterations! I didn't get my dress until 3 weeks before my wedding and the jewelry I paid for when I ordered the dress was not at the store until 2 weeks before. After arguing with Angela, yes, arguing as she made no apologies whatsoever, I paid the balance and saw her invoices in the stack of papers I had to sign. My dress was not ordered until May and the jewelry wasn't ordered until the day I picked up my dress, although my deposit was left in FEBRUARY! Worst experience for a bride!

After looking at the other reviews for this vendor I am convinced that Uniquely Elegant Attire had it out for me. I had a very negative experience working with them. The prices were too high in my opinion when compared with other places that carried the same exact tuxes. That wasn't the bad part though. My groomsmen had to go and come back like three times because every peice of every suit seemed to arrive to them at a different time. The whole thing is a long story of all the stuff that had to be done to make things work out in the end. Bottom line is we were still waiting on tuxes the day before the wedding to arrive at the hotel that were still not tried on. Some of them came and didn't even fit still after all that. Luckily it was the kids tuxes and we were able to rig them up a bit. Anyway, I wouldn't work with this place again even though they are friendly. They made me way too nervous.

After going to various bridal salons I found UEA to be a salon that was personable, welcoming and like a boutique. The customer service was great and the selection was very nice, their gowns are beautiful and they have a lot of different styles and designers. The staff at UEA made me feel comfortable and not only helped me to find my perfect Winnie Couture Bridal gown but educated me on the different materials, laces and silhouettes for my body type.

My experience at UEA was amazing and I can't thank them enough for making my bridal gown purchase such a fun and exciting experience.

For what i paid and the trouble i had was not worth it.

We decided to go with this local vendor for our Tuxes. We did the order and put down our deposit.
3 days before the wedding we did not hear from them. We called to find out where our clothes where not there. I expressed my concern that we needed time to try on the tuxes to make adjustments if needed. NOT SURE WHY I HAD TO TELL THEM THEIR JOB.
So the Tuxes didn't come in until the day before the wedding. Can you believe it? There where many tuxes that needed alterations but no freaking time to do so. One of my guys couldn't wear his pants because they didn't fit.
When we returned them I was not given any compensation discount which i felt i was entitled to. But I was almost charge for bringing them a day late.

I would not recommend!
